It appears that Solomon had stepped down to Beta for the time being, forcing her into the alpha role. Her ears pinned slightly as she looked down at the pack with a sigh. She groaned playfully before reprimanding herself and turning to Killua and straightening. "If you pass the trials, Your welcome into our pack. Char || Female || Hunter || 3 Years

Char darted out of her den alarmed. "No! I missed it" she scowled. How could she sleep through the hunt? She sighed. Catching the scent of the fresh kill made her mouth water and she found the carcass not far off. Her stomach grumbles and took over. Accompanied with a small yelp of joy she dug in, taking a bite before realising that she should probably go and apologise for sleeping in. Trotting up to Adsila with her head bowed and tail low, "I'm sorry for missing the hunt today." she said quietly.

Killua nodded quietly "I have qualms with that" he stated simply, watching the pack from her den, his tired gaze was calculating underneath, and he studied each wolf with extreme caution, making little notes about each of them. He made a mental note of having the fiery pelted and lanky built sister pair teach him how to climb the trees.

Adsila had been heading towards the carcass with Nova when she saw Char taking a bite from the carcass. She gave a small growl, not only had the female missed the hunt she had the audacity to eat before other that had. "I should think so Char. Not only that but then you decide you have the right to eat over those that provided the meal?" her brow raised in a questioning way. Despite her way of usual being disrespect was something she hated, as she'd already proven. "You are not to eat until everyone else has, got it? Even omegas" she could be harsh to those under her command. She was only ever harsh though when she needed to be, after all the hunter had to learn the ways and it was better her teach her like this than a Zeta or something putting her in her place. Her attention now went to Nova again, giving him a soft smile as she awaited an answer, tail swinging dismissively to the fae.

The gray female found her leafy den with ease and happily shifted the half of the antler in her mouth. She stretched her long neck up towards the roof of the bush and searched it for a crag to place the trophy. As she found a fair place, she tilted her head and placed the splintered base of the antler in it. Satisfied, she took a few steps back to admire the trophy. It poked up subtly from the bush and though it looked just like another branch, Arielle was certainly proud. Suddenly losing her previous feelings of fatigue, she bounded back to camp, her legs still slightly aching.

She rolled onto her back to show her belly in submission while Adsila scolded her. "I understand. I'm sorry" she murmured. Once the Kappa's attention was focused on Nova, Char turned over to lay low. She felt so ashamed. Deciding that being near to the dead buck was close enough for temptation she moved away to the entrance of her den in an attempt to take her mind off the food. But all she could do was stare at the red, juicy, meat. She was getting even hungrier just thinking about it. At least she got off, without a fight, for which she was grateful.

Nodding he kept watching the pack. When she mentioned the pack, he groaned inwardly {Oh dear. Am i lying or faking tragedy, i shouldnt lie much to this wolf, i guess, too similar, she'd suspect it...} and swung his head toward her, answering her questions with simple, but not vague, answers...then decided to go further into his heritage before she asked, "Extremely strict training regiment. Some wolves were close knit with each other, others were cold, others....didnt seem to care either way-"With a flick of his ear, he turned back to the camp, continuing with his family, "My grandparents, they were close knit with most of the wolves. My father and mother were die-hard loyals, and my father's mother was the alpha of the pack. I am almost certain my litter was bred simply because of our genes. Both of my grandmothers were well-known in every pack around us, and far off packs as well - especially their unique fighting styles. My grandfather on my mother's side was a healer, a dire sized healer, who fell in love with my grandmother after she joined the pack. My father is fairly large and inherited his mother's cold and calculating demeanor-not to mention her intelligence. My mother inherited my grandfather's size and my grandmother's deadly accuracy and aptitude for fighting."

Nicya||Scout||3

Nicya wagged her tail slightly, returnig Killua's smile a little before wathing his and Lucifer leave. She glanced at Nakoma, and rose to her paws, approaching the buck after Char left. The scout didn't eat though, instead sitting and waiting for the Kappa an the hunters to eat before she did. The gray wolf wanted a little more food to sustain her, since she had planned on doing a little scouting on the herd a little later; who knows where they had gone after the party had killed two of them.

I gave a final look at the newcomer as he sat up with Lucifer. I pondered the thought of how I might be putting Maiara in risk. I waited tell his head was turned, before slipping past the bush that hide the entrance to her den. "Maiara." I called softly. Only response was an echo. "Maiara." I called again, as I made my way around the bend. I stopped seeing an empty den. Completely empty, not even bedding. I wiggled my way around, and hustled out of her den. "Who's seen Maiara?!" I demanded as I rounded around the bush.

"Maiara," the young female said, trying to remember if she had seen the elder, "I haven't seen her, Nakoma, but I'll run and tell you if I find out anything. Should I try and bring her back if I find her or just tell you?" (Sorry for shortness!)

She listened to the story intently, trying to figure this male out. It was going to be tough, but maybe she could befriend this newcomer and learn more. Her ears flickered, she'd be more involved with the pack since she had no beta. She sucked in a small breath as she examined the pack with tilts of her head every now and then. She was in charge here now, but the pack should remain stable as she had practically run it as beta as well. Her lips quirked slightly, "Thats a pretty large, and amazing must I say, family tree. I'm not to sure of mine to be honest, I know that my parents were well respected in the pack as one of the best fighting and hunting pairs in our pack. My siblings and I were being trained non stop pretty much everyday since being weened, as well as the other pups but ours was tougher. We were taught to hunt at the age of only a few months, starting with rabbits and such. Then worked up to deer by the time we were a year old." She shrugged like it was nothing. "Daemon and me were the strongest of the litter and survived the harsh winter there until the fire."
