Nyezemnoy watched as Xyuvar nibbled on the grapes, his face unreadable. "So?" She exclaimed nervously. "What do you think if them?"

Nyezemnoy felt a smile tugging at her lips. "Um, so I have to run a few errands. You can finish eating, then could you help with a few errands? I'm starting your service today."

"Yes, of course... what are the errands? I will try and do them to the best of my ability... even if it's cleaning the kitchen..." Xyuvar said honestly, wanting to get to work even as he sniffed the cake curiously.

"Well, for me I have to host a late-afternoon party with some old friends. For you, just anything that needs to be done. Or you could come with me and help out." Nyezemnoy watched as Xyuvar thought, waiting upon his response.

Xyuvar smiled happily. Something he was familiar with doing.
"I'll come with you..." Xyuvar said happily, leaving the cake untouched.

Nyezemnoy walked out of the room, going at a slow pace. "So, the dragonesses visiting are a little... intense. They are a family of four females - a mother and her three daughters. The mother is quite young, about 250 years old, and her daughters are triplets. They are here for the daughter's 60th birthday." Nyezemnoy paused, giving Xyuvar time to abosrb the wealth of information. "The girls are called Luna, Zvezda, and Solnyshko. The mama is Zor'ka. Be EXTRA nice to Solnyshko - she is extremelely harsh on servants, but if she likes you she will be your friend for life."

Xyuvar nodded as Nyezemnoy explained the situation.
"Of course... I've always tried to be nice... it's just some of the actions I did to be nice... none of my masters liked." Xyuvar said honestly.

Nyezemnoy mumbled something in acknowledgement of his statement, but remained silent. The two dragons arrived at the Main Hall, and Nyezemnoy waited for her old friends to arrive...

As they waited, Xyuvar began to run around and prepare things for their arrival, such as some last minute cleaning up of some dust, rearranging plates and seating pillows, and even giving Zvezda the cake Nyezemnoy had given him, his kindness on full display for the corpulent dragoness to see.

The quartet of dragons practically fell onto the balcony, the screeching voices of the triplets high and piercing, the bellows of their angry mother low and rumbling. nyezemnoy laughed as the three girls rushed over to her, jumping on her and strangling her. "Nessie! We missed you!" Nyezemnoy led them over to where Xyuvar was cleaning, and watched in pleasure as Xyuvar gave Zvezda his seed cake.

Xyuvar bowed in respect to the three drakkas. He remembered them from a council meeting he had served a couple of years ago while he was still under Socureth's thumb, and he remembered that Zvezda had a partial sweet tooth, hence him giving her his cake. He also remembered the lashing he had received from the young Solnyshko that night for not coming to her call, as Socureth was in one of his temperamental moods and he was avoiding being pelted by books and small pots at the time.
"L... Lady Zor'ka... it is a pleasure... to see you again... you and your daughters may not recognize me... but I used to serve for Lord Socureth... and you had been part of a council negotiation he had held at his castle two years ago..." Xyuvar stammered shyly, hoping that they'd recognize Nyezemnoy's handiwork in turning him into a looker...

Xyuvar looked down as Zor'ka said that she didn't recognize him.
"I didn't think so... given mistress Nyezemnoy's magic... I was that pale green and orange dragon... whom Solnyshko tried to tear into.... cause I didn't arrive when she beckoned... I've wanted to apologize for that for a while... but my servitude to him... prevented me from speaking harshly about Socureth... I am sorry for not attending to you... when you needed me... but Lord Socureth... had me detained... he was... one of the more abusive masters I had... and often tried to kill me or other slaves... when he was in one of his temper tantrums... that night... was no different..." Xyuvar said, finally able to explain himself to the female.
