HoneyKit cocked her head. "You to have odd names." She said, then, realizing what she had said, she stuttered "Erm... sorry, i kinda just blurt out whatever comes to mind. The other kits say im annoying." She meowed sadly, flicking her tail. Then she shook her head. "But nevermind that. Are you guys new kits here?" She asked, smiling.

Chase couldn't hold back the little laugh at her mention of weird names, "We have weird names? You guys are the ones with weird names." He flicked his tail, gesturing to an open space next to him, "We were abandoned by our twoleg... Stuck in a sack and tossed into the woods, probably to die. But then ShadowLeaf happened by and saved us." Chase looked down at Chance, nudging him lightly, "Cha, she's not going to hurt you. And she isn't scary so you can stop hiding in my fur..." The smaller brother finally lifted his head, vibrant green eyes looking up at Honeykit, "H-hi."

"That's ridiculous. No tail." The once white warrior gave a scoff. Her tail had been a pride, in all its plumy glory. Shadowleaf had a particularly unique sense of humor telling her that. Suddenly, she gave a yowl as her joint was shoved unceremoniously back in place, the relief that overtook hardly worth the surprise.
"Jeez Shadowleaf! you wonder why I never visit." Her hiss came through gritted teeth, head raised slightly from the jolt. However, as she flexed the muscles lightly, she was glad to see it still worked. That was some relief to the she-cat. If her leg was working, that meant she could still do her duties.
Owlsong relaxed as Shadowleaf finished her poking and prodding, the poultice already helping the pain, the herbs she had taken, although with resistance, causing her to feel more numb to her surroundings. Her gaze swiveled from Russetflight to watch the rest of the clan through the gap in the medicine cat den.

Lightningpaw blinked at the kit and watched her run off to play, or whatever kits did. What an interesting little one.
He looked up at his mentor, nodded, and took a tentative bite from his mouse. He didn't deserve this! He didn't bring prey back. Those frogs were still buried in the marsh...
"All right. I'd like to work on hunting. I need to be at my best to catch whatever we can. StarClan knows we need it."

Chase & Chance | With Honeykit

Chase nodded at the offer to be shown around, he wanted to see and know more about the place he and his brother were at. It was a curious place, so many cats in one place, living together cooperatively and in relative peace. Chance on the other hand shook his head, curling up in the nest in the med den and closing his eyes, "You go Chase, I want to sleep." Chase gave a nod, leaning his head down and giving the top of Chance's head a quick lick, "Alright. Sleep tight little brother." He turned back to Honeykit, stepping out of the nest and standing next to her, "Show me around."

HoneyKit beamed and padded out of the den. Her expression was excitement, and her fur bristled happily. First, she stopped at the nursery. "This is the nursery, where pregnant queens and kits stay. I stay here for now." She purred, then moved on to the apprentice den. She smiled. "This is the apprentice den. When a kit turns 6 moons old, they get assigned a mentor and then they stay here and train to become a warrior." She said, excitement in her voice. She would be an apprentice soon. She moved on to the next den. 'And this is the warriors den! The warriors hunt, fight, and are super awesome!." She purred excitedly.

HoneyKit laughed, a bubbly little giggle. "Of course we have a leader. Follow me." She purred and took him to the leaders den. "This is the leaders den. His name is SwiftStar." She said, smiling. Then she took him away, to the middle of camp. She got in a crouch. "I'm mildly curious..." She purred, grinning. "How well you can fight." She tensed, though her grin remained.
