Owlsong wrinkled her nose at the intruder. So it wasn't a patrol. Sad. Still, it was strange for an apprentice to come on her own, and she shared her thought without any hesitation.
"then where is your Medicine cat? Isn't it odd to send an apprentice on their own? Even without a warrior?" Her mismatched eyes glared slightly. there was little reason for her to suspect a medicine cat apprentice, but still. Her tail lashed. However Shadowleaf took the lead, and with Stormsong there as well; the warrior backed down quickly, giving her chest a few licks, and instead keeping her gaze on the tunnel, making sure no other cats were waiting on the other side.

ShadowLeaf nodded at her companions, a gentle gesture to watch the apprentice from behind. He looked harmless, but then again, looks can kill. She slowed down her walk to trot next to the apprentice. "Why has FogStar sent you?" She asked curiously. She looked at him expectantly, knowing he cant holdback information from her, as she was medicine cat.

Tallpaw looked at Owlsong "Well, Fogstar trusts me enough to send me alone, I know how to defend myself, and I know I can't set a paw on another clan's territory, unlike one of you warriors" he whispered the last part to himself, he followed Shadowleaf, he knew better than to attack when he was on a foreing clan, he was raised better than that, he looked back at Owlsong "There's no one that will come through there" he looked once more to Shadowleaf "Fogstar want to hold an emergency meeting for all of the clans, I'm afraid I can't tell you more with another warriors around, they mostly don't understand prophecies" he once more muttered the last part, his eyes in the ground.

Blossompaw sighed, there were too many sounds surrounding her to make sense. Maybe she could creep away unnoticed? No, that wouldn't work... she thought of what she could do.

Owlsong curled her lip slightly at the younger cat. She didn't care if he was a medicine cat apprentice or not, her suspicion of other cats wasn't unreasonable. With a flattened ears the normally docile cat turned after a last sniff, to pad after the patrol. Windclan cats. She shook her head. His last words vanished into the dirt, especially with her lowered hearing. She kept her head tilted however to listen to the two medicine cats talk, intrigued besides herself about the prophecy that had all the cats on edge.

ShadowLeaf, who wasn't born yesterday, had heard his mumbles. "I agree. we'll wait and talk to Ember star." She smiled at the apprentice, padding beside him as if she was a friend. She looked behind her, making sure her group followed.

Blossompaw sighed quietly and lowered her head, walking with her tail lowered as well. She made sure to continue listening to any danger, but couldn't exactly watch where she was going. So she continued following the scents of her clanmates.

Lightningpaw watched, bristling. They were just going to let a cat from a rival Clan into their territory? Even if he was just an apprentice, he could bring important information back to Fogstar!
But... the older cats seemed assured. Lightningpaw's ears were flattened against his head as he followed. He didn't like the sound of this. Emergency meeting?
He kept an eye on Blossompaw, since the older cats didn't seem to be. He padded over to her. "What do you think about this?"

Blossompaw flicked an ear to acknowledge Lightningpaw, then paused as she tried to gather an answer. "I... I don't know what to think, honestly. I'm entirely confused, I haven't heard anyone talk about a prophecy, at least not to me, but that's what seems to be going on..." She was entirely clueless, and felt useless in nearly every regard.

"I don't know what's going on either," his tail flicked. "It's... scary. What could WindClan possibly want or need from us? Food? Protection? What if there are monsters, or Two-legs, or worse?" He bristled more, puffing up.

Blossompaw sighed, flattening her ears. "I don't know, how AM I supposed to know? It's not like anyone tells me things." She sensed his impatience and unease, but didn't exactly know what to do. "it's not like anyone puts me on the 'Dire news must be shared with this cat' list."

Tallpaw smiled at Shadowleaf, at least somecat didn't treat him as he was a badger and would attack camp at any given chance, he was just an apprentice for StarClan's sake!, he looked at the she-cat "I hope Emberstar wants to talk, Fogstar would feed me to the badgers if I didn't tell Emberstar about the emergency Fourtrees meeting" he laughed at little, and he did the same as her and looked at the cats behind him, it was clear that thy didn't trust him, he laughed at himself when he remembered how scared he was of Nightstar when she came to camp, he looked ahead and wondered when they would reach ShadowClan's camp.

"No one tells me news either. Guess it's just because we're apprentices." He flicked his tail-tip when Tallpaw looked back at them. He would keep an eye on this cat, even if this was safe, one could not be entirely sure.
"Do you smell any more WindClan cats hiding somewhere? I don't." He looked at Blossompaw then sniffed the air to be sure.

Blossompaw snorted softly in slight annoyance, but scented the air anyways. Nothing WindClan like, except the cat in front of her. "Nope. Haven't scented anything other than that cat there at all. And if there's one thing I'm useful for, it's a sense of smell."

Lightningpaw blinked and tilted his head. "Don't talk like that. You aren't useless. Medicine cats are the most important cats of the Clan. Without them, all of the warriors would die from wounds and greencough. And your sense of smell lets you get to know herbs even better."
