Lionstrike | Nightclan | Senior Warrior | Mentions: Nightfang, Sunfang The pale tom nodded, "then he's almost old enough for apprenticeship, right?" He asked, eyes following the kit as he charged around. He watched as Frostflight sat down next to Nightfang, and their eyes met for a brief moment. Unlike before they weren't clouded with emotions, but understanding and a hint of something he couldn't name. He watched, with a faint smile as she looked towards Nightfang; and her eyes seemed to light up. He only wanted her happiness, it had been a long time since he had last seen her smile. He turned to Sunfang when she spoke, and his face fell. "Oh Sunfang, I'm so terribley sorry" he said, knowing that the two were close. At first he recalled it was Riverwhisker's brother who passes away, and now him; it was terrible news. "Of course he will, he was a kind, brave and loyal warrior who's memory will be forever cherished." He said gently, his eyes moving from Sunfang's to his paws. He stood slowly and shook himself off a little, eyes searching the camp idly. Lionstrike never likes to be stuck in one place for too long, and he wanted to clear his head. "I'm going for a quick walk, your welcome to join me" he meowed, wondering if Sunfang wanted to clear her head of the terrible memories. Frostflight | Nightclan | Warrior | Mentions: Nightfang, Sunfang, Lionstrike Frostflight smiled, resting her tail on his and letting the warm sunshine wash over her. For the first time in a while, she felt at peace, with the gentle breeze ruffling her pelt. When Sunfang spoke of Riverwhisker Frostflight could see the sadness on her face. Somewhat reluctantly she pulled away from Nightfang to rest her tail tip on the queen's shoulders. She smiled gently, her eyes soft and compassionate. When Lionstrike stood Frostflight returned to where she was sitting before, she twisted her body so she was facing Nightfang. "Soon enough we'll have to start thinking about heading off," she said, eyes drifting to the hills in the distance. For a moment Frostflight wished that it could just be the two of them, together against whatever odds they would have to face. But Starclan had given their orders, and Frostflight was determined to follow them. She would have to do whatever would be best for the clan, no matter how badly she occasionally didn't want too. 0 players like this post! Like? |

Sunfang ~ 46 moons ~ Queen ~ She-cat ~ Mentions: Lionstrike, Frostflight, and Nightfang She looked at Lionstrike as he spoke, she smiled at him. "Yes, he is a moon over due actually.." she still smiled even when he said he was terribly sorry about Riverwhisker and she shook her head a little bit, but keeping quiet as he continued and she just kept smiling. Then watched as he looked at his paws, "Starclan has a plan for every one of us.. I guess they needed them for something far greater." She said with a positive tone and looked at Frostflight as her tail tip touched her shoulder and she smiled. She then turned back to Lionstrike as he stood up and then she stood up a few moments after, "sure.. I guess it would be good. Also, we have some catching up to do" she said with a happy tone, despite how she looked. She still quite thin as she hadn't really been eating, even after being encouraged by Pebblekit and Shadestep. She just never really felt hungry, she had ate before just not enough to bring up her weight. She waited for Lionstrike to start walking, she glanced towards Nightfang and Frostflight, giving a small smile. Young love.. she thought, then looked towards the camp exit. Nightfang ~ 30 Moons ~ Apprentice: None ~ Tom ~ Senior Warrior ~ Mentions: Frostflight He smiled at her when she rested her tail on his and then watched as she comforted Sunfang. He looked towards the queen and Lionstrike as they spoke to each other, not listening to them, just observing. He guessed they had been friends from the way they casually talked. He looked to Frostflight once more as she came closer again, he nodded, "Yea.. it will all be fine and you will come back as the clans leader, the most beautiful, smart and wonderful leader ever. He said, to try and make her smile. He wondered what was in store for all of them.. he wished he knew if they could ever actually have kits of their own. Though, he wouldn't actually bring it up, he wanted kits. He was scared to be a father at the same time.. even though his parents had been awesome, he just didn't think he would be an amazing father. He gave the air a quick sniff sensing no danger he decided it was ok to continue walking. He walked slow enough for Pebblekit to keep up as the smell of rabbit hit his nose. He stopped and looked at Pebblekit. "Ok you have to be very very quiet ok." He whispered before he made his way into some shrubs. Bumbletail>>no one Bumbletail had finish making her nest, she was very pleased the results. Bumbletail laid down on it, falling asleep soon after. She hadn't felt this comfortable on a long time, she wished Boulder was here to enjoy it with her. Lynk>>Shadestep Lynks listen as Shadestep spoke. "I think I got understand I would like to be called Lynxpelt, or is that not a good name." She said a little shly. "Maybe I should ask your leader, who is that again?" She said with a confused tilt of the head. She looked away and hesitated to ask this question. "So um wh-who are mates in the clans." Frostflight | Nightclan | Warrior | Mentions: Nightfang Frostflight beamed at him, shuffling closer so that she could lean against him gently. "It means a lot to hear you say that" She purred, feeling her levels of confidence for the moons ahead rise. She tilted her head so that she could meet his enchanting gaze, not for the first time in a while she pictured their kits. Frostflight knew it was probably a little early to even consider things like that, but she couldn't help it. She wondered for a moment if Nightfang even wanted kits, Frostflight did, but she was scared that she would have no time for them. Kits are a massive commitment, and no matter how much she longed for them Starclan had made their plans clear; at least for the time being. She hoped that if they did have a family, they would have his eyes, she loved his eyes. "I'm so glad you're coming with me, at times I almost wish it was just the two of us" she laughed. Lionstrike | Nightclan | Senior Warrior | Mentions: Nightfang, Sunfang, Frostflight He nodded in understanding, and then smiled when she said she would join him "we sure do" he agreed. He waited until he knew she was ready, and then began slowly padding towards the exit. Once outside the camp, with the cool breeze ruffling his pelt he turned to her. Nightfang ~ 30 Moons ~ Apprentice: None ~ Tom ~ Senior Warrior ~ Mentions: Frostflight He smiled when she leaned against him, he listened to her as she spoke, he purred at her words. He looked into her eyes as she looked into his, he felt his odd eyes weren't very interesting compared to her beautiful eyes. He wondered if there was ever going to be a time where they could think about kits and maybe having their own.. even one would be fine, but, he still didn't think he would be a good father considering the way he had lived for so many seasons. His attention snapped back to Frostflight as she spoke, he gave her a smile, "I'm glad I could be of service my lady" he said jokingly, "I do too but, it will be safer with a few more cats." he smiled. Sunfang ~ 46 moons ~ Queen ~ She-cat ~ Mentions: Lionstrike She smiled back at him as he spoke and walked beside him once he started moving. She looked around as they left camp, she had considered Lionstrike a friend when he had been here with them, even if they hadn't really spoke to each other. She thought of a lot of cats as friends and some she didn't... it was never anything personal, she just chose friends that she knew were real and not just befriending to get into a cats head. She took a deep breath in as the got outside camp and then huffed with happiness at the fresh, crisp air. She looked at Lionstrike when he started to talk and she smiled at him, "I took the kits and left the clan.. I wanted a better life for the little ones and the rogues were not going to grant a good life for them. So, once we left, we went outside the familiar borders and I took care of them. We went quite a ways, the sights were new and we didn't meet any other clans. We did come across a loner, who was so starved that you could see their rib bones.. they also looked very sick, I guess they didn't know herbs very well or it was just something they couldn't get rid of.. I hope they lived though. Anyway, we had made a temporary nest in an open hole in a tree stump, it fit all of us so, we were nice and cozy. I would hunt and the kits would come along so, they learned how to hunt somewhat.. Then, before we knew it we were back here after a long time. The borders were so faint that we didn't really know that we were back but, we are happy to be here now." she smiled. (Pebblekit ran after a mouse..) 0 players like this post! Shadestep | Male | 30 moons | Warrior | Mentions: Lynks, (Bumbletail, Boulder) "That's a fine name, and it'll be easier for me to remember since it's not that far from your current one." Shadestep purred and licked her ear closest to him. He rubbed his head against hers briefly as his purrs subsided. He wasn't wholly sure what his strange feelings were that arose in moments with Lynks, but he now at least accepted them. Wanting to be closer to her and show his fondness made his heart warm. The strange feelings, though stirring uneasiness, intensified this warmness and he could live with them for now. "We don't have one currently... But now that everything's settled, StarClan will surely be appointing one." As his mind drifted away from his affections of Lynks and onto his clan he remembered Bumbletail. How was she doing preparing for her kits? With her mate missing he felt the urge to visit to make sure she was doing well on her own. Amber eyes gleamed and Shadestep's tail began to sway beside him. As the wind changed direction a familiar scent passed his nose along with a new on. *That piece of mouse dug has came back has he, I'm going to have to deal with for running away twice." He thought a low growl escaped his throat. He looked at Pebblekit he signed before giving him an apologetic smile. "Sorry little bro but we are going to have to cut this short." He said walking back towards camp to leave Pebblekit there. Once they reached the camo site Stoneclaw looked at Pebblekit. "Go with your mother, I need some business to attend to." He said with a serious tone, he turned and disappeared into the bushes. He ran through the forest following his nose until Boulder came into view. "What do you want now Boulder, come to mess with my sister's heart again." He growled ready to claw Boulder's face clean off. He spotted tigerkit giving the kit an icy stare. "Pathetic." He said coldly looking straight at Boulder daring him to attack first. Lynks>>Shadestep Lynks couldn't help but purr as Shadestep licked her ear and rubbed his head against hers. She was incomplete bliss, loving every moment she spent with him. "I would like that alot." She said with a soft smile. She looked into Shadestep's amber eyes once again getting lost in them. Without thinkg she nuzzled his nose giving him a smile as she did. "After you Shadestep." Shadestep | Male | 30 moons | Warrior | Mentions: Lynks, (Bumbletail, Boulder, Stoneclaw) Leaning into the nuzzle instinctively, Shadestep smiled and felt his spirits soar. "Well, let's go!" Shadestep rushed to his paws, gazing into Lynks' eyes enthusiastically for a moment before beginning to make his way to the nearest den. "Here's the elder's den..." As he showed Lynks around camp he stole glances at her occasinally, wanting to see her reactions and always make sure she was content. Once he reached the nursery he peeked in to see Bumbletail resting. "Bumbletail is my closest friend," he informed Lynks. His eyes softened at the bulge of her belly. "Her mate's been missing for awhile... And her brother is Stoneclaw, that overprotective tom you no doubt noticed. He isn't so bad once you get to know him, but it might take awhile to warm up to his defensive attitude." Shadestep chuckled, nudging Lynks gently. ((On mobile, sorry if this is sucky.)) Boulder/Mentions: Stoneclaw, Bumbletail, and Tigerkit. Boulder sighed and flattened his ears all the way to his head. "It was one time, Stoneclaw, and I wasn't running away from her but I was running to her. I love her with all my heart and the only reason that I left was because of badgers, me and Tigerkit ran from territory to territory looking for NightClan. This is the first time that the Badgers didn't find us. Also, it's not your decision who Bumbletail can be mates with. It's her choice. I want you to tell her that I was here but that you didn't want me back. If you don't tell her, Stoneclaw, you're gonna only be hurting your kin." He muttered and felt his heart break. "Stoneclaw, please, if you don't trust me ask Tigerkit, he came with me all the journey. I love her, Stoneclaw and nothing's gonna keep me away from her and the unborn kits. "I will how ever get in the way if she wishes not to, just respect her decision is all I'm asking." He signed as they got closer to camp. "My sister might love you but she will always pick my side Boulder, you don't know how strong our bond is." He said entering the camp. Shadestep | Male | 30 moons | Warrior | Mentions: Lynks, (Bumbletail, Frostflight, Nightfang) Shadestep tilted his head in interest at hearing of her brothers. "I'm sure you'll get along. She's very friendly." He couldn't help the smile that came to his face when he heard her giggling. He shook his head lightly at her enthusiasm, her wagging tail and all, as he sat down beside the entrance to the nursery. "Kits, yours?" Shadestep faked a wince, his expression threatening to give and crack into a smile, "I can't imagine how rambunctious they'd be running around." A purr began in his chest that faltered a bit at her last words. "You are too." He accepted the affections and returned them with gentle nudging of his own head. Shadestep wasn't used to compliments, and the scarce ones he got he took in stride. But the few words Lynks spoke had those strange feelings of his running rampant through him. "Curious cat," he added after a moment. He huffed away the divergent sensations and looked about the camp, his gaze landing on Frostflight and Nightfang. "Would you like to go talk with anyone else, or stay here for a bit?" He wondered how the others would take to Lynks' decision to stay with them, if Bumbletail would wake from her rest soon, if Lynks shared these strange sentiments he was beginning to piece together the cause of... 0 players like this post! Pebblekit ~ 7 moons ~ kit ~ Tom ~ Mentions: Stoneclaw and Bumbletail He pounced on the mouse and had little idea of what to do with it.. he looked at Stoneclaw when he growled a little bit and Pebblekit stared at him when he said they had to cut it short. He grabbed the mouse in his jaws while it was still squirming and bit it like he saw his mother do when it was on the ground but, he had already picked it up.. he shuddered at the of the little mouses neck crack. He reluctantly followed Stoneclaw back, looking at home when he left him in camp. He took the mouse and looked around for Sunfang, but, he didn't see her.. what was Stoneclaw talking about? He decided to go see the nice She-cat and padded in the direction he thought he saw her last and finally found her after a few moments of looking around. He brought her the mouse and smiled, "hi! Sorry if I'm bothering you.. Sunfang isn't in camp and Stoneclaw left so.. can I stay here with you for now?" He asked politely and pushed the mouse towards her with another smile, "this is for you!"
