This is (LOOSELY) based off of my adoption thread located here! This will be edited lots before I am satisfied with it, but ya know! This is where the RP will happen, I request that we try to keep OOC chat in the OOC forum, but I won't enforce it too hardcore. Some Rules: - All 18+ actions are to be fade to black - nothing involving minors and adults - Please put a warning before any gore, mutilation, or descriptive harm (self or otherwise) - Do not have a response that describes how someone else's character reacts UNLESS this has been previously okay'ed by the original player Each pride will be listed with a link to their respective page in the R&T Prides Forum. It is up to the creator of said pride to update it as people join! However, if they are anything like me, they may need occasionally reminders lol. But don't be pushy!! I will try to update this ASAP as people join and switch up their roles as well!! As a reminder, I would love people joining my pride just remember that the lion/lioness either HAS to have a mutation or fake it somehow to be allowed in the pride. He lives out near the Oasis that is unclaimable by any prides. That is monkey only territory. Bongo|Sunbaked He blinks- watching her sign. He chuckles- giving her a thumbs up. He feels his tail twitch at her words. He never really has had the chance to have a guest at his battles. He gets up and nod furiously with a wide smile on his face. " Yes! Please! There's one going on tonight! You can see sir squibbles in action!" He mouths- signing along with his words. Sir squibble proudly buzzes his wings. Boasting a bit. " It's very upscale, believe it or not! " he explains- walking over to a small area with clothing made of beetle wings. He fashions a chest piece to himself. Made of golden wings. And hands her a small necklace made of silver and purple wings. " These are made out of my past champions. I wear them to every fight. I'd be more than happy for you to join me as my plus one!" He invites, placing the necklace around her like a badge of honor. Excitedly kneading the ground. 0 players like this post! Keanu carefully sets it down not wanting to mess up such a fragile piece, smithing it down onto her pelt. Gazing back at Bongo she couldn’t help but admire the chest piece, the gold complementing his coat. “Are there any rules I should follow? Like what happens in beetle fights stays in beetle fights? Bongo|Sunbaked He blinks- tilting his head before shaking it no. He then starts to guide her out the way they came. Following in the direction the smilus had darted off earlier. As they trek- the world around them seems to grow more lush, yet darker at the same time, as thick tree's cover the light overhead. He eventually guides her to what seems to be a huge mud dome. A large primal female guarding the entrance. They dip their head as Bongo enters, the dome inside is lit by fire- being contained in small bowls of animal fat. They line the walls- to help light up the large area. As Bongo and his guest pad closer to the arena- it's clear that most of the other lions there admire and fear him. Some shuttering and darting out of the way- others watching with wide curious eyes. He makes his way to what seems to be a small private tunnel. He leads Kenai up it- which leads to a rather beautiful room. There was a small fireplace to the left of a very fluffy pelt rug. There was also a huge balcony that overlooked the arena- Lions of all kinds were packed into seats. The arena itself was rather small- the owners of the beetles waiting in wings. However- over the arena was a large glass half sphere that magnified the image under it- making it seem as if the beetles were the size of lions themselves. Bongo smiles- greeting another young lioness in the room and holding up two fingers. She nods and scampers away only to come back with two bowls of crisp water and a plate of sliced fish and honeycomb. She places it down near the rug and soon takes her leave. Congo yawns- stretching out of the rug and lying down to watch the current fight. Sir Squibbles soon flies off to who knows where. Most likely to train. 0 players like this post! Like? |

Kenai | Sunbaked Kenai followed close to Bongo as they entered the mud dome. To Kenai it felt like she was in a whole different place, the atmosphere and dome itself not feeling that it was in sunbaked anymore. She scanned around the dome as they walked to the private room, glancing at the other lions as they greeted Bongo or flees in fear from him. When they arrived at the room Kenai awed at its beauty, making herself comfortable on the furry rug. When the food was placed infront of her kenai almost drooled, the sweet smell of the honeycomb and the fish looking wonderful. “This looks amazing Bongo! You’ve really outdone yourself!” She chuffs-looking down below at the current fight going on. It’s was so exciting for her, finally being able to see something interesting. She wondered to the balcony, seeing the other lions and beetles of all kinds talking or training. “So when does your battle start? I’ll be sure to cheer you on.” 0 players like this post! Like? |

Bongo|Sunbaked He shakes his head. " Oh- I'll be up here for my fight. This is the champion suit afterall." He signs, mouthing his words as well. " I'm the champion of the south. There's four champions in total, one for each direction. '' he explains- looking down to watch the fight as well. He breaks off a piece of honeycomb for her and himself, eating it delicately as not to spill anything sticky on his chest. " My main enemy is fighting with me tonight. Just as a show of pride. She's over there- in the other champion suit. " He points soon after saying this- his paw guiding towards a lioness decked out in beetle wings and tusks. She almost looked like a beetle herself with her pinkish hued coat. She smiles at Bongo and flips him the bird playfully. He chuckles and flips it back. " She's an ass. But we're buddies. And rivals" He remarks- watching as the battle below them finished up. " Sir should be on after the mid show auction. " He informs her- padding back into the room and taking a slice of fish for himself. " For now- we just have to sit back and watch the show! Neat huh?" He chuckles as he mouths his words. Smiling at her. Hyena|Sunbaked She woke up with a yawn. It seemed to be the dead of night. She slowly got up- padding outside the den and sitting outside the royal enclave to look at the stars. She sighs. This was everything she could have hoped for.. but it still made her nervous.. Like something was bound to go wrong at any moment.. " A beetle for your thoughts my queen?" A voice calls beside her- making her jump and swat whoever it was. She growled seeing it was Domino. She rolls her eyes. " Why are you out here?" She murmurs. " Well- I didn't get to fully check you over! You seem to have a small cold, so I brought you this." He hands her a small bit of herbs wrapped in leaves. She frowns- taking it begrudgingly. " What do you want?" She asks dully. He blinks tilting his head. " Hm? Oh! I just simply wished to chat! You seem rather lonely." He remarks with a hum. Hyena scoffs- letting her gaze wander back to the stars. " I'm fine.. just.. thinking." She explains. Angel|Sleekwater He smiles- leading her back into the den and walking her back to the shared den, kissing her goodnight. " I'll see you tomorrow, yeah?" He smiles at her.
