~ Madisyn / Dr. Meyer ~ Madisyn nodded at Jackie's response, looking down at the turtle. "He's very handsome." She smiled sweetly. She then rummaged through what seemed like hundreds of papers scattered across the long desk. "And what time was your appointment?" She asked, scratching her head with one finger for a moment before flipping through several pages of a packet. Her head bounced up once more. Her eyes met a young girl's, standing awkwardly at the desk. She wanted to know what the hell the girl was talking about, but these days, she couldn't remember crap. She rubbed her hand on the back of her sore neck. "Uhm, Angel." She called the receptionist over. ~ Angel Gray ~ Angel scrambled in through a doorway behind the desk. "Hello!" She cheered to the girl, hurrying right over to her as if she knew exactly why Madisyn called her. "I'm Angel Gray, we spoke over the phone?" She extended her arm for a hand shake. "Danielle, is it?" Jacqueline "Jackie" Davenport "Thanks. And..Uh... Ten minutes from now, I believe." She had no idea what time it was. "Uh- actually what time is it?" She chuckled nervously, rubbing her free hand on the back of her neck. She was very disorganized today, sadly. First she had forgotten where the paperwork that she needed was, then she had lost Bowden under a clutter of paper- which she hadn't let him out at that point, so she had no idea how he got there. She had made sure to check him over for injuries beforehand, and luckily there were none. 0 players like this post! Like? |

~ Angel Gray ~ Angel held her hands over her heart, her face plastered with a passionate expression like she had just heard someone tell her she was beatiful. I suppose it's similar. She does treat the clinic like her baby, after all. "Why thank you!" She cooed. "This is Madisyn." She pointed to the frantic vet beside her. "You'll be shadowing her once she's available to talk." She swung around, running her finger down the files in a file cabinet before pulling out a sheet of paper. "Would you mind filling out this waiver for me?" She asked warmly, handing her a clipboard with an attached pen, dangling by a ball chain. ~ Madisyn / Dr. Meyer ~ Madisyn glanced at her watch. She watched the paw print arm circle around. "4:16." She spoke. "I believe your appointment is at 4:30." She paused, scrolling through a schedule on the computer before her. "I can get you in right now if you'd like." She said, scratching a small scratch on her arm. She didn't even remember what the mark was from; maybe a hedgehog...or a bunny. 0 players like this post! Jacqueline "Jackie" Davenport Jackie let out a audible sigh of relief and whispered silent praises under her breath towards whatever god was true, "That'd be lovely, thank you." She said as the doctor offered too get her in early. "Unless you'd like to talk to the lady next to me first?" She nodded towards Danielle. Said woman asked her if Bowden was a tortoise. She chuckles again lightly, then responds. "Greek tortoise, I don't remember what subspecies however. He's my current foster pet. His name is Bowden." She rubbed her scalp trying to think. Her hand held out in front of her. "Don't tell me.." She paused.
