Sign Ups Click here for Duskfall And Sunrise Pack Sign Ups/Access Gathering place Chat thread ShadowPacks territory comprises of sprawling, green woodland where the trees are spaced far apart and the undergrowth is rich in plants and critters. Numerous streams trickle through their glens and glades, providing life to the forest throughout all the seasons. In winter snow blankets the ground and ice laces the edges of the streams, muting the natural sounds of the forest and giving everything an ethereal look. Herds of deer and the occasional wild boar forage and provide food for the more predatory beings that reside here, while squirrels and turkeys provide hearty snacks. ShadowPack has made its camp in the heart of the forest where all is quiet save for the trill of bird and the humming of insects. Dens dug out beneath the roots of mighty firs and within ancient trunks provide shelter. This packs border is close to the nearby Duskfall Pack, and the mountain range of the Sunrise Pack can be seen from higher points. "Jazzlyn knows what would happen to her if she were to betray us," Meruem replied in a deceptively sweet voice. She twitched an ear and said "She would not be there long. A moon at most. Enough time to plant the seed in their minds and let them know where their true family lies. To make her performance convincing she'll need to look the part, if you know what I mean. Hence the tolerance" (Dee if you don't want her to do it I can have Shayla do it :) ) Illumi breathed a laugh and followed Vex from the den. He pricked his ears at the sound of Jazzlyns howl. "Shall we see what our little cub has caught?" He asked his mate. 0 players like this post! Like? |

I'm fine with it :) ) Vex twitched his ears at the howl and smirked, nodding to his mate before stretching and trotting to the woods edge where the pup was exiting them. "What do we have here Jazz? Is it alive this time?" He smirked at the memory from a half a moon ago, jazz had brought a stunned rabbit into camp and scared the piss out of a new recruit. Jazz nodded, "yes this ones dead." She said with slight disappointment at the thought. Illumi can we train before sun high? Meruem wants to see my moves!!" 0 players like this post! Like? |

Killua | Beta | Shadowpack Killua smiled "Nova would see through it. Jazzlyn would have to claim she snuck out during the night - nova would know, suspect, or have a feeling that we were up to something if we sent an injured shadowpack wolf into their camp saying that we attacked her and let her escape. He'd know." He glanced up at the sky. 0 players like this post! Like? |

Illumi padded over to Jazz and admired her kill. He liked the way she had torn through the throat and spinal cord. No doubt it had been a swift death. She'd make a very efficient killer when she was grown. In response to her question and nodded "Let's go then. I think today we can work on how to take down multiple enemies, that's always fun." He turned to Vex "Would you care to join us? This may require another." He remembered his first mission in which he had taken care of a band of rogue wolves that had settled near ShadowPack. He'd been a year old and facing off against five older wolves would have been the end of him had it not been for this training. With a swish of his tail, Illumi walked through the camp border and headed for a wide training area that they often put to good use. Meruem | Alpha "Leaving her unharmed would be even more suspicious Killua. An injured cub will always play on the sympathies of those light-hearts, especially the particularly maternal ones. If she claims she was punished for speaking back to Artemis it would certainly be believable," Meruem said with a chuckle. "Nova once escaped from ShadowPack. He'll relate to her, and since she is not pack born they have no reason to believe she was raised with the ethics of our family. Though she believes in them as strongly as us." Eyes shining with the plan that was going to be put into motion soon, she picked up the pace until she was loping through the trees and enjoying the wind in her fur. "One more moon of training and we will send her in there." 0 players like this post! Like? |

Killua | Beta | Shadowpack Killua smirked "I like the plan then. I had meant that if we used the 'i left and they chased me out with a wound' ploy it wouldnt work in this situation, but the 'i left becaude they were cruel', now that's believable." Killua tilted his head "In that case...we'll immediately begin her pain tolerance lessons. We will also begin her more advanced espionage and infiltration lessons. She hasnt been told what not to say and more importantly, what to say instead." 0 players like this post! Like? |

Yano/Miro | Female | Gamma The dark brown she-wolf navigated the rocky path she was on, her pace was swift but relaxed as if she hadn't a care in the world. Her amber eyes scanned the undergrowth as her black nose drank in all of the scents before her, searching for one of the two wolves she needed. She was barely surprised to find both scents on the same path at relatively the same time from the potency. She shook herself and followed their scents quietly until she spied two figures. She slowed her pace to a careful walk, being sure to watch her step and make as minimum noise as she could until she knew who it was, she sniffed again and it was confirmed. It was Killua and Meruem. She stepped along the path again and announced her arrival with a small bark to make sure they knew it was her. 0 players like this post! Like? |

Killua | Beta | Shadowpack Killa continued to walk calmly, his keen sense of smell and the fae's quiet - but not quiet enough yet- pawsteps had alerted him to her presence well before she alerted them. He glanced in her direction with a quiet flick and wondered whether Meruem would acknowledge the she-wolf's presence or continue their walk and talk. *shadowpack territory is all pine forest. Tall pine trees. Its late winter early spring, so theres a lot of snow on the ground still.* 0 players like this post! Like? |

Meruem | Alpha | Mentions Miro "Yes, get on that right away. After the gathering tonight many pieces of the game will come into play. We can't fall behind," the alpha said to Killua. Meruem turned at the sound of a familiar bark, her eyes expectant. They were not disappointed. "Miro," she said with a pleased smile. "You're back." She padded over to the she-wolf, letting her black striped tail wave gently in greeting, and stood before her. Miro looked well and unharmed, so hopefully she hadn't been discovered as a fraud by the rogue packs she'd been infiltrating. "Your report?" 0 players like this post! Like? |

Yano/Miro | Female | Gamma She nodded her head in a respectful greeting, pleased to find her Alpha in good spirits, means less snapping on her part. "Indeed, The Cresent's are gathering in numbers quite rapidly," she began with the first Pack she had dealt with "They are intent on raising scoundrels and rogues into their ranks, which allowed for easy infiltration, to rival that of their neighbors, including us." Her amber eyes stayed on her Alpha as she gave her report, always being focused "I was able to gather more than I thought I would during their desperate, and careless, acts. They wish to attack The Lost Ones in two weeks time. Their so called 'Alpha' Ruma has forgotten what it means to be a patient wolf and will soon see to her own downfall" She cast a glance at the pure white Killua before turning her attention back to Meruem. "The Black Water pack has been relatively trying but I was able to infiltrate without any suspicion" she never divulged how she infiltrated, useless details, she only focused on results. "After spending a few weeks with them I have rooted out many possible attack points, their numbers are concerning but they haven't much food to keep them sated for long. They are a stable pack and will rebuild. The thought is unnerving for us but I will alert you the moment I find something worth reporting" she nodded, finishing her report. She couldn't risk infiltrating anymore packs, she hadn't the time and it was only possible now because the Cresents wouldn't even realize she was gone. Her lithe body looked healthy, which was a blessing. Her pads weren't sore anymore as she was used to traveling great distances, but her stomach needed filling, she would need to snatch a rabbit on her way back to camp. She had been gone for nearly a month. 0 players like this post! Like? |

(@Hope: these packs would have to be further away. Im picturing these BG packs are probably the ones past the human ranch on the out skirts of sunrise. Cahaya's pack was hunted, and they attempted to go to sunrise - we could possibly branch out from that into these rogue/weaker packs being further out from Cahaya's packs old territory. Maybe the new pack even settled on their territory) 0 players like this post! Like? |

(The rogues settling on Cahaya's old territory makes sense :D Perhaps Meru and Kil sent Miro out there to see if there was a chance of taking over that territory too and subsequently surrounding pincering Duskfall and Sunrise, but there were already rogues settling there. If SP was to branch out to there as well they would definitely be stronger for it >:D) 0 players like this post! Like? |

The Cresents would be the easiest to take, although Miro would suggest letting them take themselves out) 0 players like this post! Like? |
