Isolde nodded and Solaris’s statement about the moon. It seemed highly plausible that the fairy was right. She sat on the edge of the pool and watched as the moon slowly made its way to fill the pool with its reflection. She tilted her head with curiosity to see if Solaris was correct or not.

Meanwhile, Sebastian had sulked off to the wall feeling highly embarrassed. Despite Sebastian’s size and the stereotype of his species he hated fighting with others and would do mostly anything to avoid it. He became increasingly aware that he should avoid Theodis considering the man’s temper as well. He stepped closer to Ellisar as he had been the one he found he liked most out of the new people he had met so far. “How’re you feeling about everything so far?” He watched his sister concentrate on the pool of water but figured she was checking her reflection, something you would normally find her doing often.

Ellisar looked over to Sebastian, his eyes showing gentle compassion for him after his up close encounter with Theodis. He gave him a light smile of reassurance, there was something very soft about Ellisar, he seemed like he was the complete opposite of Theodis. Then again, they had all only just met, perhaps there was more to Theodis than anger, time would tell. "I'm not sure what to feel really....I suppose I feel mostly...apprehensive." He said softly, sticking close to Sebastian as well, feeling the least threatened by him at the moment. "And I guess...I feel a little outnumbered at the moment..." He said with a soft nervous chuckle, probably referring to the fact that he was in a room of nearly strangers, one of which was a untrustworthy fae and another with obvious anger issues, without his dragon to protect him.

Solaris watched as well in curiosity as the moon filled more and more of the pool until finally, the moon was fully encircled in the pool. At first, nothing seemed to really happen, so he scoffed softly. "Well, that was a let down." He huffed and crossed his arms. (Something is going to happen but I wanted to give Sebastian a chance to respond XD )

Sebastian listened carefully to Ellisars words and nodded. “I can certainly understand where your apprehension comes from. I feel the same about this whole thing… I personally don’t feel like it helps that our nation as have been kept apart and turned against on another throughout history…” She shrugged off the thought and looked up as Solaris spoke. “Maybe we have to do something else?”He felt a bit disappointed but figured there had to be something. (Appreciate that lol.)

As soon as Sebastian said this, the pool suddenly erupted in light, lighting the room up completely. Solaris backed away quickly, although the light felt good, filling him with a powerful feeling. He watched with wide eyes, as did Theodis and Ellisar. Theodis had his hand on his sword instinctively, not sure what was happening. Ellisar backed up against the wall, looking frightened. The pool rumbled and the water swirled, lifting into the air as it spiraled in a circle. A beam of light shot up from the middle of the pool, remaining for a moment before dissolving away, revealing a floating woman. Her skin was glowing as well as her eyes, she was beautiful beyond comprehension and clearly didn't belong to this world. Even Solaris was stunned to silence as the Goddess Selune manifested before them.

Sebastian felt his skin prickle at the sudden burst of light, he was eternally grateful this was not the sun goddess or him and his sister would have ceased to exist in that moment. His eyes widened as the water dissolved to reveal the goddess. His mouth widened and he stood looking like an idiot. Isolde had gotten up quickly and was grateful for her fast speed or she would have been soaked as the water spiraled up. She was now standing on the other side of her brother. The goddess was staring at them all with a gleam of moonlight in her eyes and a soft smile. Isolde was stunned and couldn’t tear her eyes of the woman.

Selune: "Easy, my children, be not afraid. I have brought you all here for a purpose, the world needs your aide." She said, her voice beautiful and soft like a song. "Your destiny was forged far before your time, and now is when your fates align." She explained, remaining floating before them, continuing to speak without interruption. "Thousands of years ago, a being was forged in the Hells and sent upon the Earth. It has the power to destroy the world as it is known to you. It is the being you have seen in the dreams I have sent to you. Before it could strike, the Gods Bafet, Oris, and Alza combined their power to lock the creature away forever and in doing so, fell from the Heavens. It was prophesized that someday, the magic would fail, and that the 5 of you would be the only ones able to restore it. I can sense the magic holding the beast is growing weaker, but it is a matter that is out of the hands of the Gods. You must travel to Mount Dorvista, and you must discover why the magic is failing, and stop it. Otherwise, the dreams I sent you, will become a reality." She instructed emotionlessly, her body slowly starting to fade, she most likely wouldn't be able to stay materialized much longer. "I will try to help as much as I can, but my power grows weak. Be careful, chosen ones." She left them with these parting words before she was gone, water taking her place and falling back into the pool like rain.

Isolde took in all the information best she could. She considered herself to have a good memory and committed everything the woman said to memory. She had known it was a possible those visions were a prophecy of sorts but now that it was confirmed she felt chills run down her back. She looked to the rest of the people with worried glances. “So we have to go to Mount Dorvista to find out what’s weakening the magic… Does anyone even know where that is? Haven’t recently brushed up on my geography considering I never left my house in 100 years+.” She glared not at anyone in particular just in general. Her brother had always been the more nerdy type and was always the one with a book in his hand. He started looking around the cave until he stopped and pointed to the West, “It’s relatively that way toward Cuthos where most mountains are found…” he was still in shock from the information overload so his voice was very monotone.

Theodis and Ellisar looked about the same, completely shocked and confused. Ellisar allowed himself to slide down the wall he had been leaning against so that he could sit and process everything. He had never imagine anything like this could happen to him, he was just some random guy, much like the rest of them. They were average people...why did it have to be them. He was in disbelief and afraid to embark on such a dangerous journey.

Theodis, after recovering from the shock, looked angry. He was upset that he had been drug into this, he didn't want to be here, he just wanted to go back to his home and continue his work. He looked at the ground, thinking things over in his head before he spoke. "We should camp here, it will be daylight soon." He stated tensely, shooting a glance at the vampires, knowing they werent able to travel during the day. "We can head out once night falls again."

Solaris seemed to have little reaction, out of the group, he was the least shocked. The reason why was unknown to the rest of the group. He just sat down and crossed his legs indian style.

Sebastian felt the glance from Theodis he was at least grateful the man had taken them into account. He looked around the room at everyone still trying to process everything. Except Solaris, either the man had a very good poker face or he knew something they didn’t and that made Sebastian wary. He looked to his sister, whose eyes were basically a light show now, glowing a deep red. He cleared his throat, “Me and my sister will be back before the first light of the sun.” He didn’t give an explanation as to why and simply got up and left; Isolde not far behind. He could see his sister was getting hungrier by the minute, as was he, so they needed to hunt quickly before they could fully rest.

He and Isolde pet Nyx on their way out and nodded respectfully to the dragons before running off into the forest to find an animal. It didn’t take long before they were both fed and heading back to the temple. They had been one for less than thirty minutes and wouldn’t have to eat for a couple of days now. On their way back in Sebastian studied the carvings more now understanding they were telling the story of what Selune was tell them. He felt chills down his back looking at the creature in the carvings before entering the place of the moon pool again.

As the two vampires returned, they would fine everyone else had settled in for the night. Solaris had found a ledge close to the ceiling to lay on and seemed like he was probably asleep. It seemed maybe he didn't trust them either, considering he had gone out of his way to sleep out of their reach. Theodis was sat against the wall, seemingly actively fighting to stay awake. Perhaps he had waited to make sure the vampires made it back, or maybe he didn't want to sleep without knowing their whereabouts. Afterall, there was nothing more vulnerable than sleeping. He looked over as he vampires walked in, his eyes seeming grumpy, most likely because he was tired. Ellisar had brought in some of his gear including his bedroll and some bags. He had set his bedroll up near the pool and was sitting on it Indian style. He currently was holding an empty bag that had a hole in the bottom, using needle and thread to work on fixing it. He also had a very small fire going, just big enough to heat the contents of a metal cup which smelled like it was likely some sort of herbal tea or mixture. He had also changed out of his day clothes and was wearing thin, breathable night clothes. He seemed comfortable, at least, more comfortable that Theo.

As the siblings entered the cave they took in where everyone was before picking a spot against one of the walls. Sebastian settled down and Nyx, having followed behind him inside, curled up behind him and let him use her as a pillow. He pet her soft fur and messed with it as he rested there. Vampires didn’t necessarily need sleep, considering they were technically dead but they could to pass time. His body was feeling much more energized after feeding but he closed his eyes anyway and tried to sleep. Isolde had slept a bit further away using her cape as a blanket and her arm as a pillow. Taking one last glance around they both drifted to a light sleep. Isolde slept soundly, soft and even breathes leaving her mouth. Sebastian was so lucky as the nightmares plagued his mind again and his face contorting in his sleep.

Ellisar could feel the discomfort coming off of Sebastian as the nightmares plagued him. His instinct was to comfort him, but he didn't feel that it would be appropriate to try and do so. After all, they had only just met. He drank his tea and tried to ignore it, the tea helped him to get drowsy, and he soon felt the urge to sleep. He laid down, nestling into his bedroll and closing his eyes. It didn't take him long to fall asleep, though like Sebastian, and perhaps even because of him due to his connection to other creatures, he was also plagued with nightmares.

Theodis stayed awake as long as he could, whether he was keeping guard or just didn't trust the others was unknown. But eventually, he dozed off, still sitting up with his back against the wall, his head slumped forward as he slept.

Sebastian had ran his hands into Nyx's fluffy fur and had a death grip on it, not pulling so it wasn't hurting her. Nyx felt her masters discomfort and licked his face in attempt to wake him, he was still deep into the nightmare though and could not be pulled from it. In the nightmare they were in front of the being depicted in the cave, clearly struggling to contain the beast. Looking over his sister was on the ground seemingly unconscious and Sebastian was unable to tell if she was still alive. The others around his were struggling and then looked at him yelling something he couldn't comprehend. Until he looked in front of him as a giant ball of light was barreling towards him, right before it made contact he jumped awake, clenching his chest and breathing heavily.

It didn't seem like he woke the others so he was grateful for that, he would hate to have woken them with his sudden 'outburst'. He sat up and pushed himself against the wall, knees to chest and his hands running through his hair. He looked around again and seen Ellisar's face contorting seemingly from nightmares as well. He made a gesture to Nyx who went to him and curled herself around him in an attempt to comfort him.

Ellisar felt Nyx curl around him, but the nightmares were too powerful. His dream was similar to Sebastian's, except it ended with him falling through the air still attached to Sonnuri after they had failed to contain the beast. He jolted as he woke, his dream ending with his body hitting the ground. He breathed hard and heavy, but noticed Nyx was with him, which helped distract him. He pet her gently and looked at the ceiling, not yet noticing that Sebastian was also awake. He thought about the dream, knowing it could very easily be a reality. The thought of what they had to do was crushing, the weight of the world was on their shoulders, literally. He shifted to lay his head on Nyx, finding she made for a very nice pillow. He rolled on to his side, causing his eyes to land on Sebastian, seeing him sitting up and awake. He glanced around, seeing that everyone else was asleep. He gave him a soft wave, wondering if he was alright. He was wide awake at the moment after the dream, so he decided to go try and speak with him. After all, they had better all get to know each other if they were going to fight a demonic being together. He slowly pulled himself to his feet, grabbing his blanket and wrapping it around himself. It was a bit chilly in the stone temple with no fire. He padded across the stone floor, in typical elf fashion, his footsteps scarcely made a sound. He moved near Sebastian, sitting quite close to him against the wall, nearly touching in fact. He wanted to be able to talk softly to each other to avoid waking the others. "Are you alright?" He whispered softly to the vampire.

Sebastian was slightly startled, having not heard the elf come over until he had sat down. He rested his head back against the stone wall behind them and glanced at Ellisar who looked nice and cozy under his blanket, he smiled; despite the situation. Sebastian thought of the best way to respond, to be honest he was not at all okay but didn't know if he wanted to be completely honest. He felt vulnerable and was hardly used to having conversation anymore but felt it best to be honest or there would never be trust between them or the entire group for that matter. He sighed and spoke softly to Ellisar. "No, not really to be honest. I guess just um.. shaken by everything. Unsure if I can even trust my dreams anymore I don't know if what I'm seeing is true or not. I hope it's not but I also kinda hoped for that about the prophecy." he paused for a moment before fulling turning his head to look at the elf. "Your nightmares wake you up too?"
