Feeling eyes on her, jade's head darted to the cats that were looking at her. Her eyes narrowed as they looked away. As Lynx sat down next to her she began to feel the cockiness radiate off of the tom, as well as his glances at her. Her ears were soon pressed flat against her head and her tail curled around her front paws.

Wait- Was he staring? Lynx jumped softly, noticing what he was doing. He lashed his fluffy tail, quickly looking away from Jade. Oh, fox shit. This was worse than a snake bite. Lynx moved his head down, smoothing out the fluff on his chest- A sign of embarrassment. One of the muscular tom's ears twitched, as he thought about how stupid he was. He was just caught staring! Who knows what she'll do after Severine is done with the meeting? Whatever it is, Lynx knew he could handle it.
Oh, the meeting. Lynx looked back up, watching Severine's movements. He silently hoped that this would be quick, so he could go for a hunt. Or, just a simple run away from Jade. Sure, he was strong, but the she-cat's cruelty and cold-heartedness was...Impressive.

Gwyn sat in her den, peacefully sorting through herbs. She enjoyed mornings like this, when she could stay in her den and focus on her work. So when Severine's voice came into earshot, calling for a meeting, her ears flicked back and she sighed, rolling her eyes. She even considered staying in her den and missing the meeting, but she knew better than to disobey her Leader's orders. So she reluctantly pushed herself into a standing position and padded outside. Sunlight hit her white pelt as she made her way over to the meeting area, giving it a healthy sheen. She sat down next to Lynx, making sure to give him a good amount of space - knowing that no cat liked having their personal space invaded. "Hello." She greeted him casually, her voice silky and calm "How are you?" As she waited for his response, she looked ahead, wondering when the meeting would start. Her gaze was sharp, as if lined with shards of glass around the edges. There was a calculating coldness at the center of them, yet they betrayed no emotion.

Primrose's nerves struck her body. The mage then relaxed a bit /Its fine you'll be fine its not like you'll forget anything.. or anything bad'll happen./ she thought positively. She then narrowed her eyes getting herself a better view of the Nemesis. As her paws relaxed on the soil. She mustive looked like she'd saw the fox homes.

Imperia's gaze traveled to Severine as she called for a meeting. With a yawn, she walked closer and sat down, a distance away from anyone else. She didn't really like socializing, and preferred to keep to herself most of the time. She looked around at the others with a look of disinterest as she waited for the Nemesis to speak.

Hawk sighed and walked over, his gaze on the Nemesis, 'I wonder if she's picking a Warden, its about time.' he grunted, and sat down again, getting into a comfortable position. He eyed the crowd, seeing how others we're reacting, it was interesting, some were nervous, others excited. Hawk pawed the ground impatiently, wanting to hear what Severine had to say.

Lynx looked over to the white female. In an instant, he looked as calm as her. "Hello, Gwyn." He murmured, the words coming out harsher than he had expected. Lynx paused for a moment, before speaking again with a lighter tone. "I'm doing well. What about you?" Of course, the tom spoke softly, hopefully not to interrupt Severine if she spoke. Most of his attention seemed to be on the Nemesis.

Severine Nemesis

Severine waited quietly for all the cats to gather around her, and when they did she jumped onto the ledge of her den so everyone could see and hear her better. She curled her tail neatly around her paws and gazed steadily and quietly at the cats below for a moment before speaking. "Everyone has noticed the increase of foxes lately, and everyone has had the order to kill or chase them out. That still stands, now more than ever. We're in the middle of a severe drought, we're losing prey, we need them all gone. We are going to chase them out today. There will be two patrols, I will lead one, and Lynx will lead another." Her gaze moved to the Shaman and Mage, "You two will remain behind and prepare the neccesary herbs. Anyone who is severely injured during battle will return here. With me will be, Hawk and Imperia, while Jade and Discord will go with Lynx. Eat, rest, we go at sunrise."

Jade waited impatiently for Severine to speak. She began to groom her ears, by licking a paw and bringing it up to her ear. Her yellow eyes watching all the cats gathering around. Jade could sense some cats nervous and she was curious to find out why. After Severine spoke her ears once again were flat against her head. 'foxes.' She growled and her tail flicked non-stop. She took a deep breath and looked over to Lynx then back up at her leader.

Hawk nodded, it was an honor to patrol with the nemesis, but it happened often, especially with the foxes roaming. ‘Lets kick some fox butt’ He smirked, imagining his claws ripping through fur and flesh. He went to the fresh kill pile and grabbed a vole, eating it slowly, then laying down and watching the sky, anxiously waiting for the patrol to start at sunrise.

Ankti nodded and approached the the Nemesis, and said" I was out in the territory, and i scented a fox den the mother wasn't there but there was baby fox, not sure how many but i think i smelled 3." Ankti hoped the Nemesis, wouldnt' be mad at her for not telling her before she spoke. " I can show you where, if you like."

Imperia's eyes narrowed at the mention of foxes. She had smelled them-it was hard to ignore their stench-and had even come across a few. But being able to actually properly fight them put a grin on her face. Her claws dug into the dirt as she envisioned them digging into the foxes flesh. Her tail tip flicked as she walked over to the fresh-kill pile, nodded briefly at Hawk in a greeting, and grabbed a mouse. She quickly ate it and then waited for sunrise.

Severine Nemesis
Severine jumped down from the ledge and landed lightly in front of the she-cat. "Of course, you can join my patrol while Finch can join Lynx's." She meowed and waved her tail to signal the end of the meeting. "Everyone eat," she ordered before she stalked over to the freshkill pile and chose a mouse.

Discord Assassin
The young ebony furred tom slipped out of the Assassins den, his jaw open in a yawn. He stopped midstep when he noticed the gathered cats, he hesitated for a moment before joining the rest of the cats. He caught the end of Severine's words and he turned towards the rest of the cats, "What's going on?"
