Quinn wakes in the morning finding that water had entered the den and jumps seeing sunglare. He had almost forgotten he had shared a den with her. He shakes his wet mane and gently nudges her with one of his tiny paws to see if she was awake. He didn't want either of them to catch a cold, or get sick because of the dampness.

Sunglare wakes up. " good morning Quinn" She says to Quinn. She feels the floor of the cave is damp. She is well aware that she had shared a cave with Quinn last night.

Corvona smiled gently, hoping that her uplifting spirits would return. Boy, what a heavy topic. Lonesome sure was intriguing though. He would've hugged the lioness in comfort, however he was only as smooth as his words. Which, weren't very smooth at all, actually. "Hey, don't fret. What is done is done, so let's try our best to celebrate the happy times, no? What should we do now, have anything in mind." Corvona questioned, offering up a sympathetic grin.

Quinn stands and shakes his fur, careful not to get Sunglare wet with the few dropplets of water that freed themselves from his mane. "Hm? Breakfast? What did you have in mind?"

Ayame thinks for a moment, placing the fur in an empty den so that she could keep up with it. "Well i would say that i could show you around- She jokingly flips her tail fin. "-But i haven't got my land legs on. I must have left them in another river."

She chuckles at her own joke, then shakes her head with a sigh. "I can't really go anywhere, One of my pridemates, Fireweed is supposed to be coming here with some cubbins." She dips her head in apology.

Corvona snickers at Ayame's joke, he had found it quite hilarious but managed to hold it in; aside from a few stray giggles. Corvona nods his head in understanding. "No worries, that's just as well! Are they cute cubs?" Corvona asked. He liked the idea of cubs, but hadn't had any of his own yet. Of course, he was decently young, so there wasn't a rush.

Ayame smiles and nods. "All cubs are cute to me haha!" She flicks her ears hearing a disgruntled lioness's voice coming through caves. There seems to be a tunnel in one leading possibly to the main densite of the pride. "Ah, there is Fireweed now!

"Stop chewing on his tail! No! Don't bite her ear! Jeez, you two are worse than Mongoose siblings!" A pregnant lioness grouchily walks into the clearing and stops in her tracks seeing Corvona as two young adolecents tumble in a scuffle at his paws.

Corvona turns his head to the source of the noise, and sees a pregnant lioness at the opening of the cave. She seemed to be having trouble keeping the cubs under control. He was about to greet Fireweed, until two adolecents decided it would be wise to play-fight at his feet. "Good morning, who might you two be?" Corvona mused, looking at the pair with interest. He spared a sympathetic look towards Fireweed; these two looked very tiring to keep watch of. Nevertheless, Corvona chose to humour them in conversation.

Ayame giggles as the duo, Melody a Ducat colored cub and her playmate, Blast a sahvanna colored cub stopped their playing to look at Corvona, startled. They both stand and grin, curious as to who he may be.

"I'm Melody and this is blast! Who are you?" She says looking at corvona, admiration in her eyes. Fireweed on the other hand is unamused and lays down, two smaller male cubs crawling on her back and pretending she was a vanquished dragon.

((Sorry about the influx of lions xD these little ones are the ones Ayame is to help find new homes ))
