@Lia stated rule is that all lions in your pride must be bred from NCLs, Rolled Lions, or Special Raffle Lionesses (or other heritageless parent such as an Event Stud, etc) or be direct descendants of them within your pride.
Basically, no heritage that isn't pure to your pride.

Kind of like with inbreeding, studding is optional. If you choose to use studs, any stud you use MUST be completely heritageless, such as a Rolled King.

I have personally never used a Stud other than my own king, so you don't HAVE to use them but you can if they follow the rules ^^

I personally use studs for my king's daughters. As I don't want to breed him to his own kids. There for it follows the rules as their offspring will still have my king in their lines. c:

@Cerrates, oh I will go after a hyena king! But, since my current's king design is basically useless for it, he's a walking ball of color with not a single marking usable to breed a hyena, it wont matter if I reroll him or not <3 so the project will proceed regardless if I keep his looks or dont and throw a fully random king. :3 I will anyway start breeding for a hyena-looking lion next <3
Random king, if I will do him, will be just for fun while I barely start this big new project. :3

Guys, I was thinking... what if I created a thread where everyone can post studs compatible with the clan? Not only a stud thread to advertise ours, but one where I could update the "head" for easy use, and everyone can share those they find?

I'm searching only those that meet the rules and look somewhat natural, but not everyone likes them, so... Would you like me to do it?

I asked a Moderator if it the "stud compilation" thread could be done, or otherwise broke the ToS. It could be done, but in order to do so the stud players have to post themselves on the thread.

Also, I erased the stud list I posted before, because it could be seen as advertisement of another players' studs and that's not allowed. I didn't know :'3

@Bere oh really? Whoops I already made the stud thread. I guess I'll have to alter it? That's sad. For our group it wouldn't work for each player ( especially ones not even in the clan) to post their own studs because it's not likely that they would stay qualifying, and it would be pointless to have a stud thread riddled with studs we can't even use...

Also what about consent? If everyone gives consent can I post and moderate the thread? I've definitely seen clans doing it that way before, where all the studs are on one "post" so definitely all posted by the clan thread admin. Are they breaking rules?
