ROLEPLAY PROMPT: You follow the delicious aroma of a fresh kill, leaping over small streams and weaving your way through knots of vines and vegetation. As you peer through a particularly large clump of greenery, you notice a large lioness with her muzzle lowered, tearing into a carcass of some sort. She glances up at you and beckons for you to come closer. "Hello," she says in a cheerful voice. "I'm Amora. Would you like to join my pride?" You realise that she hold no ill intentions, so you crawl closer. As you near, the first thing that you notice about her is her giant stature, easily surpassing that of most adult male lions. The second, her impressive primal fangs. You consider what she has asked, weighing the pros and cons of her request. You stare deeper into her playful pink eyes, and a sense of content fills you. She grins at you. "I'll be waiting near the waterfall for the next week. Gather any lions you think might wish to join, and we can discuss business then. Oh, and you can keep the zebra." With a blink of an eye, she bounds off, leaving you with the carcass. Oh! It was a zebra! You chuckle to yourself, and submit to the growls of your stomach... INFORMATION AND RULES Hey y'all, this is my first group RP thingo ever. I'm kind of new to this game so please let me know if I'm doing anything wrong. So basically, this is a RELATIVELY realistic lion pride. By this I mean male lions can serve as hunters and brood mothers, females can be on patrol and can lead the pride, and will probably do things that lions don't normally do because I know absolutely nothing about lions. Also, this pride derives from IceShard's pride (https://www.lioden.com/topic.php?id=304429518962). 1. Please be respectful to everyone. That means no shaming anyone/anyone's OC for being colored, white, LGBT+, disabled, neurodiverse, or anything else I might have missed. 2. This is ONLY on Lioden. I don't have/want/need Discord. 3. Please don't plan out a structure for the RP. However, if you want lion/lioness to be mated with another, please check with that person first. 4. Mutations are allowed, just not Jaglions/Leopons/Tigons. 5. Please no magical powers. That's all I can really think of now. I'm going to create an OOC and a place to post a character sheet, and in one week we can start. If I've missed anything please let me know! *She has cubs now cuz I cant be bothered to keep her pregnant* Azure carefully nudged her cubs with a nose, moving them forward. She was on her way back to the pride after giving birth. One of her cubs tripped over a rock, which prompted her to pick her up. It was a rather large litter, consisting of 3 cubs, 1 male and 2 females. She approached the pride carefully, Stopping every now and then to make sure the cubs were right behind her 0 players like this post! Like? |

(Excuse my short sentences I’m eating yogurt 💀) Cassandra eyed the cubs, but didn’t say anything and continued eating. She had a soft spot for cubs, since her partner was pregnant before she departed… someplace, she couldn’t remember. She wished she could see the cubbins.. those were technically hers after all. (btw her partner is NOT dead, let’s just say she got kidnapped by a rival pride and her cubs are being held hostage for right now) 0 players like this post! Like? |

Azure settled on a soft patch of grass, not far from the rest of the pride, Wrapping her tail around her paws as her cubs played nearby. Her ears were alert and her eyes searching for any threat, in the pride or not, she was going to protect these cubs with her life 0 players like this post! Like? |

Cassandra ventured out of the den, nodding a greeting to Azure. She smelled something, and she felt compelled to follow it. She sniffed the ground, another lion had been here, supposedly a dispersed lioness, maybe a new arrival? No, too faint. As she descended down the waterfall, the scent grew stronger, and the mewl of a newborn cub started to ring in her ears. When she got down there, she saw her. She’s alive… A pure white lioness, with one cub hiding under her tail. Could it be? (Teehee I was bored) 0 players like this post! Like? |

Cypress sat on his own, licking his paws quietly, but he eyed Azure and her cubs with increasing curiosity. He didn't dare approach them though, not wanting to cause any problems with the protective mother. He was content to just watch the bumbling cubs play together. 0 players like this post! Like? |

(Rawr, you just got blasted with: new character!) “Tezuki?” Cassandra whispered, coming close to the lioness. She picked up her scent… it WAS really her. The lioness didn’t seem to recognize her, and hissed. Cassandra took a step back, and her eyes landed on a scar, on her chest, just like Cassandra’s.. “Hey! It’s me, Cassandra!” She paused, taking a closer look at the scar.. “Who did this?” She said, almost protectively Tezuki didn’t respond, and a look of realization crossed her face. She allowed Cassandra to come closer, and see the cub. “Hmm, not talkative, are we?” She sighed, looking down at the sleeping cub. “So… we still on that agreement? Azure drew one of the cubs closer, grooming the cub. She had calmed, less protective once it became clear that no one in the pride would harm her cubs. She rolled onto her back, purring as one of her cubs climbed on her stomach and started kneading her paws.While another cub played with her tail, prompting her to Move her tail side to side 0 players like this post! Hafsa had been laying down, watching the cubs and the mother with new curiosity. She had always wanted cubs she just never was sure it was the right time. After Cassandra had gone away Hafsa got up and took a couple of bites of the boar and then later back down, still watching the little cubs with a smile, her tail flicking in interest. 0 players like this post! “Well… I-I could take you to my pride, if ya want… it’s not safe to be alone… especially with a cub. And you’ve got me! I’ll have your back” She reassured, giving her side a nuzzle Tezuki nodded, and Cassandra gently grabbed the newborn in her mouth. “It isn’t far, just up the waterfall, it’s really cool up there!” The trekked back up the waterfall, and back into the shelter of the den. “I’m back!” Cassandra announced, muffled by the cub in her mouth. 0 players like this post! She settled down into a corner, waiting for Tezuki to do the same. Then she set the newborn down. It crawled over to Tezuki, allowing Cassandra to stand, licking the scruff of her partner’s neck. “A-oh!” She realized she forgot introduce her. “Guys, this is… my partner, that I told you guys about.
