The white lioness widened her eyes, raising her head and backing off. She scented down another male, obviously aware of their presence. She backed away more and mimicked for the cubs to do the same. Leon, the male cub, frowned as he picked up someone else's scent. Brokey, the female cub, cocked her head to the side, still not realizing what exactly is happening.

A heavily scarred lion roams the surrounding area, in search of the weak and needy. However intimidating he may look, Corvona was a kind soul. If one got closer, they could see how scrawny he was. He carried himself awkwardly, and he was definitely not the strongest. He would've looked rather handsome, some would say, if his wounds had not turned into permanent reminders of how he had gotten them. Corvona padded silently through unknown territory, light paradise eyes weary and alert. "Right, restrain yourself, Corvona. You can't just give a home to every lion you meet." The king whispered to himself. Doesn't mean I won't try to, though, he thought.

Lonesome lifted his head coming into full view at seeing it was only a lioness and some cubs.No threat as far as he could tell, and not food either. He raises his tail high above his head and approaches, narrowing his one good eye as he speaks, his voice gruff and elderly. "Hnm. Who are you?"

"U-uh... Are you asking our names?" Brokey butted in, narrowing her eyes at the male. Leon rolled his eyes and kept staring at the male. "We come from the Umbrous pride. I apologize if I trespassed, I got carried away searching for my herbs. Our territories are close, you see..." White fire retorted.

Lonesome flattens his ears, spotting the small primal cub and drops his "Scary king" act to a more sorrowful looking exspression. His own heir, Timber was primal as well and had a very sad fate ahead before him. He huffs laying down and grumbling, too tired to stand at the moment.He had been patroling since early morning and was fairly tired by now. "My pride has no use for smelly leaves and roots. If you want them you can have them." He says, resting his his head on his paws.

Ayame was resting along the river, her lower half submerged in the water as she boredly made sandcastles, apon spotting the scarred male she waves her paw in an almost cub like fashion. "Hey! You! Whatcha doin here?" She almost shouts, trying to get his attention, her voice bubbily and kind.

Corvona halts as he hears a rather melodic, albeit child-like shout, seemingly directed at him. He turns to face the lion, or rather, lioness. Corvona heads over to the lioness in order to be closer, staggering slightly as he realises she is only part feline. Either way, she was surprisingly beautiful, long elegant tail submerged but shining under tranquil water. Breaking out of a slight daydream, he attempted to reply. "What am I doing here? Well, I'm not quite shore. I suppose I was looking to find more lions and lionesses to welcome into my pride more than anything, but I shall leave if intruding." Corvona replies, adding a pun to make the situation less awkward for himself. He looked around, admiring some little sandcastles made around her.

Sunflower got up on his feet, "you could always visit our pride! though i'd look out for leopardfur and Blackheart, they're always in a bad mood" he chuckled. "my pride is very friendly to new comers, its not uncommon for our pride male to bring home a lioness or lion for a feast before they are sent along to continue their journey. and he likes meeting new prides"


Sundrop giggled. "yeah, i better find my brother, he's most likely already become a shell by now" she giggled. "hey, whats your name by the way? im Sundrop"
