The golden tabby tom looked around with narrowed blue and cold eyes, his claws anxiously clawing at a random rock he found. He shook his nerves off, his fluffy coat going everywhere before growling in annoyance. He tasted the air for any familiar scents... He found lots of them... They seemed faint in his memory but... But yet so close... He shook his head, trying to get rid of the scent but it was like an itch... And itch that you couldn't scratch. "Mouse-dung... This is going to bother me for the rest of the day if I don't find out..." He growled in his raspy and surprisingly, deep-ish voicce, his growl almost sounding like scratching some sandpaper. He took another taste of the air before taking a long leap over a fallen log. He continued sprinting with all his might, his lean muscles showing under his very fluffy coat. Finally, he arrived to his destination and he looked around.. This play brought a bunch of butterflies in his stomach and he didn't know why...

Lionpaw perked his ears and he saw this... "Nightstar!" He couldn't help but let out a soft purr which once again, sounded like scratching sandpaper. "How have you been?! What's new?! Is the clan fine?! Oh, I'm so glad to see you!" He grinned and circled Nightstar as he questioned her, so many questions on his mind. "You guys have plenty of prey, right? I mean. It was pretty hard to get prey in the forest, alone, but I managed! Also.." He kept on meowing about how he was doing and more questions.

Lionpaw grinned. "Good! I was gonna flip out if the clan was starving." He chuckled softly and shook his fur, curling his long tail around his large, and still growing, paws before he blinked and couldn't help but look at his paws. "Oh wow.. That's really bad.." He mumbled and blinked. "Too bad..." He mumbled under his breathe before perking his ears. "WAIT A SECOND! You were PREGNANT?! What?!" He purred and nuzzled her back before he circled her again. "How old are they? Are they big? Strong? Are there more kits? More apprentices? More warriors?!" He kept on asking questions before he tripped over a rock as he heard her ask a specific question. He quickly got up and flattened his ears. "Camp?... I-I don't think so, Nightstar... Those cats care for themselves too much." He growled and narrowed his blue eyes.
