Eros knew her words were the truth, "fine then I'm not, I meant everything that I said." He stalked closer to her until her chest was pressed against his. He stood at least a foot taller than her. "That still doesn't give you a right to go out on dates with other men when you know I'm trying. Yes it hurt and if I wanted to, I could've hurt you, that's why I wanted you out."

Eros confirming that he meant what he said did hurt her a bit. She held her breath, as he pressed his chest again hers. "Then that's what you should have said!" she argues, backing away from him, not wanting to get reeled in by his sex appeal. "You should've told me to cancel because I would've! But that's not what you did." Heidi let out a loud sigh, running a hand through her hair.

Eros remembered what she had said before, "You said yourself that you wouldn't cancel because you promised him a date." He narrowed his eyes, he didn't want to hear lies spew out if her mouth.

"You don't know what I would or wouldn't do because you didn't ask me!" Heidi exclaims, throwing her hands in the air before running one through her hair. He didn't understand, and she was beginning to think that he never would. "If you had, maybe I would've said 'okay Eros, I see where you're coming from, I'll cancel it with him and tell him I'm not looking for a relationship.' But you didn't so i didn't." Heidi was growing more and more frustrated with him. "What do you want from me?!"

"I do know that and I didn't proceed to asking you because you said it yourself that you wouldn't, or did you forget already. You made it clear that you wanted to go out with him so I didn't want to force your hand at it." He sighed and shook his head. "Sometimes, I think that you don't remember half of the things you say to me."

"It doesn't change the fact that you didn't ask me. You immediately began yelling and screaming at me, so I'm sorry that for a split second I wanted to go out with a guy who didn't treat me like I'm some gum he picked off the bottom of his shoe!" Heidi felt the anger leaving her, as the sadness settled in. She didn't want to fight anymore. She just wanted to be alone. Her voice was quiet, low, and soft, quivering almost as she said her next words. "Please, just leave. I don't have the power to fight you. Not on this."

Eros couldn't beleive Heidi had talked about him in that manner, "If you're late to work..." He didn't finish his sentence knowing she got the idea. He walked out and went to his car, driving home just wanting this day to end. When he got back he felt a phone in his pocket and realized that he had forgotten to give her back her phone. Shaking his hear, he went strait to sleep after changing out of his clothes. He knew she still had to come back tomorrow morning to change.

The next morning, Heidi woke up with bags under her eyes. She was still tired since she hadn't gotten the best sleep last night. She stretched before getting off the bed. It was still early enough for her to get to work, but the last thing she wanted to do was go back to his house and change nor did she want to sit in an office, where she couldn't escape, and fight all day or pretend like everything was normal. So she called Amanda, stating to her that she was taking a sick day off before she went into the livngroom to watch tv as she dozed on and off.

Eros had been halfway through his work day, he was annoyed that Jo hadn't come to work. Grabbing his keys he took the rest of the day off and drove to the house he went to the other day and opened the door, "Sick day my ass!" He yelled to no where in particular, "You can't just take the day off because you had a bad day yesterday and you definetly can't lie about being sick." Eros saw Heidi on the couch laying down and crossed his arms.

Heidi had been able to get three more hours of sleep before she had ordered a pizza which had gotten to her about twenty minutes before. She set the slice she was eating back down on the box, frowning at Eros as he just intruded into the apartment, yelling at her like usual. She sat up. "Firstly I never said I was sick," she states, raising her head. "I'm just taking a sick day, an off day. People do it all the time. And you can't decide when I do and don't take off days. I'm a normal person and I do need time to myself."

Eros scoffed at her, he was on the edge of his seat with this woman, "Four days into the fucking job? No one does that! Just because you had a bad night it doesn't mean you can just skip." He wasn't leaving until he got what he wanted. He didn't even know what he wanted but he would find out soon.

"Fine!" Heidi stood up from the couch, closing the box of pizza, as she glared at Eros. "You know what? You're right." And she put her arms up beside as if to say she surrendered before dropping them. "I quit." She'd never quit a job before unless she was moving, so it was new for her. She sat back down on the couch. "I could deal with less stress in my life anyway." And then she got up, walking to the kitchen for a drink.

Eros' eyes widened in shock when she said that she quit. "What?" He spat blocking Heidi's way and grabbing her arms to keep her in place. "I never saw you as someone to quit because of one little fickle but obviously you're less than I expected. Was that stubborness just an act?"

"Let go of me," Heidi groaned, trying to escape his iron like grip on her arms to no prevail. She looked up at him with a fiery look in her eyes. "And don't do that. Sound like you're disappointed to make me feel bad because I don't own you anything anymore. You don't own me. Because I quit. I quit. I quit. I quit. God, I quit!" Heidi didn't want to leave the job. The pay was really good, but she couldn't do it with Eros anymore. Heidi shrugs. "There's no more reason for you to be in contact with me. I'll get my stuff out of your house tomorrow." Heidi didn't want to leave Eros. But what other choice did she have?

Eros picked her up easily with both his arms and pushed her into a wall, "I'm not acting disappointed because I am disappointed, I have my every reason to contact you if I want to." He growled lowly, he had a feeling he wasn't going win this but he was for sure going to try.
