What little fur Frecklepaw had, was messy and unkempt. Her eyes had bags under her eyes, as she gave a yawn. Her back, huntched a bit, as she walked into the clearing. When I get back I have to...Dewpaw! Her ears perked up as he came into her mind. Walking with a little pep, but still tired and anxious, she tiredly took a look for him. Where could he be? Her whiskers gave a little twitch.

Ivystar held her tail high as she lead the way into the clearing, glancing at Aldershade as the cats behind her dispersed. "Are you excited to be announced deputy?" She asked him, purring softly at him. She was looking forwards to sharing the news of Aldershade and Sootpaw finding the cure, she was very proud of them. Of course she also had other news to share, but those could wait for a while.

Dewpaw - Medicine Cat apprentice - Thunderclan - Mentions: Frecklepaw, OPEN

Dewpaw would be trotting alongside his clanmates to the clearing, a bundle of herbs in his jaws. The young apprentice was glad for once to have such long legs to keep up with the faster moving members of his clan with ease. As they entered the clearing he'd begin scanning around for the other medicine cats, perking as he found Frecklepaw. He'd sound a muffled chirp of greeting through the mouthful of herbs he carried as he bounded her way.

The flame colored she-cat would steadily pad along side her mate with some difficult this time around, granted she was carrying extra weight so it wasn't entirely her fault. She'd hope to continue acting like a regular warrior for as long as possible, at least with the colder moons now upon them. The clan would need every scrap of prey it could get. She'd watch as her brother went to join the other medicine cats, a warm smile on her muzzle.

Marshcloud - Warrior - Shadowclan - Mentions: Timberclaw, Goosepaw, Open

Marshcloud had taken her sweet time in finally getting up to join her clanmates earlier, her shoulder was still a tad bit tender so she walked with a visible limp but she'd not let that stop her. Her gaze was still stern as ever and the confident air she held to her could still give the impression she was not an easy target injured or not. She'd settle her pace to walk alongside Timberclaw and her apprentice, watching the other clans start to mingle with a twitch of her whiskers.

The strong tom sat himself down in an open spot of the clearing as cats began to chatter away with each other or find their own places to sit. Normally he'd have felt like being a bit more chatty, maybe meet another mentor from the other clans, but the recent loss of a clanmate to twolegs still hit him hard. He knew this was the risk they took living as they did but it still tore at his heart to watch the younger members of the clan be snatched up right before his eyes. He'd shake his head at the thought, putting on a bright smile as he looked over the other cats. He had to be strong.

Aldershade trudged behind Ivystar as they reached the Gathering, finding it difficult to take his mind off what Softsong was going through back in their own territory. This should have been an enjoyable experience for him, but the way things were turning out, it was anything but. Still, it was important that he attended, so he had tried to make himself look a bit more enthusiastic than he really was. "Oh, yes, of course." He replied, keeping his eyes on the ground as he stuck close to his leader and didn't seem much interested in socialising.

Timberclaw - ShadowClan - Warrior - Mentions: Marshcloud, Goosepaw

Timberclaw’s scars were healing well, a notable one on his nose. He padded next to Marshcloud to the gathering, his tail held high. He had defeated a Badger and hopefully drive it out, at least long enough for everyone to recover a bit. Goosepaw walked alongside them, and Timberclaw gave him a proud gaze. The muscular tom was coming along well as an apprentice, going to make a great warrior.
“Not much of a mingler huh?” He meowed, flicking his tail to nearby cats from different clans. “I can’t argue with that one”

Rosethorn - Riverclan - Warrior - Mentions: Open!

Rosethorn followed her clanmates to the Gathering, thoughts wandering as she padded into the clearing. Last gathering was rather... Eventful, but it had been entertaining. She hoped for a little less lightning and fire this time, personally. Rosethorn chose a spot that looked relatively empty, rolling her shoulders as she settled down comfortably. She'd accidentally stepped on a sharp stick on their way over, luckily managing to jump off it before hurting herself, but the paw itself still ached. Raising it to her mouth, she licked at it delicately, curling her silver tail around herself.

Frecklepaw’s ear jumped up with the sounds she heard. Dewpaw! She tiredly looked for the tom, as her tiny legs carried her. She tired to follow her nose, but it didn’t work well, so off to the ears she went. Following the muffled chirping, she saw the big tom, herb filled mouth and ran to him. It was more or less of a weak run, as she had been quite tired. “Dewpaw! I’ve missed you-“ Ravenpaw flew into her mind, as she licked his big ears.

She walked into the clearing with her clan and watched her clanmates go their own way as they joined with the other clans. Stretching her legs, Willowstar made her way over by the tree roots and settled down, waiting for the other leaders and cats to arrive that were coming to the Gathering. She was curious to see what news the other clans had this time about and if there should be anything that could affect her clan. The Riverclan leader looked over the clearing from her spot, her tail curling over her paws, as she got lost in thought. She worried for the young apprentice that was snatched from them not too long ago and wondered if the tom was okay. With the twoleg activity on their territory, Willowstar felt it would be best to announce to the other clans at the Gathering what had happened and to be aware should they venture out by the other clan territories.

Ivystar gave Aldershade a sympathetic look as she picked up his heavy attitude. Softsong's accident had dismayed her greatly, but she believed that StarClan would not let her son go through too much. "You're thinking about Softsong, aren't you?" She murmured quietly, so no other cat would overhear them. She wanted to reassure her deputy that everything would be alright, and that StarClan would help heal him properly.
Her ears turned towards the other gathering cats as they mingled. She turned her head as well and tried to pick out Frecklepaw. Lately, she had observed how friendly the medicine cat apprentice had been with ThunderClan's Dewpaw, and she was a little suspicious of them.

Goosepaw yawned as he padded alongside Marshcloud and Timberclaw. The apprentice tried to keep his mind open about this Gathering—surely nothing wrong will happen this time, right? Deep down, he was still apprehensive. Something could go wrong at any moment, and although he tried to think positive, Goosepaw just couldn't relax.

The white tom rumbled sleepily and leaned against his mentor. "No, I'm probably going to stick with Marshcloud," Goosepaw replied, glancing up at the big tom walking beside him. "If thats okay with the both of you."
