Nyezemnoy laughed cruelly. "Yes, because I wasn't a slave. I was his daughter, and that's no way to treat one of your own. When I have kids I will NEVER treat them that way - he left me here, by myself, when I was 150 years old!

"Is that something I could help you with? Is your lack of remembrance due to sorcery? I could get into the Slave Trader's archives and have a look for you!" Nyezemnoy heaved herself off the balcony floor, getting ready to launch into flight. "You coming?"

Xyuvar shook his head as Nyezemnoy asked to help with his memories.
"No... you've... done plenty for me already... I don't want to impose on your hospitality like this..." Xyuvar said as he watched her get ready to fly, even though he didn't know how due to centuries of having his wings torn down to uselessness. He blushed as during her preparation to fly, he got a face full of a good view of her massive rump, which seemed to have heart shaped birthmarks on them...

She whacked her forehead with her front hand/arm/claw/thing. "Gods above, I completely forgot! I'm so sorry, I forgot you didn't know how to fly. Here, follow me."

She set off inside, storming through the labyrinthine passages with a renewed sense of purpose. Nyezemnoy didn't look back, didn't glance behind her to see if Xyuvar was following her. She sure damn hoped he was.

Nyezemnoy arrived at a large, dome-like area. It was quite cold, but a roaring fire lit up the area and made it feel cozy and homely. It had ledges, ropes, notches in the walls, and there were huge pillows scattered across the wooden floor. "This is our training center," she announced to Xyuvar.

"Well, this is for you. We mostly use it for the kids of the people working here. There are different levels, see - for dragons ranging in age between ten years and 100 years old. You just start from the bottom and work your way up." Nyezemnoy went over to the fire and lowered herself into a plushy chair. "Go on, what are you waiting for?"

"Right... but... what exactly am I training in??? How does... this climbing equipment... help me with flying???" Xyuvar asked curiously.

She sighed, pursuing her lips. Clearly the blob had not been taught how to problem solve. "Well, you start down low and jump off something, flapping your wings. Eventually you climb higher, moving onto the rockwall. Then the ropes, where you fly from one to another, gripping them as you go. Finally, the ledges - you fly between them. But there are no strict rules- you could go from jumping to the ropes to the ledges to the wall, if you wanted."

Xyuvar nodded as Nyezemnoy explained how things worked for training in flight.
"Ah... I see... sorry... I... I wasn't trained to do anything but clean and take abuse... the Slave Traders... believed in slaves being absolutely subservient..." Xyuvar said shyly.

"Those... those bloody slave traders! I swear, I'm going to put a stop to them." She stormed around angrily, muttering to herself beneath her breath. "You stay here. Learn to fly." Nyezemnoy thundered out of the training centre and towards the nearest balcony. She launched herself into the air, barely even noticing the two huge bodygards following behind her.

Nyezemnoy streaked across the sky, a blur of indigo and teal against an inky backdrop. She didn't know how long she had been flying for, but she knew that her wings ached. Her thoughts flitted back to Xyuvar back at Huviltin, and she wondered how he was going. She really shouldn't have stormed out on him like that...

She didn't care. These slave traders needed to be stopped, and Nyezemnoy Korolova would be the one to do it.

Nyezemnoy sluggishly dragged her wings through the air. She had no idea where she was going, what she was doing, how she was going to do it. Why had she come out here in the first place? Oh, that's right. To stop the Gailbraith Slave Traders. How was she going to do it? Hmm. She's have to think about that.

She sucked in a huge breath of air, her mouth forming an 'o' shape as she yawned. Wow, flying was tiring.

Nyezemnoy paused in the air, suddenly realising how alone she was. Her bodyguards had tired hours ago, and had decided to stay at a tavern in a small coastal village. Nyezemnoy, though, had kept on flying, and was now regretting her decision. So she decided to turn around and fly back home...
