Lexa let her gaze wonder out the window as she listened to him speak. The small breeze made her hair dance softly and the bright moon seemed to shine through the window on to her. Thinking for a moment longer she the broke the silence, "Its Time we must wait and not force it. That will cause hell to run free on our lands." she said before she took a mother moment of thought. "The evening is the only time I normally have for gathering such as so. I must get going though. My clan is preparing to leave and I must as well, I do see you must do the same." she didn't look back at him but only walked to the door and turned her head, her dull green gaze meeting his. She gave him a small nod of Farwell before she disappeared behind the cover of the door.
*Time Skip*
Lexa's gaze was a little ways away, in front of them where her clan walls began to show. The capitol building could be clearly seen from afar as a torch was burning at the top of the 13th floor. It wouldn't be long until they arrived to her home. She gaze her large black stallion a small pat as they neared and he eagerly wanted to move forward to his home. She hadn't seen this place in a little over a month in a half and was curious to see how things were. Of course she knew they would be for they knew not to disobey her especially after the note she left on. As they neared the large gates some men called to others and in their language said "Heda has returned." The guards seemed to come alive as they hurried around and opened the gates to her capitol, this was the first time an East Clan member had come here on a friendly note, even coming here at all out alive. She turned her head and looked around for Leon who she knew had to be near.

Leon was out of it the entire ride their. However, this didn't stop him from being able to sense the nervousness coming from his people. Whenever an East Clan member came here they never came back. So of course they would be frightened by just going there. While they rode, Leon took the time to look through the scenery. Needless to say their side of the boundary line was a much darker place. And there were animal shrieks and bellows from all around, which only helped in startling his people some more. His eyes traveled over to Costia. He hadn't spoken to her very much in the past month and a half. He wondered how she was faring. "Costia, would you like to share your thoughts?" He asked so that only she could hear. Costia had been utterly exhausted from the past few weeks. She made sure she was on top of everything and had all the things done that needed to be and made sure the West Clan was in line and she wasn't going to lie, it was rough work. She was snapped from her light daze by her Commander almost forgetting they were arriving to the West clan. She cleared her throat slightly and looked around before looking ahead as the gates grew in size as they approached. "I believe that this will be a big hurdle but nothing we can get past, we have dealt with them for a full moon and a half. We must come into this carefully but not blinded, sir." she said hushed so her Commander was the only one to hear. She could feel the vibe coming from the East Clan and to say the least it was very uneasy and making her nervous.

Leon meant to add that he appreciated all the hard work Costia had done but it was much to late to speak. They were already stopping outside the walls. Leon forced his horse to a stop, who whinnied and whined, obviously not liking the new territory. "I'm sorry. We'll eventually go home, just stick with me." He said, petting his horse's head once he had dismounted. His clansmen did the same as well. They all dropped off their horses and gazed around. A crow cawed overhead, making a few of the poison experts jump. Even Sol, his trusty companion, was looking around with his tail tucked between his legs. Was the West Clan presence really so dark that it scared even animals? You have liked this post!

Lexa was met with a guard who offered to take her beast. She tossed her leg over and both feet hit the ground with a soft thud. Waving the man away he took the beast back to his home that he had mourned to see. Her gaze moved around the area before she walked through a small wall of people and came across Leon. "In the evening I will send for you, planning should not be taken lightly and started immediately. I give you time now to get yourself and your clan situated." Her voice was even and her eyes moved from him to his second. With a small nod she turned and walked off into the gates of her clan. The people she passed giving her small bows respecting her return back to them.

Leon watched her go. Always serious he thought lightly as he turned toward his subordinates. "Alright everyone, I want you to take down the tents and set up. I want it done before nightfall becaue I have somewhere to be, and want to make sure everything is in order before I leave." There were yes sirs and hand gestures that showed everyone understood. Quickly, each East Clan member began to unwrap blankets, tents, and whatever else they needed in order to set up camp. Leon turned to look at Costia. "Thank you, for your hard work over the past month." He said simply. You have liked this post!

Costia watched as the female commander left. Every time she saw her she felt a shiver go down her spin and her body go stiff but she had gotten better at hiding it. As she watched the clan members get to work she turned her head hearing her Commander begin to speak to her. "Only doing my job sir." she said briefly before she went off to help set up camp with all the others trying to sooth some and get them to forget they were right outside the West Clan walls but she knew that they would never truly forget though she did try.
*Time skip*
Costia was walking from the end of their set up towards the center where her Commander would be. She had just gotten a message about Heda being ready and it was time to begin planning. The guard waited where she left him as she went to get her Commander. She walked to the tent and locked her head in slightly, "Sir she is calling for you and sent a guard to take us there." she said as her eyes finally found her Commander.

Leon looked over at his second, rising from seat. Which was a stump from a fallen tree. "Very well then. I am ready if you are." He replied, following the guard out of his tent. The man who escorted them was burly and rather short. He carried a club that made Leon think twice about his size though. Leon said nothing to Costia as they were led to a building. Once inside, they were taken to a room. "Heda is waiting for you in there." He said, stepping out of their way and allowing them passage inside. Leon nodded his thanks before gesturing to Costia to follow him. He reached for the doorknob, turning it. The door swung open and he was greeted by a well lit room with food accompanying a table. Certainly not what he was expecting. "You called for me?" You have liked this post!

Costia followed close behind her commander and her hand was clenched around the hilt of a blade just in case. Soon they were walking up the steps into the entrance and the doors were opened for them. The guard lead us to a man powered elevator and took them up a few floors before it opened to a hallway. The guard stepped aside and let them walk ahead in the hallway before coming to a door which they entered. It was lite well by torches and what was left of natural lights. She looked around and saw Heda who's back was towed them looking down at a table that looked o have a map on it.
-------
Lexa listened as footsteps soon approtched the doors then they were opened,Leon and his second. She didn't turn around and kept her gaze on the map down on the table where figures and set ups stood of the around area. "I called you to come and plan but I imagined you would be hungry after the set up." she said and turned gesturing towards the table, she didn't want humgry guests and this was the most docul way she could welcome them. The room actually her throne room but it had been moved around slightly. Her throne still in the dais in the front but instead of nothing in the middle leading up to her it was a table with food. Behind the throne was a balcony to the outside a dark red and black current the only thing there. To the far right of her throne was a closed door which lead down another hallway where her room was straight ahead through large doors were guards opened and closed for her and only her, rarely left unguarded.

Leon nodded, taking a seat at the table. He hadn't eaten all day and yet he had little to no appetite. Setting up camp was terribly hard work. And they were going to be staying there for an entire month or more. He wondered if the West Clan had felt some type of stress living outside his clan walls. The answer was probably. He motioned for Costia to stay alert despite knowing she always was. He had grown use to being in the company of the West Commander, so her presence didn't put much of a damper on his spirits. That couldn't be said about her second though. Leon never spoke with the second of her clan, nor did he plan on it. The man seemed gruff and mean, someone fit for battle. And that only made Leon more unnerved around him.
"I appreciate that. Thank you." He said, looking toward the map that Heda was examining. He immediately noticed how much detail was put into the map. They had marked every stream, mountain, river, herd grounds, and other places. This was a clan that specialized in fighting and war. So it made sense they would have many things charted down. Still, Leon was surprised to say the least. "Shall we begin?"
*
Marcus watched as the East Commander and second walked into the room. He still couldn't get over the fact of how innocent and clean they looked. It got on his nerves every, single time. Shaking those thoughts away, he focused on the task at hand. He glanced over and the East Commander caught his eye. But then, quickly turned away. Marcus made a smug face. That's right, those East rats would do better being afraid of him. The only thing the perturbed him was how calm the East Commander was around Heda. Wasn't he afraid of her? His second definitely was. So why wasn't he? You have liked this post!

Costia followed her commander into the room and sat down next to him. To his command to stay alert she responded with a no before she looked around the table. She ate carefully and was greatful to actually be eating since being so busy it's like she almost forgot to all the time. She ate little but it satisfied her and she soon finished at the time her commander began to speak with Heda.
------
Lexa was memorizing the map once again for the thousandth time over again. She moved a few things around before he turned and motioned Leon to join her to the war table. Waiting for him to get up next to her she began to explain it lightly, "This map has every attack site and in the books how many were lost and all. The cannibals come down from the North so we will being attacking here." Lexa ad pulled her dagger out and stuck the blade in the place were their warriors would set up and fight.

Leon's gaze traveled around the map. He rested his hand under his chin as he thought. "Have your warriors explored the North area? Do you have any data on the cannibals beside the fact that they like to send creatures to do their dirty work for them?" He asked. "There's also the chance the the cannibals have sentries posted up along the border of the North. Too many warriors would alert them of our presence, but too little could mean a loss. Which we can't afford right now." He said after examining the map and bit more and thinking. You have liked this post!

Lexa kept her gaze down at the map as she looked at its small details. Her hands were clasped behind her back as her eyes scanned the North area. "The land we know is mapped the rest, we haven't made it that far. " She moved her hand to the map and pointed to a clearing were they had there last battle about 8 full moons ago, before she was commander. "They sent about 500 creatures after us. The hardest part to get through but then they used the other half and soon they came out themself before we had to back down. They didn't joke around when it comes to attacking." she said moving her hand up from the map.

Leon took all that into account. "How many warriors did you have prepared during that time? And what weapons did the cannibals themselves use when they came out? Also, if what you said is true. Then I, personally, wouldn't place my warriors right there where you have them. I'd put them right here." He said, reaching for the dagger to show his strategy. He didn't voice his worries but for some reason the attack sounded like one of passion. Five hundred creatures plus men was a bit overkill. Maybe it was because he wasn't entirely sure, but it sounded strangely hatred filled. What did the cannibals have against the clans? You have liked this post!

Lexa clasped her hands in front of her and watched as he moved the dagger and stuck it into a different place. She shook her head looking down at the map, "That was the weakest point possible. They attack in a half circle and hope you place yourself in the middle so all the warriors hit you at the same time in a large wave. By moving us to the right corner of the clearing to the middle, as you just did, it would only make their attack more meaningful." Lexa tried to remember the details of the last battle and they soon began to come back. "We had about 700 warriors before and after the wave of cause creatures it knocked us down to about 450 left. Now placing us in the middle would kill us all giving them a chance to trap us. Now we could move back a little to drag them out of the tree line but and hit them with a surprise with a lot more warriors but we would have to move somewhere else," She spoke deep in thought as he eyes scanned the map for the right spot.
