Old Sign-ups NEW Sign-Ups Thread Sunrise Pack Territory *pictures belong to their respective owners/photographers* The stream beside camp. It's shallow and easy to cross, perfect for drinking water and even pups are sometimes allowed to play in it-but be careful, it's slippery on the rocks depending on where you are, and freezes during winter and early spring. The easternmost part of the territory, on the other side of the mountain valleys connected to the Sunrise pack's territory. The pack lives in eye shot of the western side of the mountain. The westernmost point of the territory is dense forest and the easternmost point is reasonably flat plains against the last of the mountain valleys. Sunrise pack and its camp is separated from Duskfall's eastern territory by a valley of sloping mountains. In the middle of the territory is wooded shrubland. The camp is located in the westernmost area of the shrublands, the dens are made in the bushes and dug under the roots of large trees. Lucifer looked at him with a tilt of her head, ears pinning back slightly, "You can severely injure them to the point of silence, just not.. death should be avoided but not all the time.. Aela | Scout Aela bounded into camp, flanks heaving and breathing laboured from having run all the way. (since the pack doesnt have a medic Aela and Pyre can help since they have healer training from their birth pack). She ran into the healers den, a place she hadn't needed to go in for a while, and looked at their stores. Most weren't fresh but they'd have to do. She grabbed bundles of sweet smelling leaves and flower petals and began organizing them into order of when they'd be used, then fetched some moss from her bed. After that was done she took a long drink from the stream and waited for Lucifer to arrive with their near-dead noble. She tried not to let the fear take control of her nerves and took deep steadying breaths. She wished with a passion that their mother and grandmother were here to help. There was no injury they couldnt heal and Aela only knew basics from them. 0 players like this post! Like? |

Lucifer//Alpha She slowed as she arrived at camp, barely winded but still panting nonetheless. She moved the noble into one of the nests in the medics den, wished the male luck and walked out. Practically every emotion radiated off the fae in waves. Her eyes glowed with hate as she moved to a spot where she could overlook camp and flop down with a loud huff. Her eyes trailing after each wolf that entered camp afterwards, still no Killua. She sighed, looking out towards the outskirts of their territory with a small, almost non existant, whine. 0 players like this post! Like? |

Adsila//Female//4 years//Kappa --Mentions: Aela, Lucifer and Nova The Kappa had been worried about her pack, she'd had to stay behind as she was useless in a fight. As she saw Aela dart into the healers den her eyes widened, nose twitching she soon caught the scent of blood. "In the name of the legends! Who's injured!" she called, fear rose in her. This was such a bad idea, why did they have to go she whined softly, noticing Lucifer with Nova on her back. "Nova..." she whispered, wanting to run over and check upon the noble. Aela Aela murmured a quick thanks to Lucifer then got to work, her paws nimbly working through Novas fur. She heard Adsila's voice and raised her head to look at the kappa. "Adsila, could you help?" she asked while trying to keep her voice calm. But she couldn't help the panic that was leaking in to it. "I need to stop the blood flow but I've only got so many paws." The wound on his throat was the worst. It seemed Illumi had missed the artery because of Nova's well muscled neck and so he hadn't bled out. Yet. Aela licked the wound clean and lay an oak leaf sticky with honey over it, pressing down with a paw so it would stick in place. She was suddenly extremely thankful for the hive that lay beyond the stream. Getting honey was a simple (though painful) matter with it so close. 0 players like this post! Like? |

(Duskfall has a healer, but Hawkmask hasnt responded on either thread ina long time, reminding me to notify that beta of sunrise and healer of duskfall are both open unless hawk responds to this message) Pyre limped into the camp, her leg no longer bled since she washed it in the stream. She followed closely to Nova and sat with him before joining her sister, "Should we be giving him poply right now?" She muttered, confused on what to give him that might accidentally be bad for him in this state. She mixed a poultice to rub on his neck, apparently his jugular had been missed, because he wouldve bled out long ago if they had actually gotten it. 0 players like this post! Like? |

(ohh okie dokie) Aela shook her head "He's already asleep. When he wakes up we'll give him some for the shock but for now the priority is to stop the bleeding and prevent infection." She went over lessons her mother had given her in her mind though the memories were faded and she knew she must be missing some things. Another few layers of the oak leaves and honey went on his neck wound. They'd replace them with horsetail sap once the wound had sealed but for now honey was the surest chance of preventing infection. The gash on his leg drew her attention now and she whined when she inspected it closely. "That monster cut through a lot of muscle. I think Nova will be crippled for life," she whispered angrily, not wanting to alarm the surrounding wolves. 0 players like this post! Like? |

You know Nova would never do something that reckless in the heat of battle-and they were in there for a while before Killua went in. I followed and I saw-" she swallowed, shutting her eyes tight "I saw Killua about to kill Nova. So I attacked him but they kept me pinned down while they finished Nova off. The dark one was about to do the same to me but Killua stopped him on the grounds that Silver Moon Pack would get mad. Then they left." she opened her eyes and they were shining sadly as she gazed at Nova's limp form "I heard Killua talking. They were both assassins from ShadowPack. And they're here." I can believe that he was an assassin, his battle tactics were too clean and his speed was abnormal." She murmured, her eyes angry and sad as she looked at Nova. On the announcement that shadowpack was here, Pyre's eyes shone with fury "No!! They have no right to settle here after this!! They nearly killed their own former packmate! Theyre the traitors!" Aela leaned close to Pyre, pressing their pelts together for comfort "When Nova wakes up we'll tell Lucifer," she said in a hushed tone. "He knows more about them than we do." She licked her sisters ear and smiled bravely "Don't worry, if they wanted to hurt us they would have. ShadowPack has always been ruthless to traitors. Thats why Nova went into hiding. (Sorry this is late, I had to be up early so tried to get an early night) Adsila//Female//4 years//Kappa --Mentions: Aela, Pyre and Nova Nodding her head to Aela she helped as she could, Nova had been a good friend to her since her arrival. "Don't take him from us yet, he's got to have more time to live" she whined up into the sky. This was the first real injury she'd seen where humans hadn't come and fixed it, in her eyes the hairless two legged creatures could make anything better. "Is that all you can do Aela? Maybe we should take him to humans, they could fix him" she knew suggesting this was risky but she trusted the scout. She didn't care much if Pyre overheard her, nor anyone else for that matter. Her only concern was the half dead wolf in front of her eyes, she gently nuzzled his hind quarters before backing up. 0 players like this post! Like? |
