The alpha was no where to be found and she huffed slightly, noting the tension around the pack. "Stand down!" She snapped out with a glare at the tensed wolves, ignoring the ones who ignored the wolf. She gave a pointed look at Nakoma before turning to Killua, "You seem rather calm with standing in a camp with wolves who could attack at any given moment." She stated quietly, "Our alpha should be here. I guess I'm appointed that for now, Since your a newcomer you get to stick with quiet me until then." Her gaze flicking around, "All adult wolves that helped with that hunt I want you to report to my den, immediately." She said, knowing full well they knew what was about to happen. "Now, Killua, You hold so much confidence in your actions to defend yourself. Me of all wolves should notice, come we shall discuss this soon." She led the way to the beta den, it was roomy enough for at least 10 wolves if you went back far enough. The main area fit about 3-4, then she had dug out a downwards sloping area into a bigger place where meetings could be held.

Once the buck was back in camp, Adsila cleaned the blood from her muzzle. She was more tired from the dragging of the animal that hunting it, without the help she wouldn't of ever gotten it back. As Lucifer entered camp she heard her talk and nodded her head, walking towards her den. Knowing what this may be about she was ready to stand her ground, even if she did end up alone. Upon entering the den she noticed how roomy it was "wow you've really opened this place up" she commented without thinking, it was a nice den. Her hind quarters then went to the floor, she was ready for what ever was going to happen next.

Nova/Aela
Nova sighed again but got to his paws without another sound and made his way into the beta's den with Aela trailing closely behind. He sat neared the back as to not get in the way of the smaller wolves, and Aela gazed around with admiration, a look of envy on her face. "My entire den could fit in here with room to spare!" she complained jokingly.

Arielle | Female | 7 months | Apprentice

Arielle started toward the den, but forced herself to stop. "Oh yeah," she thought angrily, I'm not an adult. She fidgeted with the antlers in her mouth and turned to glance at the white-pelted newcomer. She was growing less angry and more curious toward the wolf, but still kept her distance and waited for Nicya.

Killua nodded curtly to Lucifer "I believe we may have similar pasts, I would not mind talking to you more at all." Padding after her, he reveled in the spaciousness of the den before following her closer to the back

Pyre - 4

Rising to her paws, she joined in with her sister and Nova, touching her nose to her sister's, "How was carrying the buck, a bit better?" She murmured quietly.

Aela laughed and sheepishly whispered "Nova and Adsila did all the work. I was preoccupied with guarding our rear. Ya know." She smiled at Pyre "Thanks for helping me out there anyway. Blood and everything is just-ugh." She shuddered and looked down at her paws.
Nova rolled his eyes "Chicken," he whispered, but nudged her so she'd know he was joking. He looked at Pyre "And you? You didn't get hurt or anything in the hunt right? You can be kinda reckless sometimes you know."

Pyre - 4

Pyre nudged her sister "Course. It was enough blood for an early dig in thought to cross my mind, so i knew you were dying out there...though, i think even mother wouldve rolled hdr eyes at you, little chicken" she laughed, grinning pointedly at Nova "Not at all, all good. I brought the deer down into a roll, so the worst i got today would be a bruise i feel in the morning on my flanks somewhere.

She nodded to him, "Thats what I was thinking." She shrugged before turning to the gathered pack members. "Adsila, Why are there fights and arguements at the start and sometimes during each hunt?" She asked with a look towards the Kappa, "As Kappa, you have full reign over the hunts. Why must you fight over them with the others?" Her gaze turned towards Pyre with a slight brow raise before back to the Kappa. She didn't care if Killua was here to hear this, it needed to be settled. She let the Kappa talk now, lifting her ears towards her and flicking her tail to silence any other side conversation.

As Lucifer addressed her she cleared her throat so she would talk clearly. "There were arguments as a few wolves, I don't know who initiated it so I'm not naming names, decided to organize a hunt without me. As you said hunts are my jurisdiction as Kappa. Aela had told me of the deer herd heading to exit our lands, so I stepped in and took charge. They wished to bring Arielle along and teach her, which I wasn't fond of at first as I wished for a successful hunt after all the deer may not be back for a while. Instead I came to a compromise and set up two hunting parties, as Arielle was excited about hunting at this point. Since Pyre and Nakoma said they'd take responsibility for Arielle that was one party, which I added Aela to to help them keep the deer together and make it easier for the apprentice. Pyre had said she wished for Nova in their hunting party but I instead took Nova in mine as I needed his strength since there was fewer of us. That's all I have to say on the events as anything further than that and we had split up into our group and I know nothing about it" her speech concluded.

She dipped her head slightly as the Kappa spoke, listening intently before speaking after she was done. "I see where you wouldn't have wanted her to come, it could be dangerous as prey are unpredictable. Now. Pyre, why was your group arguing so much? We can't have this, we need to be a unit, polished and shiny, not a arguing bunch of pups. Tell me, what was the meaning of you and *brain fart on name* fighting?" She said with a low huff, if Sunrise found out about the bickering they could find it a weakness and attack at anytime.

Pyre lowered her head in respect "Nakoma and i felt that Adsila's decision, though favoring us in numbers, may not have been fair. In hindsight, however,i apologize. The arguing between us was how much Arielle hould participate, i myself felt that the apprentice should stay out of it as much as possible, becausebit would be dangerous with a herder and two attackers, no one looking out for danger. After you joined us, it was much easier to keep guard and stay safe, and i speak for both Nakoma and i when i say we overreacted."

The alpha walked with purpose, his head held up high as he moved with an easy gait. His bright eyes flickering over the forest, he knew he had been gone a tad too long from the pack but he needed to do some thinking of his own. And who better to leave the pack with then his beta, Lucifer. His ears rotated and twitched as he walked, nose flaring as he picked up a new scent, a strange one that made his fur bristle as he picked up his pace heading towards the Duskfall pack’s camp. The moment he entered three smells hit his sensitive nose and his ears pressed forward, he could smell the separate scents of a buck and a doe, and underneath that was the scent of a stranger, a lone wolf in the camp. His eyes scanned the camp as he entered calmly, though the fur along his spine and neck stood on end he showed no rash judgement as he moved forward but stopped seeing the beta handling what may have been a dispute between the Kappa and Pyre. He stood still and waited calmly, eyes flickering over the group, his fur bristling again when he caught sight of an unfamiliar pelt.

Her nose twitched as the wind moving in her den brought the scent of the alpha. She straightened up ever so slightly, showing she noticed him, before looking to the group. "Ok, This is a fair warning. You are all dismissed. Killua, come with me. Alpha Solomon is here." She waited for the wolves to exit her den before nodding to the lone wolf and made her way to the alpha, bowing about halfway before rising, seeing as he was infact over her when he was around. "Alpha, We have a wolf wanting to join our ranks." She said, not mentioning the name as he could do that himself. "I wish to test him myself in the ways of fighting tomorrow at sunset, and Adsila or a hunter can test him in that rank. That is, if he can join sir."

Looking to Pyre she nodded her head "Thank you" she told the fae for her apology, accepting it with a nod of her head. As the scent of Solomon drifted in her tail wagged, glad that the alpha was back safe and sound. She trotted out as they'd been dismissed and bowed her head to him in greeting. Upon hearing her name she piped up "I'd be happy to do it" her tail wagged a little more. This was better, the pack was together and getting stronger, onwards and upwards. Gently she lay herself down and began to groom her flank, it was still rather sore although she'd refused to show it.

Killua dipped his head lowly "My name is Killua. Ive travelled far and wish to settle down here, i am two at this time. I feel i could benefit your pack, and in return you could become my new extended family."
