Aela breathed out a sigh of relief and smiled "No, that's all. Thanks Lucifer." She dipped her head respectfully to the fae, thankful that they had such a cool headed and reliable alpha. She could only imagine the kind of chaos that would be running rampant if she wasn't there to manage it. She considered telling Nova and Pyre what they had discussed but quickly dismissed the idea. Nova would get all protective and Pyre was so chatty that Aela didn't really trust her not to give anything away. It would stay between her and Lucifer for now unless Lucifer chose otherwise.

Pyre touched her nose to Nova's shoulder in farewell and gave an excited smile "Night Nova!!" She hummed, glancing over at Aela and Lucifer, flicking her ears in hurry.

(By the way everyone, it seems we're going to be adding ShadowPack to the group. XD shadowpack is located in the pine forests past Duskfall, putting a disadvantage on duskfall if sunrise and shadowpack ally. I will add the particulars on the sign ups soon :) )

Lucifer snapped her ears around, barking out an order. "I want all capable warriors and hunters not in our group to stay and watch over the camp! NO one is to leave unless they are a scout and running information. If help is needed then the rest of our warriors will come to our aid! Got it?" Her stern gaze moved about camp swiftly, this was going to be one hell of a time for the pack. The alpha then looked around, "Killua, Ty, Aela, Pyre and Nova. You are coming with me. Aela, scout ahead, find us a patrol to take down, the less wolves that can get to camp the better. We aim to injure, not kill. If they go for the kill, then by all means, go for it." Her gaze rested on Pyre last, "You and Nova will be moving ahead, find the weak spots and report back, Aela may go as well." Her paws moved to the edge of camp, "Moving out in 10!"

Nova and Aela listened with grave sincerity, moving swiftly as soon as she gave the order. Aela bounded out of camp. She had rolled in stinkweed a few minutes before which would disguise her scent when she scouted. Her heart pounded adrenaline filled blood through her limbs, sending dizzying waves of excitement through her. Months of anticipation had led to this day. With hawk like focus she aimed for the part of the rival packs border that was least patrolled and easy to break through. She had more or less memorized the patrol patterns of Sunrise's warriors and nobles over the last two months and knew that she ought to encounter one soon. Once she knew their faces she would signal to Pyre and Nova.


Nova watched Aela leave with an expression of extreme worry etched onto his dark features. She was a capable wolf but weeks of defending her from attacks on their travels had developed a strong protective urge inside him. The same went for Pyre. He padded over to the russet she-wolf "Ready?" he asked in a low voice. He knew she was, Pyre was always ready for a fight. But he couldnt help but ask. As soon as they heard the signal from Aela he would be rushing to her side. She had already told him she would be howling as though she had spotted some prey, the irony of which didnt escape him. It was the time of day when packs would hunt and no suspicion would be drawn her way. The length of the howl would tell them how many wolves were in the patrol so they could prepare accordingly.

Killua | Warrior | 2

Killua lowered his head, his teeth bared in excitement. He glanced at the healing scar on Tyrael's neck, the only proof attached to a live wolf of Killua's ability to hold back in a fight. He glanced at Nova and nodded curtly, hoping the larger wolf might just run into Illumi. He had gotten into contact only twice with Illumi, once to notify him of the raid, and afterwards he told him about his plan to corner Nova during the chaos of the raid. If the two brothers could get him alone, it would be a simple success with the two assassin brothers. As far as his superior hearing and nose, no one had tracked him either time..however he was slightly worried about the first trip with the warning about the raid, on his way back, he had heard a twig snap.

Pyre | Noble | 3

Pyre nodded curtly, "Shall we get a head start?" Pyre glanced toward Sunrise, steeling herself for the battle ahead. While her father and uncle were good fighters, her mother was a pure healer and taught her children from a young age to think kindly unless the opponent has other ideas, so Pyre had learned to steel herself from the prospect of battle.

Nova nodded at Pyres words "Yes. lets go." He padded past Killua and twitched his ears as he passed him "Don't die," he said gruffly. That was all the other male would get from him. He picked up the pace once he had splashed through the stream, eager to be on his way and get this over with. He knew his father would not approve of this raid. Dire had always been a gentle wolf and one against violence of any kind. He had managed to get his mother off that path after all. But now it was time to focus on the parts of himself he had gotten from his mum, and the training he had received at the paws of the alpha. It had been a long time since he had welcomed that part of his past to influence his actions of the present.

Lucifer nodded to Pyre before raising herself up slightly, "Ty. Kill. Stick with me, if we get split up trying to stay within hearing range aight?" She said before flicking her ears, 5 left. "Any last thoughts? Pyre, Nova go ahead and start after Aela, hold back though." Her gaze turned to Kill and Ty, both seemed fully ready. Ty was pacing at the entrance of camp, something was worrying him but Luce paid no attention as he wouldn't answer her questions. She snorted before looking to the sun, 3 left. "Lets go." It was down to a matter of moments and she bolted after giving a reassuring bark to her remaining pack members, a few whoops sounded from camp bringing a smile to her face. Ty ran to the right and just behind Lucifer, his still healing wound troubled him some, but with his adreneline filled veins he felt nothing but excitement for what was to come.

Killua | Warrior | 2

Killua gave a rough "You as well" as Nova passed him and fell into a fast trot beside Lucifer's half run and smirked slightly {You as well? Psh! Well at least i didnt tell him 'have fun dying, you traitor'!}. Killua flicked his tail and glanced at Lucifer "Permission to scout around us? Ill stay behind Aela and the others, but Id like to hear for myself our surroundings."

Pyre nodded to Lucifer before bounding after Nova, trotting at his right side "You did good. Im glad you kind of formed a strange rivalry bond with him." She hummed, her ears twitching in amusement.

Lucifer sped up at the howl, they'd knock out that that patrol and move on to camp or something similar. She wasn't sure at this point, tactics had been changed so many times, she shook her head before plunging into Sunrise territory, following the scent trails before taking a right and going at an angle, deeper into the territory. The alpha didn't slow down, even for the small, inexpirenced, two wolf patrol heading there way. She lunged forwards, her paws wrapping around one as she slammed forwards, bringing the wolf down as it's head slammed against the ground. Luckily, it didn't die, but a small whimper escaped it's muzzle. Ty had disappeared, likely to watch for more patrols, "Kill!" She hissed as the other attempted to run off.
