NightStar NightStar laughed at the shock i his voice. "I thought it was obvious, i clunked around like a big balloon." She mused, a teasing grin on her face, until she heard that last part. "Lionpaw, please. They may not seem like it, but we all love you. We miss you, please come back. For me." Rippleheart settled down with a small fish. Even though he was not very hungry, he still had to eat. He had not had anything that whole day, because of the disturbed dream he had that afternoon. Funny how a normal day can turn into a catastrophe. The succulent fish juices bathed his tongue and his stomach singed. He began to make nomming noises as he realized how much his tummy needed the food. After the fish was nothing but bones, he dumped the waste and returned to a sunny spot. He looked around his camp and realized how much could change soon. The thought unsettled him and he kept awake this time, trying to fight the nightmares prowling at the edges of his vision. 0 players like this post! Like? |

Rosepetal padded back out of the camp letting her kits take a nap. She sighed, padding slowly to the forest in their territory. She climbed a tree, waiting for a bigger piece of prey to try to find food. When she heard a squirrel, she got ready to jump across from the tree she was in. She jumped to the next branch, taking the squirrel down with her. She killed it and padded back, holding her head down, thinking of her former mates. 0 players like this post! Like? |

VVOLFKIT - kitten OF riverclan - 1-2 moons old - Season: Almost Leaf-Bare - Location: Nursery - Mentions: Moonkit, Alderkit VVolfkit had been keeping himself contained to one corner of his living space, one corner of his nest, one corner of the camp, for as long as he could remember; that being only a small batch of memories. The ebony tom covered in patches of unruly fuzz could tell since he had first nuzzled up against his mother that the other cats did not treat him the same. Other queens always stared at him with pitiful sympathy in their gaze, other kittens giving him second looks and upturned noses. He had discovered it was best for him to stay on the sidelines until he could truly figure out how to be the same as the other kits. So, often days, bright young eyes would bore gently into his denmates. Their tussles and whaps of moss-balls would be replicated late at night after his mom had already went to sleep. Today, he was not lucky enough to avoid the spotlight. A small jumble of little bodies had made their ways towards him. His unblinking eyes rose to meet that of the humungous ginger tom's. "VVolfkit. You?" He inquired softly, a tiny inch of smile creeping to his maw. "I'm Nightstar's son. Redpelt, too. You-." He cut himself off as the big kitten seemingly lost interest in conversing with himself and instead turned to a pale she-kit. Jeez, these other cats were sure strange. 0 players like this post! Rosepetal stood over her three new kits. They were playing at her belly fur, jumping at her tail. Sighing, she sat down, letting them play. She held her head down seeing Lionpaw. She made Sunblaze name him Lion as a prefix because of how beautiful he was as her first kit, She loved him very dearly. She wished she could have kept him, but his father took him from her.. She whimpered as if she was going to cry. Her kits were playing with moss, near the sunning area Rosepetal liked. 0 players like this post! Like? |

NightStar NightStar smiled, nudging lionpaw's side playfully. "You flatter me." She purred, padding into camp with him. Her eyes suddenly brightened. "Oh! You must meet my kits!" She purred, leading him to the nursery. She ducked inside, padding over to where WolfKit talked with two other kits and SoftKit lay sleeping contently. "This is SoftKit and WolfKit. Say hello, young ones." She smiled at her kits. No one would guess WolfKit wasn't actually hers because they both had black fur. For that, she was grateful. 0 players like this post! Like? |

He waited for his leader at the fresh kill pile he wanted to talk t her but he didn't want to interrupt her during a conversation with another cat so he stayed instead of going to her he sighed he picked up a squirrel and began to eat while waiting to talk to his leader. 0 players like this post! MoonKit MoonKit looked over at WolfKit. She smiled. "You seem nice enough. Those dumb stories the queens gossip about cant be true." She walked over to sit by him, not knowing if alderkit would do the same. She whispered into WolfKits ear. "Thats AlderKit. He acts tough, but he's okay. I think, anyway.... Rosepetal led her kits into the nursery, settling them down while she padded back out, feeling overwhelmed with all of the cats and kits in there. The best ways she could raise her second litter is just stay away. Sighing she padded to get a minnow. It was rather tiny, but so was Rosepetal. She was a smaller cat, but her body was long, Her tail was longer though. Her calico, Ginger and grey fur sometimes blended with leaf-fall. her white fur so long, making her look like she didn't have legs! 0 players like this post! Like? |

As the other cats began to file into the camp, Rippleheart noticed a tom he had not seen in quite a while. Lionpaw! He happiness melted when he realized with a cringe that Lionpaw and Rosepetal were still having issues. Rippleheart stood and padded over to where Nightstar was leading him. He guessed that Nightstar was going to introduce him to her new kits and Rippleheart held back some. He could talk to Lionpaw after he and Nightstar were done talking. He did not want to intrude on the reunion. He noticed Rosepetal sitting with her head down, eyes sad. Rippleheart decided that he should go and cheer her up, I mean that was what he was best at. He walked up with a swish of his bushy tail and prodded her with a deft paw. "Hey there!" He mewed as cheerfully as he could. "Hello Rippletail" Rosepetal meowed quietly. She didn't want to upset her son again. She stayed quiet unless spoken to around Lionpaw it seemed. She stared down, her frosted eyes seemed darker with her sad look. Although her eyes weren't different, her body language was.
