Xyuvar was faring no better without an instructor, and he was currently collapsed on the ground of the training room, exhausted from climbing and failing to grasp the concept of flying. Why hadn't he asked Nyezemnoy to stay and teach him how to fly so that he could've done better?

Nyezemnoy- wet, muddy, and overall disgusting- tumbled into the training room through a winfow 20 or so metres above the ground. She landed on the cushioned floor with an "oof!" and promptly proceeded to dust herself off. "Hello, Xyuvar," she said as though nothing had happened. "What are you doing on the floor?"

Nyezemnoy bit her lip as she tried not to laugh. "You... you do realise that you could have left at any time? I know that I told you to stay here, but that doesn't mean you can't leave ever. Like, you could have asked one of the staff to help you, or you could have gotten something to eat or drink. Or just left and gone to sleep. It's a pretty chill environment here."

Xyuvar looked up.
"I... I've never been given permission to ask anyone for anything..." Xyuvar said honestly, making Nyezemnoy realize that helping Xyuvar would be a lot tougher than simply giving him his birth scales and a massive junk. He'd need a full mental reframe to become more independent...

She frowned. Damn. This guy sure would need a lot of work... she didn't like the word 'rehab', but that's what he was going to need.
"Okay, well there's a first for anything! If you want or need anything just let me - or one of the staff! - know. Huviltin is nothing like Gailbraith - slavery was outlawed here several milennia ago. And everyone is friendly. Anyway, back to training! If you're up for it, that is."

Nyezemnoy nodded, slightly. "Thats fine. Just get some rest. Here, follow me," and with those final words she set out to find Xyuvar a place to rest.

As Nyezemnoy began to lead him from the training center, Xyuvar followed, wondering if there was something wrong with him. Why did she feel the need to be so kind with him when he failed in a task such as learning how to fly? Any master he had in the past would have been clawing and whipping at him for his stupidity, yet she was being kind and offering him a cozy place to sleep. He didn't deserve this kindness...

After living in the winding labyrinth of Huviltin Volcano all her life, Nyezemnoy was quite accustomed to its maze-like structure. However, most other dragons who found asylum here were not, and it took them a while to even begin to memorize its paths. That's why Nyezemnoy had set a slow pace, continuously stopping and looking over her shoulder to ensure that Xyuvar was still behind her.

Several turns later, she had arrived at a cluster of dorms - mostly used for short-term staff and guests of lower ranks. They were considered quite luxurious compared to the majority of the world's rooms, but still rather shabby when placed next to the riches of Huviltin.

"This is where you can rest," said Nyezemnoy. "If you need anything just press this button, and a staff member will be with you as soon as possible." She stepped aside, allowing Xyuvar to walk into the room and view it as he pleased.

Xyuvar tilted his head in bewilderment at the fact that servants could use something like what the masters would use to summon slaves like him. Was this really how he was to live now?

Nyezemnoy ushered him inside. "It's not much, sorry, but it's the best we have for now. I'm getting the servants to make up a room for you now- it should be ready in several days. Anyway, anyway, come on in."

"No... it's not that... great goddess... this is absolutely luxurious... for a slave like me... the most luxurious I've ever slept on was a hard cot... so the fact that... not only do I get a comfortable bed... but a button like my old masters had... for summoning servants and food... this is... more luxury... than I deserve for my past clumsiness..." Xyuvar said truthfully.

"Nonsense! You get some rest, Xyuvar. And I'm sorry about your... humanoid male anatomy. Hopefully with some rest it will go down in size." Nyezemnoy began to exit the room, but paused under the door frame. "Is there anything else you need? Or just want to talk about?"

Xyuvar blushed as Nyezemnoy apologized for him ending up with the endowment he did when she gave him his old scales back.
"It's... it's okay... Queen of Sorcery... it will take some getting used to... but... I've heard that something like that... is to be envied..." Xyuvar said honestly, not one for holding grudges.
