Sign Ups Click here for Duskfall And Sunrise Pack Sign Ups/Access Gathering place Chat thread ShadowPacks territory comprises of sprawling, green woodland where the trees are spaced far apart and the undergrowth is rich in plants and critters. Numerous streams trickle through their glens and glades, providing life to the forest throughout all the seasons. In winter snow blankets the ground and ice laces the edges of the streams, muting the natural sounds of the forest and giving everything an ethereal look. Herds of deer and the occasional wild boar forage and provide food for the more predatory beings that reside here, while squirrels and turkeys provide hearty snacks. ShadowPack has made its camp in the heart of the forest where all is quiet save for the trill of bird and the humming of insects. Dens dug out beneath the roots of mighty firs and within ancient trunks provide shelter. This packs border is close to the nearby Duskfall Pack, and the mountain range of the Sunrise Pack can be seen from higher points. Jazzlyn let out a giggle from deeper in the woods, curling tighter on herself within the multi-colored bush. She also was prepared to launch out at one of the brothers if they neared her hiding place. Her tail stopped it's thumping as it moved to rest on her back legs, brown/blue eyes gazed out of a tiny hole within the bush, flicking her ears slightly before falling completely still. Having mastered the 'hide and seek' skill from many moons of playing it with Isis and some of the others. (Which brother has blue eyes again? o.o) 0 players like this post! Like? |

(Killua. Illumi is all black) Illumi glided over the forest floor, barely letting his soft paw pads touch the carpet of needles below. He swept his gaze from side to side and breathed in to detect her scent but there seemed to be some flowering thickets in this area, disguising all but the strongest smells. "Come out come out wherever you are.." he breathed. His black ears swivelled to catch every sound. A giggle pricked his ear fur and he padded in its direction, getting closer with every step to her hiding place. 0 players like this post! Like? |

Jazzlyn took in a soft breath as Illumi got closer and closer. A flash of blue had her own eyes flickering towards them but they disappeared as soon as they appeared, her head cocked to the side, figuring that the brothers were just messing with her. She exhaled even softer then the inhale and snapped her ears straight up as a branch snapped nearby. She took no note of it, thinking it was just a branch breaking off a tree or a prey animal cracking a branch. She turned slightly, towards the larger hole, scooting closer to it. A slight shift in the trees above revealing an all black wolf with black eyes stalking closer to her hiding place, she smirked at the thought of Illumi gaining on her position, silently moving achingly slow to a crouched position. 0 players like this post! Killua waited at the outskirts, tilting his head quietly "Brotherr" he hummed, the branch cracking wasnt loud enough to be threatening, but for more experienced assassin wolves, it was clear that whatever had made it crack hadnt been a simple breeze, there wasnt a breeze flowing at that moment and though quiet, there was something off about their surroundings' sounds. The birds had stopped chirping. With shadowpack's quiet and the current presence of the wolves' non threatening auras, the birds usually chirped above them anyway, out of immediate reach but close enough to hear the obvious sounds of the forest. But right now, not only was there a strange quiet, there was the off presence. Killua padded after his brother, attempting to make his steps as loud as they could. 0 players like this post! Like? |

Illumi flicked his ears "I heard it Killu," he called back though he wasn't alarmed. Many deer and boars roamed these trees and both were simple to take care of. He felt as though he was nearing Jazzlyns hiding place. The feeling of being watched was one he was used to after all. But if something was to disrupt their training he wanted to get rid of it then and there. "Keep looking for our little assassin brother. I'll see what the branch wants." Without leaving room for discussion, Illumi swiftly moved towards where the sound had come from until jazz and Killua were fairly far behind. "Is anyone there?" he finally said, not wanting to leave his pack mates too far behind. Come out now before I find you... he thought and his mouth parted slightly, baring his fangs. 0 players like this post! Like? |

-might be short, close to bedtime xD- Bright blue eyes illuminated through the darkness, gracefully a strangely handsome male wound his way through the trees towards the bitch black wolf. Silver/white pelt shimmering in the light that filtered through the trees, his pelt was thick but silky at the same time, his voice deep but smooth, "Why hello there." Purred the mystery wolf, his lips curling into a smile at the other. "I'm here," his blue eyes shamelessly rolled over the black wolve's body, "I'll always be here." His pawsteps were silent and he had little-to-no scent, tail wagging slowly behind him as he looked over the larger male before him. -to weird? XD- 0 players like this post! Like? |

(omg I love him already LOL! nothins too weird) Illumi stopped in his tracks, one paw half raised, as the ethereal wolf came before him. It wasn't unlike watching moonlight shift through the trees, and he found his eyes naturally drawn to the other wolfs paler gaze. One part of his mind was reeling from the fact that he hadn't heard nor sensed this wolf approached, and another part was trying to figure out the heat that sang in his veins just from standing in the males presence. "I don't think I'd mind that," he found himself saying. He tilted his head in curiosity and stepped closer "What's your name?".
