Lucifer nodded, "Come. The rest of you, stay here and discuss more strategies we could use during, before and after the raid." She gave the strict order before walking out of the beta's den, I need to find one of those soon... She led the way to her den, their old superiors scent still lingered here slightly but was mostly masked by the fae that now resided there. "What is it you wish to discuss Aela?" She asked while sitting in the mouth of the cave and motioning for the scout to do as well.

Aela followed Lucifer to the alphas den and sat down a respectable distance from her but close enough that they would not be overheard. "It's about the new wolf in Sunrise pack," she began in a low voice. "I have a bad feeling about him. About his smell. He smelled like Killua. Not identical but close. They share a blood scent like Pyre and I do." She glanced towards the Beta den where Pyre, Nova and Killua were talking (I think anyway lol). "I think they might know each other or be related and if they are that spells out bad news for us."

KIllua listened quietly to the scout's report, and kept his composure at the mention of his brother, watching the females leave, he turned to the large one and Pyre, watching the familiar one, Nova, closely. "So, where do you both come from?" He hummed, his head tilting and his top ear flopping over. {I wonder what couldnt be said...something about Illumi? I hope not...it's probably just that, but if need be I'll leave and go back to Sunrise, might be easier than this place, Illumi wouldn't be able to do it alone, however we'd have less interactions with our target, which I'd like to finish off quickly, actually}.

Pyre smiled gently, "Two neighboring packs, it's pretty far from here though." Her smile faded and she sighed, she missed her father, her mother, and siblings. She glanced at Nova, wanting him to add to it...he needed to talk to the new wolf in a calm environment, or else they'd forever have bad blood between them for no real reason.

Nova smiled encouragingly at Pyre, knowing what she was going through. "We felt our place wasn't with them anymore so we both left and happened to find each other on the way. Aela followed pretty quickly once she heard her big sister was on the move." He met Killua's blue eyes with his own green ones. "Her pack was relatively new to the area; a pack of travellers more than anything. You might have heard of mine." He knew it wasn't a good idea to say where he had come from. Telling other wolves of his origins could lead to Shadow finding him. But he hadn't said the word in a long time and besides, if Killua knew of Shadow and what she was like then he would no doubt know who Nova was already. "It was called ShadowPack. I was the healers son. Some..things happened and I couldn't stay there anymore." He didn't say any more but the grief was still raw in his voice and no words were needed. He cast his darkened eyes downwards

The small fae returned after having been gone for a good couple of hours, her pelt was covered in mud and scruffy. There was no visible harm on the she though, although she had entered the camp in the same foul mood with which she'd left. She headed to the stream beside camp and simply lay in it, allowing the water to clean her pelt up for her. Once the mud and dirt had been removed she rose to her paws and got out, going to a corner of the camp. Once at the corner she lay herself down and began to groom her pelt dry, still not a single word left her lips.

The male nodded when Nova spoke the name of his and Illumi's birth pack and current loyalty standings "Im afraid i havent, was the pack destroyed...you dont need to answer that if you aren't comfortable?" Killua dipped his head, showing his 'sympathy'. He glanced at Pyre and hummed "So you two are sisters?"

If only it was destroyed, Nova thought darkly. He shook his head "No. But I did lose something precious to me. Anyway, we should begin discussing tactics as Lucifer said. Any suggestions?" he asked. He took long steady breaths, not wanting his past to make him forget the present again. His thoughts turned towards Aela, and the look she'd had as she walked into the den. It wasn't easy to unsettle her. She had been as much a rock to him as he was to her, yet something had clearly disturbed her deeply.

Shrugging, he glanced at Pyre "Well, usually I would say to split into 2 groups..one ambushing patrols, one attacking the camp. However, we're already a small group, so i don't think that'd be a good idea." Scratching at his ear nonchalantly, he glanced at Nova "The best thing i can think of would be to scatter over a small distance, possibly in a 3 row, 2 column run toward the camp, every wolf a few body lengths away from each other. We dont want to rush into the camp, the member numbers of the group are too low to do anything reckless, we're in enemy territory."

Nova nodded in agreement "Mm. We'd need to pick off their stronger members first." His first thoughts were of Cloud and Kerrin, then the alphess and her immediate subordinates. Not to mention the new wolf that Aela had told them about. He was an unknown risk. "Scouting out their members will be necessary so increasing border patrols would be good until then, as well as all of us undergoing some more battle training. Aela especially may need it if she is to participate. I know she'll only be a messenger but Sunrise won't care about that. And driving into their camp as a wedge would be more effective. We can't let ourselves be separated . A single force with a couple of wolves as back up."

Killua tilted his head "Hmm, good point. The wedge though, that wouldn't work. We'd only be driving ourselves into a corner, running into the camp blind to their current numbers, whereabouts, it'd be pointlessly confusing, and all the wolves that could would already be after us by then, it'd be fine if there were more of us, however. I will teach any training i can, however the battle with Tyrael tomorrow will take up much of my time in the future, if i am injured i will be sore, can't be injured before a battle."

Dire sighed, not wishing to press his point any further. He looked at Pyre "What do you think, oh great smart one?" he asked with a tired smile. His muscles were aching and he was eager to take a nap at the very least. Discussing tactics until the alpha returned wasn't exactly helping.

Pyre grinned as she listened to them, at least they werent killing each other. "Hmm? Well, based on our priority of getting everybody back alright, and as far as scaring Sunrise, i think demonstrating our abilities is the most important. As far as demonstrating our abilities and making it back in one piece, Id say Killua's has the best chance for both. Not only would we seem organized, but we'd be demonstrating how easy it is for us to get into their camp even with so few numbers. That itself ould scare them out of their furs, dont you think? If it goes according to how he makes it sound, they'd go paranoid for a while, thinking we'd be waiting in ambush for them to leave camp or something. It sounds safer than charging into an unknown camp."

Lucifer snapped her gaze to Aela the moment she mentioned a possible sibling staying in sunrise of Killua's. Her eyes narrowed dangerously, "This is the time I really need a beta.." She groaned slightly before looking back outside of the den, talking to herself more then Aela now, "Should I send him on his way or see how everything plays out?" Her eyes flickered back to the scout, "Was it a strong similiarity or possibly a thing where they traveled together for a long while and split ways?"

Aela thought back to her meeting with Illumi and Soren, trying to recall the scent. After a moment she said "If they had been travelling together for many moons it could be possible. I just got the feeling deep in my marrow that they knew each other and I didn't want to risk it. They look nothing alike in any case." She narrowed her eyes "I have the means to find out more about Illumi but it'd mean crossing the border." She swallowed, wishing she had some water right now. Her mouth had gone dry at her suggestion. She wasn't one for reconnaissance but being a scout, and a good one at that, she had the skills to do so without getting caught unless she slipped up big time. The idea didn't sit well with her however much she wanted to protect the pack and she half hoped Lucifer would dismiss it. Viva la Duskfall though, right?

Nova stood up and stretched, his thick muscles ripping beneath his pelt. His jaws split in a wide yawn. They snapped shut and he looked at Killua and Pyre "Right. Well, I'm not the best one for discussing tactics with but as long as it gets the job done and we prove our strength without any casualties I am for it. Propose it to Lucifer and see what she thinks. I have the feeling this is kind of her area of expertise," he smiled. With a flick of his tail he padded from the den "I'm going for a nap so you two get along nice now."

Lucifer nodded slightly, taking in the new information but shaking her head. "I will not consider sending you into Sunrise. You will be there for the raid yes, but otherwise I don't want my wolves in to much danger. If this.. Illumi character proves to be related to Killua we simply kick him out and warn sunrise. Not matter the costs." She said with a slight nod before looking around slightly. "Anything else before we return to the den to listen to what tactics they've discussed?"
