I am very happy that the game is back, because I believe it has some absolutely beautiful decors and backgrounds. The only problem? These are unattainable to a large amount of users. It took me about 30 minutes just to get a score of 300 today in trying to play. This is not even enough for a decor. Since the games re-release today, with over 6 thousand users online, only EIGHT have been able to achieve a score of 1000+, the score required for a background (At the time of writing). According to calculations by user Techno (#305): "A score of 462 took me 8 minutes and 32 seconds. I had a stopwatch going. My internet and gaming PC are pretty good, so I should have the game running about as fast as possible. So in theory, IGNORING the speed boost that does happen over time, that's .902 clicks per second. 8 minutes 32 seconds = 512 seconds 462 clicks/512 seconds = .9023 clicks per second. For easy math, I'm rounding that to a click per second. So that's 1000 seconds, or 16.67 minutes or 16 minutes and 40.2 seconds for a score of 1000. Now, given I don't know the exact speed change modifiers it has, it's probably a bit lower, and if you can click faster then it's also a bit lower. But I'd say I'm around average in speed for this, and I haven't stopwatched anyone else. So I'd probably say it takes the fastest people like 12 minutes or so at the least." I have 3 suggestions to make the decors accessible, 2 of which requires adjustments to the game. 1. Add score multipliers As it currently stands, one hit to either the snake or the mandrill is one point towards your overall score. With score multipliers, it would not be a one-to-one ratio. For example, 100 hits could result in an overall score of 500 if a score multiplier is added where each hit is worth 5 points, rather than each hit only being 1 point. This is just an example and not a suggestion for a specific score multiplier. Another score multiplier, which would be more difficult to code, is that enemies hidden behind objects, thus harder to hit, are worth more (ie. the snake behind the vines). This would make it so players are actually able to get the scores needed for decor without spending hours, and a lot of disappointment, on the game. 2. Lower the scores required to be rewarded decor and backgrounds This is self explanatory. If the hit to score ratio will remain indefinitely at 1:1, at the very least, the scores required to get decor and backgrounds should both be decreased accordingly. 3. Add a way to purchase Whack-a-Snake decor outside of the game itself If this game is going to continue to be unplayable for most users, there should be a way to otherwise acquire the decor without relying on extreme prices from the very few users who are able to successfully play the game. Ways of purchasing could include: Gorilla enclave. Oasis. Events. Nonetheless, I think with the reinstatement of this game, every user should have a fair chance to obtain its beautiful artwork. SUPPORT! whack a snake currently is more of a chore than a fun game for me, especially with how tedious it is! as an extra suggestion(could be in addition to the multiplier, or as an alternative?) could be adding a whackable creature that gives a certain amount of bonus points? it could be small and/or fast so whacking it in time in addition to getting the snake and monkey would keep it from being an exploitable feature! 3 players like this post! The reason I suggest first and foremost a game multiplier or the scores for prizes being lowered is because additions like so would be more difficult to code and take longer. These two seem easy enough, although I canβt imagine why nothing has been done yet. 1 player likes this post! Like? |

All that I am asking is for the game to be playable- not more complex or difficult. 1 player likes this post! Like? |

Tbh, I feel like it might be a while before something's done for the code, but I'm only guessing from how long it took to bring it back up when Flash died. 1 player likes this post! Like? |

Yeah, thats possible. These same issues existed even when it was flash though 1 player likes this post! Like? |

Yeah. Converting it to another format would have probably been the best time to fix these issues For now, the only other solution I can think of until they fix it is trying to play on a tablet and see if that would be easier. Though I'm a bit hesitant because the tablet I have crashes frequently and I'm really dreading the idea of a sudden crash right before getting to 1000. *Wheeze* 0 players like this post! Like? Tbh, if they don't want to add a multiplier or an option to spend on extra lives because it would be too difficult to code during the recode project, I think they should just move the background tier down to between 600/700-900 and let the 1000+ tier give higher value items like Jellyfish, Meat Pies, etc. Currently, the Slot Machine seems to be the only way to get a Jellyfish, and that's based on luck rather than skill. 0 players like this post! i fully support this! the game has some beautiful decor but i literally cannot get it myself because i cannot click once a second (or more, if i miss the first time) for minutes on end because i have some physical limitations (i.e a disability) that i can't just ignore lol my hand literally stops working after awhile. the most i've gotten was somewhere just above 400 i think, and i had to stop playing because i couldn't move my fingers properly 0 players like this post! 100% recommend playing on a phone or tablet, especially if you have one with a pen thingy, but even fingers are sooo much easier to play it with, playing on pc is so annoying, especially getting 1o 1k points takes about 20 minutes, i'm surprised at the high scores honestly XD Just imagining how long they had to sit there Also the Backgrounds are gorgeous from whack a snake (maybe not so much the old boys), the decors too. I mean, it could be an idea to add another snake/monkey that you can whack but have slightly more lives to make up for that extra (MAybe something that pops in from the sides? and there's only 2 possible positions or limited positions?) I wanna collect more decors from the minigame but sitting and doing it requires a hefty time slot xD 1 player likes this post! Like? |

Ahh I tried it with the pen, but it wasn't working for me. Using my fingers on a tablet seems to work a little better, but I'm shit with determining whether I'm being accurate with the taps since there's no cursor to point xD 2 players like this post! Like? |

Not to mention your finger can cover up everything so you can't see what you're doing either XD I got to 1k on the computer before and my wrist was so soree 1 player likes this post! Like? |

I'd like to reiterate that my first and foremost concern is how long it takes to play the game. This is an issue among all platforms. Because of this, my main suggestion is a general score multiplier (as I mentioned, adding a new game function would only cause more work and delay to improvement) and/or the scores required for prizes to be lowered. 2 players like this post!
