I don't know if it's possible, but I'd like to see more of the lionesses potential colours than just the shades of gold and cream.

I think that the colours of lionesses could be a regional thing. For example, if you go to the marshlands, you're going to find your browns and blacks, because it's a darker area. Going to the savannah would yield the variations of gold, and the desert would hold the cream ones - all due to the environments and such. The waterhole would yield a mixture of all of them, and perhaps a where the "rarer" coats such as white and albino could be found.

Along the lines of the cubs - I don't know if it's been mentioned - but I personally would like to see them carry all traits from parents. Say if the mother holds 100% darken black and the father holds 100% under white 1, the child would have ~50% of both markings (give or take some percentages depending on random chance, but in the general area of like 70ish - 30ish depending on said random chance). Even if some of the markings on the parents are not full or very visible, there should still be a level of throwback on the children. I was rather perplexed when a child from my Spotting Light (93%) & Black Gradient 1 (87%) lioness only held Spotting Light (72%).

Support to both!

I certainly don't mind there being customization-only colors, but I'd love having a few more colors you could find in the wild. Maybe some of the less extreme color variations (like beige, fawn, and brown?) could be seen in the wild, while the more extreme ones (white/albino/black/dark brown) would remain customization-only (or maybe just super rare in the wild)?

I agree with the first 2 parts. I would love to see more color variations to play around with since I'm finding alot of gold and brown.

However for the genetic if they are doing things realistically, their method is very plausible.

You have to consider that one parent may be more dominant for a certain gene and the other parent is recessive. So the dominant gene would take priory. Sometimes as well certain traits will skip generations or the child will just be a carrier and not actually show any of the markings.

Lets take a Leopon for example, which is a lion/leopard hybrid. The further away from the parents you get the less spots you are going to see, even though the leopard is a cat that would be 100% spot. So I can see how they would come up with the Spotting Light being only 72% since both parents do not carry it, the cub will lose some of the information along the way.

Yeah, I know what you're saying. But maybe over a certain percentage I would think that it would be somewhat visible, o at least listed.
