"You shouldn't have done that, You could have warned me rather then putting yourself in harms way" I told him once it was safe, I was mad that he had protected me like that when he could have just warned me to get out of the way. I hated being weak and had wished that I hadn't put him in danger. I wished that I could have done more to protect him.

I felt bad about that. I knew the job was only paying 3,500 credits and I was wanting him to use that to get some better armor for himself since I knew he deserved it after all he had saved my life on more then one occagen and it seemed only fair. Once back in town I went and got the credits for the job before going and giving the credits to Jesse.

"We both got the monsters, we should share the credits not me have all of it," replied Jesse as he looked at Kyon. The closer he was getting along with Kyon the closer he was falling in love with him, he just hoped that soon Kyon would feel the same way about him. Jesse kinda knew that the credits wouldn't be enough to buy armor here so they would have to go back to the lower town to get armor for now.

"I know but you saved me so I think its fair you have the credits" I told him blushing a little, I had fallen for him but I didn't think he'd like me like that let alone think of me as anything more then possable a friend. I sighed slightly to myself wondering what I could do to help him out.

I blushed even more at that moment if that was even possable. I was happy and took my chance and kissed him. I really hoped I wasn't being to forward about this since I didn't want to scare him off. I really hoped that we could get out of this together and maybe meet in the real world.

I smiled softly "Maybe we could see about getting a place together on one of the upper levels" I said to him kinder wanting to find a nice place for us both to live with no worries and maybe make a living of our own. I sighed to myself slightly as I grew a little tired from our quest.
