"We can head out now," Tamiel said, rearranging his wings again. "Rahm will show you the way to the Leona. "
Darting forward, the tiger pressed his forehead to Rahms softly. "Stay safe," he whispered, and moved away. He couldn't afford to get soppy, not with what was at stake.
He turned to Libra and the leopon, gesturing for them to follow him. "Let's go," he said, and led them into the jungle.
He tried not to look back, forcing down the feeling of fear in his stomach.


Vivante eyedthe tiger strangely- he was very demanding. Oh well. He didn't have anything better to do. And visiting the buda wasn't a half bad way to spend the week anyway.
He shrugged and trotted after Tamiel.


"We'all collect some maps before we go," Rahm sighed, turning to the bungalow. "Won't take me a minute."
The odd creature trudged back into the house, returning a moment later with several maps shoved into a satchel thrown over his back. He looked weary, but stiffened a little when he saw the raven perched on the ground.
Rahm shook his head vigorously. Just a bird.
"To the Leona," he said quietly, loping off in much the same direction as tam, qirr hot on his heels.

Alaqirr nodded, following Rahm placidly. He lingered a bit on the bird, holding the raven's gaze and narrowing his eyes. He sighed, what was he doing? It's just a bird, and birds gossip. Everything was fine, the only thing off was the disappearance of the elders. There was no rapture, no desolation of life as they no it, and it was not carried on the wings of ravens.

He quicked his pace both to keep up and to put distance between himself and the bird, walking to the side behind Rham.

Alaqirr's ears flicked as he noticed the Centuars. His eyes lit up as he recognized Mala from their earlier encounter.

He turned, walking backwards carefully and attempting conversation, "Oh, hi! You're Mala, right? Hello again! And-uh-thanks for your help with Usawa."

Soon, just like the others, Clover and Ofelia started on their journey to meet with the unicorns. There was a chance it would not end well, but there was a chance that /someone/ would take pity on them, take pity on the current state of their home and help. Ofelia had a small idea on who, but getting to her would prove to be very difficult. "Do you suppose they may have changed their mind about.. us?" Ofelia's voice was low and soft, trying to keep quiet lest someone or something hears about their conversation. "Of course not. I mean, ever since you were born they've been ready to sacrifice you to the gods - well, I mean not that exactly, but y'know they're not the greatest. However, if we can find Eirene.." Ofelia gave a huff, nodding slightly. "I had that idea too. She'll know what to do, even if the clan decides it best to drive us out once more. So silly, though. I've never realized what the issue was with me and less so my mother." "Unicorns are weird when it comes to differences." "And what about--?" "Feli. You know what they'd do if they found out, we need to keep it down low." "Of course.."

"Freind is a strong word," Rahm sighed, rubbing at the mostly healed scratches on his neck. "Nuisance would be a better one." He tilted his head at the centaurs, curious. "Where will you two be headed off to?"

Rahm flicked an ear, shrugging. "You can come with us," he said, beginning to move off into the forest. "Just be warned: the Leona are a very proud people. Insults are not taken lightly." He sent a scrutinising gaze at mala, and his shoulders seemed to droop a bit. "You should be fine."
He began to walk again, shoving down the nausea in his stomach- the feeling that very soon, something would go horribly wrong.

Mala and lorcan nodded and followed him quietly, their eyes scanning the surrounding area out of habit. Mala shifted the weight of her pack a little. Her body had been aching recently from carrying their foal and a pack, but she wasn't going to complain. It would be unfair to Lorcan to make him worry. He worried enough already.

A strange looking girl walked into the midst of one of the groups, she had round cat ears and a tufted tail and feathery black wings on her back, she just suddenly appeared as well, like she had somehow teleported there on the shortest of notice, without a single word, her eyes the color of a red and gold sunset and piercing like the gaze of a Hawk, or possibly something more ferocious... Like a lion.

Alaqirr grinned at began to agree with Rahm- but helped andtripped around on his own feet, surprised but the sudden arrival of the girl.

Puffing out his fur and lashing his tail, not out of agitation but out of shock, his whiskers twitched wildly as he spoke.

"Who's this then?" He chuckled, a bit louder and more forceful than intended.

It took them a bit, but not too far until they reached the unicorns. Ofelia gave a deep breathe and walked through the the leaves of a weeping willow into the meadow where they lived. Some unicorns turned to look at the pair as they made their way toward the lead unicorn's home, some didn't care and put their gaze back to whatever they were doing. Though some.. Clover gave a loud snort, causing the unicorns to redirect their gaze elsewhere. With that, Ofelia nuzzled her partner softly. "It's so strange being back here.. Do you think mother will still be in charge?" "Of course. After all, she's quite persuasive.".

One they made their way to the home of the lead unicorn, Ofelia used the knocker softly -- causing the lead unicorn, who was indeed Ofelia's mother Eirene, to answer. "Yes, yes.. What is- ...Ofelia?" She looked at Clover. "...Clover... What are you two-" "There's something happening with our valley." A sigh escaped Eirene's lips. "Of course.. I've been trying to deal with it but-" "Mother. We have to speak to- ...The elder." "Absolutely not. The last time either of us did they cast you out, killed you almost. My dear we can't do that not-" "By all means of respect, Eirene. I think you know exactly who I am and why the elder would listen to me. Correct?" Clover suddenly but in, staring into the eyes of the unicorn in front of her. Eirene shifted in place and bowed her head. "Of course, Clover.. I can allow a meeting to see the elder of the clan. ...If things go wrong-" "I'll deal with them. He'll listen to one of his own, your leadership. I promise you this." Eirene gave a smile. "I sure hope so."
