Discord Assassin

After being assigned to a patrol, the ebony furred tom got to his paws and stretched before standing on his toes to spot Lynx in the crowd of cats. The young tom's paws were itching to tear some fox fur, and he couldn't stop his tail from twitching with excitement. His green eyes were alight with the thought of the upcoming hunt, and after spotting Lynx he began to weave his way through his groupmates.

Chaos padded closer to the Nemesis. She dipped her head at the words and disposed of the squirrel carcass she had eaten. She scanned the camp for Lynx and stalked over, waiting for the other cats to join.

The tom gathered with his patrol, "Let's kick some fox butt." He grinned, thinking of testing those foxes into prices made him get nervous and excited. Hawk tried to stay calm as he waited for the patrols to depart.

(Woah, a lot happened while I was asleep)

Gwyn ~ She-cat ~ Shaman ~ Location: Camp ~ Mentions: Primrose (Indirectly)

As soon as the meeting was over, Gwyn gracefully bounded back to the Shaman's den to prepare the herbs. 'I wonder why there are so many foxes on the territory? They usually don't travel in large groups.' The she-cat thought, glancing over at the two patrol groups. She felt a bit uneasy about the whole situation. 'They're just foxes, and the cats on the patrol groups are skilled. Primrose and I can handle it.' She reassured herself. With a swish of her tail, she headed into the den and looked at her herb stocks. She'd need cobweb to stop any bleeding, as well as some wet moss to clean the wounds. She had plenty of both of those things, since in a savage group like Primal Instinct, cats often got hurt. Next she gathered some goldenrod, marigold and burdock root, all of which she would need to chew into a poultice. The poultice was used to prevent any wounds from getting infected. They'd also need a few poppy seeds, to help ease the pain of the injured cats. The only thing they were low on were the poppy seeds, but Gwyn didn't see it as much of a problem, since she doubted that some foxes could put a lot of the Assassin's in such horrible pain that they'd actually need the poppy seeds.

Ankti laughed a little inside her head *Wouldn't surprise me, if the fox kick your butt.* She was also eager to sink some claws into fur, too. Ankti was bored waiting around. She just wants to be in the woods and slain fox as she goes by.

Primrose saw the leader was getting alot of attention, so she stepped off. She then padded to the Shamans' Den. Then seeing Gwyn for the first time today, she flicked her tail looking at her. "Hi Gwyn!" She purred, seeing she was sorting herbs, "I grabbed some Beech Leaves incase you wanted to go and get some herbs." Prim wasn't the best of telling what herb was what, so she wasn't that great at.. Treating cats when they are sick or anything. But all she did know is the smells, and the basic herbs including Beech Leaves, which wasn't really THAT much of an herb, Cobwebs, and Catmint.

Severine -- Nemesis
The feline stretched to loosen up her muscles before waving her tail, the sign for everyone to set off. She looked back once to make sure that her patrol was assembled, and led the way out of the camp, and started hesding south. They'd go all the way to the edge of their territory and make their way up to meet with Lynxs patrol.

Lynx nodded, agreeing with Severine. "That sounds good." Lynx moved to the fresh-kill pile, grabbing a blackbird and eating quickly. It was almost sun-high- They needed to leave.Once Lynx was full, he stood, hearing the patrols being called. The tom jumped on top of a rock, making sure he could be seen among the group of cats. And, slowly, his patrol came to him. Lynx looked over the group. Jade was there, Discord, Chaos, Finch, and...Yasha was coming over, too? Oh, well. They could use the help of another Assassin. Lynx spoke up once they all were here. "Alright. You five have to listen to me." He glanced at Finch momentarily. "We go out there, and you follow me. No hunting for prey. We're hunting foxes, and that's it. We stay together. If you catch the scent of a fox, tell us. Don't go running off, I'll leave you to die. We, as a patrol, will go and kill the foxes one by one. If you don't listen, I'll treat you the same way." He paused, making sure the group heard. "Once we're done, we head to the river stones and meet with Severine's patrol. After we check with her, then you can go hunt for prey. If you catch a lone fox we missed, don't fight it alone. Come find a partner or more, and kill the thing. Do you understand?"

Vixen ate slowly, knowing she wouldn't be involved. She was expecting kits. On the mention of kits, Vixen looked down to her belly. It was round, but not large enough for kits to be born anytime soon. The red queen finished her meal, padding toward a sunny patch of rock. She laid down, hoping to catch a bit of sleep while the patrols were out, leaving the place quiet and peaceful.

Sorry for not posting!! Things have been busy ._.
And, if you want, I could totally make a map of the territory. I've had this idea in my head and it would be smart to have everyone on the same page of what's in the territory. If you have any ideas on special places (For example, the waterfall or river stones.), PM me about it and i'll add it in.
A castle does sound good, but castles are huge. Maybe the cats only stay in the courtyard..? They don't really go up into the towers, in case there's a meeting and they can't hear it. The castle could be very old and worn down, so some of the walls have fallen in to create places to rest, stand on, or just do whatever. A few bushes could be some dens, but most if the cats would probably sleep indoors. How does that sound?

Ankti sat up and followed the Nemesis, south of the territory. She kept her eyes and nose peeled for fox. She sniffed the air and caught a distant scent of fox. Ankti stopped and said " I smell a fox about a 90 or so away, everyone better be ready." She unsheathed her claws ready to fight anything that's in the way.

(@MoonBeam(RSC)- A mile is way over the top. I did a bit of research (For like, 5 minutes. I may not be correct) but the best I got is that a cat can smell something from 100 yards away. Or, 300 feet. According to google, 100 yards is only .05 of a mile. Even if 100 yards is incorrect, no house cat can smell something from a mile away. Maybe a lion, but we're not roleplaying as lions.
Instead, maybe put something closer to, let's say 30 yards/90 feet? Just to keep the roleplay a bit more realistic.)
