This is (LOOSELY) based off of my adoption thread located here! This will be edited lots before I am satisfied with it, but ya know! This is where the RP will happen, I request that we try to keep OOC chat in the OOC forum, but I won't enforce it too hardcore. Some Rules: - All 18+ actions are to be fade to black - nothing involving minors and adults - Please put a warning before any gore, mutilation, or descriptive harm (self or otherwise) - Do not have a response that describes how someone else's character reacts UNLESS this has been previously okay'ed by the original player Each pride will be listed with a link to their respective page in the R&T Prides Forum. It is up to the creator of said pride to update it as people join! However, if they are anything like me, they may need occasionally reminders lol. But don't be pushy!! I will try to update this ASAP as people join and switch up their roles as well!! As a reminder, I would love people joining my pride just remember that the lion/lioness either HAS to have a mutation or fake it somehow to be allowed in the pride. He lives out near the Oasis that is unclaimable by any prides. That is monkey only territory. Kenai | Sunbaked “Alright I’ll be goi-what are you doing?” She questioned as bongo drew lines into the ground creating what Kenai interrupted as…..two very long sticks? With an arrow pointing towards a volcano? With a dazed look of bewilderment, she stared at the drawing and then back at bongo. It was until realization hit her, that he was asking her if she wanted to see beetles. She eagerly nodded her head in excitement, “Yea I’d love to go see them! Come on pretty boy let’s go!” Kenai headed off towards the grass and disappeared for a couple of seconds before back up to her previous spot. “Heh I don’t know where we’re going, I’ll let you take the lead.” She replied with a sheepish grin, ear pulled down in embarrassment. 0 players like this post! Bongo|Sunbaked Pretty boy? Cute. He watched as she marched off like she knew where the mounds were. He smirks- rolling his eyes and gesturing a paw for her to follow. He travels down a path to a small tunnel- and pads in quickly. He lets his tail brush her chin every now again as they travel in the small space. As the place was very dark. Eventually the sound of waterfalls and buzzing can be heard not too far ahead. When they make it though- they're greeted by an enchanting scene. A small oasis, similar to lushpelt but far smaller- rimmed with waterfalls that all fell into a giant pool. There were tall mounds everywhere. Up high, down low- at eye level. everywhere. There were bushes of herbs as far as the Eye could see. Sir Squibbles flies off of Bongo's head and goes to sit with some other colorful beetles, all sipping at a wide flower. Bongo smiles- looking to the mounds with pride. It seemed he had cultivated this place- as when he tapped on the ground, a few different yet specific beetles took into the sky and landed in his mane. He walks over to Kenai and dips his head. An almost golden thin bug peers up at Kenai with buggy eyes. Fluttering their wings in a greeting of sorts. 0 players like this post! Like? |

Kenai | Sunbaked Following bongo with small steps Kenai couldn’t help but peak around them as they walked, noting the landmarks and paths around them. When he would brush her chin with his tail Kenai was sure she would melt, letting out a purr-like sound as she swayed with a love struck face before coming back into reality. When they entered the beetle oasis Kenai could help but Aw at the sight before her, mouth opened wide before forming into a smile. “Wow, so this is where you get all of them. Not bad pretty boy, not bad at all.” Turing in a circle to take in the sight before looking at bongo with a mane full of them. Noticing the golden bug as it fluttered its wings as a greeting she could help but smile, doing a bow of her head. “So this is what you do pretty boy, I’m impressed. Do you just keep them as pets? Or do you just sell them?” Kenai asked as she watched the bus interact amongst themselves. 0 players like this post! Like? |

Shadow Blossoms | Sunbaked She snorts, twitching a bit to turn and shift in her nest as she tucks Calida and Ra closer to her. She continued to snore with her maw wide open. She was not a pretty nor quiet sleeper. Tiptail | Sunbaked He whimpered when they were set near Dove, squirming away from her and taking Cloudjumper with him. He helped her clamber into a neighboring nest and tucked her in, watching Dove for any sign of movement. Cloudjumper | Sunbaked She squeaked when they were shoved into a nest with Dove. She was thankful when Tiptail helped her up and out. Her vision was blurry and everything was smudged, so she relied heavily on Tiptail to lead her where she needed to go. She could imagine what everything looked like and she could make them out when they were within about two feet of her face. She wanted to thank Tiptail and ask for some more water, but all she could do was chirrup and nudge Tiptail. Bongo|Sunbaked He doesn't really seem to respond to her flirting- but he sets down two of the beetles perched on his head and taps the ground 3 times. In a flash the both of them start to fight one another- rolling and buzzing wildly. He lets this play out for a bit before tapping the ground again. And feeding them both some honey bush. He smiles at Kenai and gestures his paws in a " Tah- Dah" Sort of way. He then taps the ground in a pattern that makes sir squibbles fly back to his shoulder. Hyena|Sunbaked She frowns and helps jester in. Starting to dry her off with her tongue. Being careful when cleaning around her bruises. She doesn't bother to worry about herself. Simply concerned about her mate. " That was a very brave thing you did my love" She praises softly- as not to wake Shadow Blossom and the cubs. Domino|Sunbaked When he woke up- he almost felt his heart drop. Shit. He saw Nayla sleeping on his side. He shook his head. What was he thinking before? If he got attached to her.. started to care for her like a father would.. he'd surely become weak. He wasn't about to fall for Petho's games. He thought that this would be a strategic thing.. not a love thing. He gingerly picks her up and walks her to the back wing- placing her near the other cubs. He looks to her for a moment before sighing- and padding out. He couldn't risk it. 0 players like this post! Like? |

Hyena|Sunbaked She furrows her brow. Her eyes shifted to outside. The rain was starting to clear up slightly.. hopefully the pride wouldn't flood anymore than it already had. " Strange how?" She asks- before starting to smooth down Jesters fur again Dayla|Sleekwater Dayla was irritated. She always was when a spirit was lost. She loved her gift- but some days it felt much more like a curse. She sighed- her head pounding. " Any trails yet?" She calls up to Salem- who's currently flying up ahead- trying to find any spirit residue on the trees or ground. He sighs- floating back to her and shaking her head. Dayla groans- closing her eyes for a minute while her brain drummed against her skull. " Fuck. This hurts." She hisses- laying down in god knows where. She wasn't in Sleekwater that's for sure. She couldn't tell how far into into the mangrove she'd gone. She sighs- before roaring in pain. panting and grunting as her headache grows more intense. Salem whimpers- rushing to her side. He peers up to see the spirit of an old man- howling and crying. He grumbles- making his way over to it and hissing at him. " Would you hush?? We found you! So shut up!" He snaps, making the spirit howl louder. Dayla screams- tears filling her eyes. " GODS. " She wails- her breathing is getting heavy. " I'm gonna puke.. where the hell is this dude's grave?!" Kenai | Sunbaked “So this what you do with them, beetle fighting! I’ve heard of it before, when I became a scout!” She claps her paws-yelling out a bravos. Kenai was impressed at the display of the beetle fight and the fact that he could command them with just a paw tap. “We’ll hello to you again.” She said in a soft tone as she waved to Mr sir squibbles. Kenai had to say that this particular beetle was her favorite, he’s wouldn’t try to land on her face and was quite cute, like pet like owner she guessed. “You know your quite skilled, I don’t know many- or any lions that can train beetles, not like this.
