This is (LOOSELY) based off of my adoption thread located here! This will be edited lots before I am satisfied with it, but ya know! This is where the RP will happen, I request that we try to keep OOC chat in the OOC forum, but I won't enforce it too hardcore. Some Rules: - All 18+ actions are to be fade to black - nothing involving minors and adults - Please put a warning before any gore, mutilation, or descriptive harm (self or otherwise) - Do not have a response that describes how someone else's character reacts UNLESS this has been previously okay'ed by the original player Each pride will be listed with a link to their respective page in the R&T Prides Forum. It is up to the creator of said pride to update it as people join! However, if they are anything like me, they may need occasionally reminders lol. But don't be pushy!! I will try to update this ASAP as people join and switch up their roles as well!! As a reminder, I would love people joining my pride just remember that the lion/lioness either HAS to have a mutation or fake it somehow to be allowed in the pride. He lives out near the Oasis that is unclaimable by any prides. That is monkey only territory. NPC Cub|Sleekwater The little cub had wandered out from her broodmothers line of sight- wanting to play in the shore by the altar cove. She giggles as she prances towards the sand- sniffing the ground for bugs or shells 0 players like this post! Like? |

Katniss | Cub Their head aches as they walk, rubbing it off, still dirtied with mud from their arms and down, submerging into the water for a bit, holding his breath for a second or so. He pulls himself out of the water, shaking themselves off, water splashing into the mangroves and land nearby. They flop themselves onto the land, groaning as their body makes pact with the land, looking down to realize he still has the pouch from earlier, filled wit grub and bugs, pulling out a few to munch on, the small bugs making a loud crunching sound as he chewed on them. It was getting boring, and he couldn’t help but look back over to the pride, seeing a small cub playing all alone by herself, annoyed at the presence of her. They spit out what was left of their snack, quietly stalking through the water, looking at the cub as a lion would their prey, reaching the land. A splat is heard as he walks onto the shore, then the jingling of earring, followed by a few words. “ H-hey little one. ,” he says awkwardly, noticing the cub playing with a few bugs, extending out a paw filled with the grub they had found earlier. “ Want any? ,” he asks, placing a kind smile on their face, waiting for the small cub to accept his offer. 0 players like this post! NPC Cub|Cove She widens her eyes at him- a smile crossing her face " Are you a mermaid??" She asks firstly- before prancing over to look in his paw. She giggles- batting at the white squirmy things before nodding. " Can I? I love bugs!" She proclaims- proudly. " I have a beetle collection back at the dens! I have a big brown one.. and a green one" She starts listing off- clearly she was quiet the ditzy little kid. 0 players like this post! Like? |

Katniss | He groans, although a bit intrigued by the cub’s words, smiling a bit, finding himself interested in what she was saying, nodding his head along as the cub talked and talked on. “ Sure, lil’ kid. ,” they say with a wide smile, taking out another bug, this time a large beetle. “ Ugly lookin’ thang, ain’t it? ,” he asks with a small giggle, looking around, a bit skeptical before they ask the next question. “ A-Anybody ‘round here? Yer ma? Pa? ,” they ask, tilting their head as they dangle the small bug in front of the cub, pulling it by it’s leg, the small critter letting out a noise. 0 players like this post! NPC Cub|Mangrove The cub pouts- trying to grab the beetle " Stop! you're hurting it!" She whines- pouting when she finds she's too small to reach it. She shakes her head no to his next question. " Nope, just me! Mama said I wasn't big enough to go exploring on my own but here I am! " She announces with a smile- still trying to get the beetle from him. Katniss | Mangroves He nods, smirking as the small cub looks worried, placing the beetle by her side when she answers his question. “ Well, wanna go find more o’ these thang? ,” he asks, a small smile forming upon his lips, shaking the pouch of bugs they hold. “ I know a good place- it’s where I got all o’ these. ,” they say with a laugh, opening the large pouch to show tens to hundreds of small bugs, squirming about in the enclosed space they were dropped in. 0 players like this post! Cub|Mangrove “ Ok! “ She happily agree’s jumping onto his back without warning. She laughs and holds onto him- the beetle now placed on her head. “ Show me! Show me!” She demands playfully Dayla|Graveyard She sighs- looking to the group. “ I feel for him.. today must be- well.. heavy on his heart.. Listen- I have to make sure the grave is in order.. but feel free to stop by again if you have anymore questions” she nods to the small group- heading back towards her hut. She sighs- rolling out her shoulders with a grunt. She grabbed what seemed to be claw enchanters that looked more like scoops- and began to dig our Dollie’s grave for tonight. Katniss | Mangroves He smiles, sharp teeth showing before their mouth closes once again, followed by a thumping noise as Kat’s body hits the water, holding onto the cub so she wouldn’t fall in, guiding his way through the mangroves, starting further away from the pride, away from his family. It felt nice having something that was only yours- better yet, a cub! They were sure he would get an earful if anyone ever found out, so he just had to make sure no one did, simple! they smiled, the cub hanging onto his fur as they reached a small, decorated place, an area Katniss regularly visited, surrounded by trees and water, a strip of land only for him and the cub. The cub could hear the sounds of bugs from where she sat, moving around on the lion’s back, looking at the piece of land that was hidden by trees, giggling to herself. “ It’s like a secret hideout! ,” she says, laughing, causing Katniss to nod in response, before letting down the cub to speak. “ We got a good outlook of the prey from here.. ,” they trail off, looking up at the cub, the small lion looking back with wonder filled eyes, smiling at him with a toothy grin. They smiled back, looking over at a large piece of land, a few animals able to be seen. He points at a boar, making sure the cub’s gaze follows his claw. “ See? ,” he asks with a smile, placing the cub down onto the strip of land, looking through a few bushes for a moment or two. He hummed to himself, awing as they pulled out a paw full of grub, showing the cub their findings. “ There usually ain’t so many, must be good luck! ,” they laugh, placing the grub in the large pouch, handing it over to the cub, noticing her staring at it. “ R-Really? ,” the cub asks, a large smile taking up her small face. “ I can have it? ,” she’s practically shining, bouncing around in her small spot. Kat nods, fully taking off the pouch, opening it a little for the cub to pick inside. The cub lets out a small squeal, taking the pouch happily as Katniss continues to scavenge for more grub, sticking their tongue out in concentration. 0 players like this post! Grandmaw Jasper She had been patrolling, trying tk get the whole family back home to talk about what to do about these newcomers, when Mudstone came whizzing past and gasping. “Meemaw!” She skidded to a halt and Jasper just watched her, “Katnis was walkin’ round the sand stompers!” Her fur was attempting to raise, but due to the density it couldn’t do it very well. “Again…?” Jasper sighed, looking around for Jumbo. “Where is that boys father?” She snarled. 0 players like this post! Cub|Mangroves The cub gathers the grubs that are handed to her with spry giggles and laughs- watching as they crawled over her paw. She yawns soon after a few minutes of playing- looking around to realize that she wasn't anywhere near the pride. She frowns- looking to Katniss " Uhm.. Thanks for showing me all these grubs! I love em.. but- can I go home now? My mama might be worried.." She suggests- shuffling her paws. Grandpaw Howl+ Harris|Mangroves The old lion was currently helping Harris train- watching over him as he practiced his pouncing form on a wooden dummy. He nods- giving pointers here and there. " Good- next time make sure to use your claws before your teeth though Hare! You'll be more stable when you bite then!" He calls out- watching as Harris nods and tries again with better sucess. " Atta boy!" He cheers- only noticing Jasper after a minute. " Hey love bug! Hey Mud! What are you two yapping about over here?" He teases- brushing up against his mate. " Grandpaw! You said you'd watch me!" Harris whines from behind with a pout. " I'll be there in a minute kiddo!" He calls back- shaking his head. " Such a needy boy. Heh" he chuckles 0 players like this post! Katniss | Mangroves | They flinch at the mention of the cub’s mother, groaning, before putting on a smile, the bug they were previously holding falling onto the ground. “ W-Well I talked to her already! ,” he says with an awkward laugh, looking away before speaking again. “ She sa-said it’s fine to be here! ,” they smile again, throwing up a paw to show off a happy gesture, although it comes off more awkward then what he meant to show. “ Sooo- we can hang out for longer! ,” they nod their head, taking a few large leafs, making his way through bushes and thickets. “ You can sleep here during your stay. ,” they say, showing the cub a small, hidden cave, placing down the leafs for the cub to lay on. 0 players like this post! Grandmaw/Mud Jasper relaxed into her mate until she suddenly remembered. She straightened up with a snarl, “Kat was at the sand stompers again!” She stomped her own paw, as if emphasizing this point. “Mud was just letting me know. I wanna gather the family, we need to have a meeting.” Her thick tail lashed behind her in rage and discontent. He declares- making Harris pissy. " Awh... no fair! And don't call me that!" He whines- trotting over to sit in the group- clearly being a bit of a brat about the whole thing. " Ah jeez kiddo- don't give that face! We'll train again soon alright? Promise" He smiles over to his grandson who sighs and nods. " What are we doing anyhow?" Harris asks- clearly a bit grumpy now. " Your maw want's a meeting. So a meeting she'll have! Where's your brother anyhow?" He asks the younger lions " How should I know? " Harris scoffs with a shrug. Cub|Mangroove She blinks- well.. if her mom was alright with it.. she supposed staying the night could be fun. " ok! What are we gonna do then?" She asks curiously- smiling and prancing up to rub against their legs. " Me and my sibling love playing tag! Ya wanna play tag? Oh! Or we could see who can throw stones the farthest!" She suggests- bouncing on her paws. Mother NPC|Sleek water She was a nervous wreck- looking everywhere for her cub. " Ariel??? ARIEL! This isn't a game! Please come out!" She pleads- getting misty eyed. She starts to speak in a more frantic tone. " H-has anybody seen my baby!? Has anybody seen Ariel?? I.. I can't find her!"
