your choice! i'd like something fancier used VERY SPARINGLY only for the header (_____'s den) and anywhere else you think it may look pretty, its very important to me that everything is easily readable and accessible.

i love rounded or double corners wherever possible!!

muted pinks, purples, oranges, whites/grays. the background for the desktop version is great to grab from! nothing too harsh on the eyes.

circle, id really love to have it pale monochrome normally and fade into color when hovered over if that's possible! i'd like the icon to match with the theme even as my king may change over time.

i'd like to keep things very soft and easy on the eyes so maybe a very small gradient on box headers if you feel it looks pretty, up to you though!

10. Any other specifications:
two scroll boxes for a player bio and an information tab for my forums and current projects and goals and such!
it's (again) very important to me that everything can be easily read, your den is a stunning example of that!

everything looks good except the image links you provided link directly to the image previews, but for the main backgrounds I need to be able to choose the size of the image downloaded to ensure that it will display nicely, so I'd just need the link to the post as opposed to the image itself. the image preview size is fine for the caves, mounds, and dynasty since those are already small, but I wanna make sure that it will look as clear as possible for ya with the background ^^

and with the king image, is it alright if I made it so that it doesn't have the requested effect when viewed on mobile? since mobile doesn't have the same functionality for hover so it might be better to only have it on desktop, but ofc that's up to you, I just wanted to suggest it in case it was something you'd prefer (also had to look up how to make something grayscale in CSS bc I didn't know it was a thing and very excited to learn something new esp something that looks so cool!!)

another edit for clarity's sake: like your den page, i'd like to avoid having any text over the background that isn't inside a completely solid box other than the ____'s den header. its very hard for me to read text on top of a half-transparent box with the background seen through it
