The evils have been defeated, The lion(s) behind this are Dark. She is battling with something much greater than her own mind, getting to the root of her problems will give her a revelation and turn somewhat good and battle Lynx. After that she will seek out refuge from her sister, joining her and her king. Xena will use her manipulative skills to get back Inora who is under the influence of the Heaven seers. The rest of the adolescents will start training in their preferred profession. Then, a plague will not affect lions, but the prey. The hunters will now be the Hunted, if the lions catch the zombie-like prey, the lion will die or become very ill. The illness is getting into the food the prey eats. And in the midst of that a drought is being cast onto the lands. Then, Apophis will rise again and try to end the world, To stop him the sisters must embrace their faults and care for each other as they are, not what they want to be. Eventually, they will make a journey with Ra to battle Apophis (with other lions) and win(?) Then one of the sisters will pass on to meet Anubis and be judged. Apophis Roles. Dark flicked her tail before turning to her son. "Hello Taka." She said. Dipping her head with a slight smile as if she were happy to see her son. Xena smiled and said "Nothing too serious. "Dark," he returned, he rarely called her mother anymore. He was a grown lion after all. Flicking his ears the brute noted that she seemed to be in a good mood today. "I was wondering if you knew where Xena might have run off to?" he question. Wanting to know the whereabouts of his little sister. ~ Ophelia looked sickened by her gleeful explanation. "You would send a cub...to lure away more cubs? Your pride truly is despicable!" she growled, her claws digging into the packed earth. Xena rolled her eyes "there'll be more." Showing little to no care for the cub. Dark stood up, "I'm not sure where your sister has gotten off to. Ophelia simply stared at Xena for a moment, a sad look on her face as the anger left her completely. "You say that so heartlessly young one, but what if that was your cub, or your sibling, made to carry out such a task?" the white queen asked gently. ~ Taka tilted his head a bit in confusion, not understanding his mother's reaction. Ophelia shook her head in slight frustration, "That's all well and good but what if it was, or better yet, If your sibling, Taka, were sent on a mission that they might never return from, are you telling me you would not care?" she demanded, her tail flicking. ~ Taka's eyes widened briefly before they narrowed so far they were mere slits of intense blue. "She's where?! Why in spirits name would she be there?!" he exclaimed whirling around as if to take off right that second. Xena frowned "Well you keep focusing on was, will, and when. But why now focus on now? Taka isn't on a task right *now*. Your cub isn't being harmed right *now* so why do you keep talking as if all of this is happening right *now*" she chuffed. ~ "Calm down Taka. we are going to get her back. we need to stop that cub she trained as well if we want her." she said consolingly. she stood up, taking a breath before walking to the edge of the camp. 0 players like this post! Ophelia let loose an exasperated sigh. She didn't know if the young lioness was thick in the head, or just deliberately choosing not to see her point. Either way she was tired of trying to get through to her for the moment. She'd already wasted enough time with this foolishness when she had more important queenly duties to take care of. They also needed to prepare for when Xena's family inevitably came looking for her. Turning to one of the strapping young males she'd summoned to keep her from leaving, she flicked her tail. "Keep and eye on her, make sure she does not escape," she instructed, glancing back at Xena as she did so. "I'm sure it won't be long before Dark sniffs her out," she added and turned to walk away. ~ Taka paused for a moment and looked over his shoulder at his mother as she caught up, a frown on his face at her words. "Why do we need to stop the cub? They probably won't survive that mission they were set on anyway" he growled, moving to keep pace with her as she continued onward. 0 players like this post! Like? |

Taka's frown seemed etched into his face at this point, some confusion in his gaze. "Planting seeds? Are you going to give the cub back? They're almost reformed," he huffed, not a fan of the notion of letting they're work go to waste. ~ Ophelia walked away and was speaking in hushed tones with other members of her army, telling them to be ready for visitors. She also organized a few hunting parties to go out and see if they could bring back some lunch. Just taking care of normal day to day pride life. 0 players like this post! Like? |
