Spottedpaw jumped as Mumblepaw spoke out of nowhere. "Mumblepaw when did you get here?" Her gazed softened from the look she had been giving her father as she looked at hopefully her future mate. " Ill explain everything to you later. Ok? Not right now we are busy. Besides you look winded go get a drink. " She looked at him with pleasing eyes while purring. Turing back around she said "But that's being disloyal to you mate! How could you do that? When I have a mate I will never be disloyal to him!" She looks at her father disbelief in her eyes. How could he do that?

Mumblepaw would blink a Spottedpaw in confusion but he decided not to question the situation right now, it clearly wasn't any of his business. "Yeah- alright." He managed to say before grumbling off to the nearest river. He was a bit upset that Spottedpaw told him to go away, but she obviously had something important to do. Plus he did need a drink. He'd bend down taking huge laps of water from a small lake.

Snowpaw, confused ran after Softpaw, who seemed to be running after Mumblepaw who was running after Spottedpaw who was running after Stripepaw. Snowpaw wanted to see what all the apprentices were going. What was happening? She wanted to know. She heard yelling. Now she REALLY wanted to know what was happening. She heard Spottedpaw and Stripepaw talking to a cat she never heard before.

"If I do die, it will be protecting my clan, and you," He said, reassuring her, "Every cat only has one life, excepting the leaders, and if others risk their lives everyday then why should I not help and protect the ones I care about." Hollowfall didn't like the thought of being barricaded and protected from any harm. He was a deputy, and that meant putting others first, even if he occasionally didn't like it.

So I just mated with both of them. I made both of you so be grateful. By the way, why are two of my kits missing?" He asked looking around.
Stripepaw shuffled his feet. "T-tanglepaw is dead." he meowed looking away from his father. All he was was a traitor to the Clan.

Spottedpaw was infuriated by the fact that he thinks that he wasn't being disloyal. "If you hadn't left you would have know what happened to them! Mosskit died and you never even knew because you were to busy being a kittypet! You may be my father but I have to say you disgust me." She snarls this she has never snarled at anyone before. She wishes that he never came here she didn't want to tell him how Mosskit died of greencough. She felt sad but wanted to keep looking angrily at her father. She wasn't even sure she wanted to call him father anymore.

Snowpaw takes a deep breath and takes anouther step. She decides to interrupt. She sees Spottedpaw then Stripepaw. She looks agin and sees another cat. She wants to hiss. Kittypet! She takes a step closer. "You guys okay?" She asks softly. She looks at Spottedpaw and Stripepaw. She ignores the kittypet. She realizes that Spottedpaw and Stripepaw must of had a good reason to talk to a kittypet.

Greyclaw let out a hiss. "I became a kittypet for good reason. At first, I was just planning to eat a little something so at least one cat was strong enough. But they gave me attention and love. I felt like I belonged there. I was dying in the Clans and green cough was going around. I just didn't want to be part of it. But I'm still your father! So stop acting like I'm not!" Greyclaw's eyes were narrowed and his ears were high. His tail was lashing in the air.
Stripepaw let out a hiss, "I don't know if I can call you my father! You betrayed the Clan! You put yourself first, maybe if you stayed two of your kits wouldn't have died!" Stripepaw felt the tears roll down his face. He didn't care anymore, not even that Snowpaw was there. "You should never have come back here! I wanted to forget about you!" Stripepaw took a shuddering breath. The sun was gone and the moon was in the sky. Stripepaw stared angrily at his father. How could he think that he was in the right here?

"It's okay. I'm not going anywhere for a long while," He purred, licking Featherheart's cheek affectionately. Hollowfall loved how much she cared, but he needed to get back and train Spottedpaw as soon as possible. "We should head back to camp," He suggested, loving the time that he spent with her but he wanted to get back and teach Spottedpaw. It wasn't that he didn't like spending time with Featherheart, but he did need to train the young she-cat if she was ever going to become a warrior.
