Killua - 2

Hiding in the bushes, he waited for a good time. He had spooked the herd when a few got too close, and hidden well, now they pranced around, unsettled. The wolf there, she was more alert than usual pack wolves would be ater a hunt, which unsettled him slightly, had she seen his pelt? He watched each wolf, and listened to the two at the buck, it sounded as though the smaller wolf was a great hunter, and had gotten grazed by the buck's legs. The red looking wolf had helped to take down the doe, and looked as though she'd be a bit of trouble, messing around and getting into trouble, sort of trouble. The tiny wolf being praised seemed to be a young apprentice, and looked like she'd done a week's worth of hunting. The lanky, tall wolf seemed to be close with both the large wolf at the buck, and the red wolf. *Wait!* His head whirled back towards te large wolf on the buck, and he narrowed his eyes at his dark pelt and large size "Of course. He IS here...oh how i love my albino pelt for these kinds of things." He mrmured quietly, slipping from the bush and stepping out right behind the one that radiated power, and the red wolf. "Very good hunt" he hummed as he sat down.

Pyre - 4

Smelling a foreign smell, ahe whipped around to see a white, almost albino colored male sit down right behind her, completely well hidden, murmuring about their catch.

Arielle|Female|7 mo.| Apprentice

The gray she-wolf crouched down, her neck and haunches puffed up viciously. Arielle snarled, feeling threatened by the prescence of the foreign wolf. She knew that she was smaller than the newcomer, even if by only an inch or two, but she could be powerful. "Except," she thought, "I'm sore and exausted." Her dark eyes narrowed and despite her pain, she was ready for a fight if one arose.

I pulled my lips back and gave a deep growl that seemed to come from deep within my chest. "How'd you get in here!" I growled getting right up to the wolf. This wolf is my responsibility to get rid off, and the fact I hadn't caught on that he was here enraged me from the tallest mountain peak to the lowest valley.

Killua - 2

Twitching his nose, Killua tilted his head, infiltration was no problem, and he'd had colder welcomes than this many a time before...usually it was a joint effort though, so doing all the talking was kind of unusual. "Hello, hostile she wolf," he used a slight german-english accent that was filled with amusement to address the she wolf "lower your hackles, my dear, i mean no threat-" he murmured, leaning toward her cheeks to let his silky voice soothe her. Looking at the apprentice, he gave a quiet smilr "Little lupe, why do you fluff your pelt? You look more threatening than you should, faced against me."

Stepping forward to shield Arielle, the unknown male's gentle voice seemed to lull her to sleep, her hackles lowered and her eye lids felt droopy, though fully awake, she felt more relaxed and at peace, like the male could be trusted...but the little voice in her head shouted at her to be on guard, what was with this male?

I snapped at thw wolf when he tried to get close, and kept my lips drawn back, even running my tongue over my teeth. I would not hesitate to attack if he gave any signs he was going to. His accent may be interesting but I wasn't going to let it lull me over. I turned my body to shield Arielle from his gaze as he talked to her. "Give me one good reason I shouldn't rip your hid off!" I growled.

Arielle shuffled to the side behind Pyre and Nakoma so that she could still see the the intruder, though still honoring the pair's attempts to protect her. "Because I can," she growled, her hackles remaining where they stood, "And what do you mean, 'faced against you?' Pack-born wolves, like myself and my friends here, could take you without too much effort!" She might have been lying about the collection all being pack-born, but it didn't matter now, as she attempted to make them seem more threatening.

Killua - 2

Killua's eyes clouded sadly, albeit a cover up- he felt like he should be sad, with what happened at his pack. "I too am a pack born wolf. Maybe not this one, but one far off. Why are you still hostile? You foolish lot of wolves, why are you so angry? You look like i killed someone, and you just havent attacked yet." He snorted, his voice was more blunt, with a heavy tone of annoyance as he sat back down again with his ears flicking. He faced the one that radiated rank and power "Looks like I should be talking to you, miss. These two don't take kindly to a wanderer, though i dont blame them completely, here i am just showing up after a hunt, it seems."

Pyre - 4

Rolling her eyes quietly, she nudged Arielle back, and murmured in a low voice "I hate to admit it, and it sounds suspicious to say myself, but he's right, I've been in a similar situation to the one he described, and the pack was only slightly more hostile than now. Nakoma, its one loner."

(@Cinder, Make a 'interaction' thread where battles/border crossing etc happened... For it to be used though, said party crossing over would post in the opposite packs thread then a patrol or someone would make their way over to that thread and occasionally come back to 'call for back-up')

She had sensed the male long before his appearence, but said nothing just waiting. The minute he stepped out she turned and puffed up. Something about him, the way he carried himself. Well trained.. Once he addressed her she stood up further, her eyes boring into his. "Yes sir, you should." She seemed eerily calm about this, "I am the beta here, What are your intentions with my pack?" Her voice was kept strong, but one trained well could detect the underlying warning of the way she held herself. Her ears remained flicked upwards, her stance seemingly relaxed. She didn't state her name though, awaiting his own before she did anything rash unlike her pack-mates. He wasn't one to fool around with, that much she could tell.

Killua gave a small smirk at Lucifer, knowing she caught it. The smirk quickly disappeared and he dipped his head before raising it again {This one....she's similar to us...she could be trouble as an opponent, or a strong ally.} "Good to see someone levelheaded, they call me Killua. I wish to seek shelter with-and possibly join- your pack. I have travelled a long way, Ive recently turned two and i wish to settle down somewhere now, find a place to call home, yeah?"

(I think itd be easier though to just add what pack you're in when attacking the other. An interaction thread would just be more work, and it wouldnt be used all that often.

"I could say the same to you." She said with a slight tilt of her head. "They call me Luce, but you will call me Lucifer. Come with us to the camp, I shall take you to our alpha." She had been in a similar situation at one point, but it was much different at the same time. "What rank do you wish to become Killua?" She asked just trying to get him to talk, to figure him out, before grabbing onto a leg and lurching forwards. "You gonna help or not?" She asked her pack-mates with a bit of annoyance. Her muscles defining themselves as she strained against the weight of the hefty doe. Snorting she paused and snapped forwards again, unrelenting as she moved with ease, though the doe's body refused to move.

Nova/Aela

Nova had been beside Pyre, listening to this exchange silently while observing the strange wolf. His scent bothered him, but for a reason he couldn't quite name. However he had never known a wolf with fur as white as that, or eyes as light blue. No doubt he would have remembered. The sense of danger was unmistakeable in any case, so broke away from the hunting party and circled around so he was sitting behind the white wolf and cutting off his escape route. With his figurative sisters here as well as Arielle, he was taking no chances. Nova himself was almost feeling the need to 'flip his switch' a trick he had learned from his old master.
Aela felt her lips peeling back from her teeth in a soundless snarl as she glowered at the wolf. Every instinct told her not to trust him. He was smooth like a snake and she knew the power of words could hold as much danger as any fang. She knew Lucifer had this handled but couldn't help adding to the air of hostility.

The small red dae had remained silent, after all this was not her suristixtion. The aggression Nakoma showed shocked her, after all the pack could do with being larger. Adsila moved herself into a position to protect her carcass, she was not about to give up her kill for anything. Her hind quarters went to the floor, staring down the new male in a defensive way. When Lucifer came over and took control of the situation in a calmer way she relaxed a little. Sliding over a little she took shelter behind Nova, she knew that she'd be no good in a fight. Having the larger males presence in front of her made her feel safer, that and now she was at the back of them all out of the way.

Leaning down, Killua took hold of the doe's neck, and raised his head, the doe's head slowly raising wth his "You might need some help. I will not sit back and watch while you toil. As for a rank, hunter will do if you are short, most of these wolves dont seem as though they are ranked hunter." With a grunt he took a step forward, dragging the doe a bit easier with his and Lucifer's combined strength.

Pyre watched the male, surprised at how Lucifer and him clicked so well, though she could almost feel the quiet tension and suspicion they mutually felt towards the other. Quietly, she took up another leg, and began to pull, the three wolves together dragged the doe almost with ease.
