Skylar walks back into the clinic, with Rex and Pointer not far behind her. Delihla jumps up to greet her with bared teeth and a raised tail, notmal people would take this as agressive, but Skylar had learned a lot from Delihla's body language "It's okay girl" she whispers to the adult female as she pats her head "I won't wake Luna, i promise" she looks at the sleeping pup as Delihla settles back down, but not without snarling at Pointer, who just couldn't get the hint on how to care for young pups, yet loved to play with them. Bringing the two dogs back to their cage, she ushers them in, giving both a pat on the head, before taking a deep breath, and walking to the cat section.

There, she moved to the smaller cages, looking for the black-and-white kitten that had been she had been put in charge of "Lexy!" as soon as she saw the tiny kitten, she couldn't help but scold it. Lexy somehow has the perfect balance between calm and naughty. Whenever someone was with her, she would act like angel, purring, wanting to be petted, but when noone was around, Lexy's favorite activity is tearing up her home. Her food bowl is tipped over, with peices of cat food lying around in her cage. Her fur is all wet, as is the ground near the water bowl. And her bed is all scratched up

"Why do you keep doing this?" Skylar groans, facepalming. She grabs a tiny blanket ontop of Lexy's cage, and holds it out for the kitten to stand on. Holding the blanket tightly by it's edges, she attempts to carry Lexy to a temporary cage, but the kitten has different ideas. Instead Lexy chooses to jump from the blanket, much to Skylar's dismay, and crawls into a spot where Skylar can't reach her with the blanket, knowing the human is afraid of picking up small things, like kittens, with her hands
