Killua pricked his ears at Nicya's comment (not sure how close to him they are, but theyre within close eye shot it seems ^_^'') and twitched his tail "Is that what that mountainside batch of wolves are called? Sunrise? How peculiar, considering they don't see much sunlight down there-" pausing, Killua twitched his ear, "I watched them for days before continuing on, they're an absolute mess of wolves if you dont mind me gossiping here," he hummed, aiming to cause a little excitement about maybe a raid of some sort, if they did that sort of thing here - but not enough that it was apparent what he was after. Continuing quietly he directed his gaze at Lucifer "At first i thought they were a travelling group of rogues and considered joining them for protection, but then they never left and i realized the scent at their dens went from recent to fading, and that a young fae wolf was their leader, or alphess i assume."

(ooh maybe duskfall didnt know about the former alpha's passing >:33 time for some spying!!)

(Teaminka, they didnt kill the alpha. He didnt SAY to raid the pack, and he never said that he was going to join the pack, he said he thought they were a group of rogues and was going to join them until he found a pack, but then realized it was a pack. Nor did he tell you how to do your job.

Also, if i had noticed/-if you did mention- that you had claimed Nakoma had killed the former alpha of sunrise, I would've corrected you. You definitely didnt. Dont claim to kill another's backstory character, please.)

"Wha--?" Her head cocked slightly, "Oh... Umm.. Sure, whatever floats your boat." She shrugged slightly, catching the smile he tossed her. She gave a half hearted one as well, her eyes flicking to Sunrise for a brief moment. I'll talk to Solomon later. She said with slightly pricked ears. She'd visit that pack sooner or later, if it was true and they had a new alpha it would be best to 'meet' this new girl.

Nicya tucked her tail a little, surprise and unsure of Nakoma's aggressive reaction, and Lucifer's reply. She had just wanted to be helpful, she didn't think it would cause fighting amog the highly ranked wolves. Her ears stayed flat as she sat down, not knowing if she should leave or not. Her pelt burned a little at the thought that Killua had heard her concern; she didn't mean to cause suspicion and seem unfriendly. "Sorry... I didn't mean to stir anything up, I just noticed it, that's all..." She said softly, glancing at the white wolf and Lucifer.

Blinking, Killua twitched his tail "Hm? - Oh the alpha? Umm...somewhere from later second year to early third year. Seemed to be in a bit of trouble, if you know what i mean," he hummed. {Damnit! That could've been the perfect time to charm the beta, and had to run my mouth about that alpha! Although...this is good news, they hadn't known about the little pup alphess of the other pack.} Stretching out a leg, Killua let his bubbling anger simmer down to a low boil so it didn't show on his features.

Arielle swallowed the last of the squirrel and stood, shaking leaves and twigs from her dark pelt. She picked the antler up in her mouth and set her eyes toward her small den. She gave the white wolf another glance, the look on her face a coy one. Her bushy tail wagged behind her as she picked up a trot, holding the antler high. Remembering Kina's direction, she made a detour towards the cubs' den. When she arrived, she lay the antler down and placed a dark left paw on the end. Using her hind paws for balance, she stamped her right paw on the top of the antler several times until it splintered in half. Letting out a small woof to signal the arrival of the new plaything, she turned and made her way back to her den, ready to take a small rest.

I lightly brushed my tail against Nicya's shoulder, "You're fine." I tried to comfort. I'm not good at expressing much emotion other than anger, but I try to occasionally. The scout meant no harm by expressing her concern, and I'm glad she did. I listened to their concerns, since they are usually about protection, and that's what my duty is. Protecting the pack is always my first priority. Not friendships, or growing the pack--nothing would get in the way. And if this wolf turns out to be a danger, I'll be sure to protect my pack from it, even if they bring it on themselves. Bringing a rogue into the heart of the pack. What are they thinking! I shook my head, clearing it of my bickerous thoughts. I continued on my original path: talking to Maiara

"Until he," She motioned to the alpha, "Makes up his mind, Lets head to my den and discuss this so I can look over camp while we do so. Its a better advantage then the other dens have, even the alpha's a bit." She shrugged slightly, giving a dip to her alpha before standing and picking her way towards her den. "Come." She didn't give much of a command as he wasn't in the pack, not that she would anyways unless they were in trouble.

She nodded her head in understanding, after all any wolf that followed their gut was in her good books. There was something about wolves who trusted themselves that always made them more trustworthy to others. "And what is it your gut is telling you it wants to eat?" she joked, a small chuckle coming with her words. She enjoyed lightening the mood a little, it was like being a pup again in a way. Steadily she walked towards the kill pile, her own stomach giving a soft rumble of hunger. Her amber coloured orbs were looking about the pile. wondering what she wished to eat.
