Ayame chuckles and nods.She herself was used to cubs pretending she was some sort of sea monster, and she found the games funny rather than insulting. It was fun to hide in the shadows of the water and splash an eager cub trying to spot her on land. "She was pretty nice when i first met her, i think the stress of being queen gets to her as well. I know i wouldn't like being woken early in the morning to organize hunting patrols haha." She idly bats at a small freshwater crab that was scuttling along the beach, careful not to hurt it, it responds by waving it's small claws at her. "Though, i don't think i'd want to be a queen at all. I wouldn't be able to help lions find homes as much." She shakes her head. "Rambling again, sorry haha."

Frode grins, puffing up a little. "She doesn't like me because i am too cool for her. All she does all day is hunt, and that has to be boring. My presence must be overwhelming!" He grins to himself, murmuring about how handsome and awesome he was. Ego much?

Sundrop smiled softly and looked, "your making me wish you were my meteor now" she chuckled.


Icestorm let out a mighty roar, alerting everyone it was now time to eat. his roar was not like a lion but a beast, most likely due to his mutation. everyone jumps a little, probably still not quite use to it, but quickly run towards a cave. "im famished, not sure about the rest but i say we eat!" he chuckled

Ambrosia chuckles lightly, and flicks her tail. She was flattered, but tried not to show it. She wasn't like lonesome who would puff up like an adder in pride haha. "Well, if you get permission, i could possibly show you some really good hunting spots for practice, and a tip or two. She visibly jumps, caught off gaurd by Icestorm's roar. "Who was that?" She wasn't scared, just curious.


Makoto tries his best not to flinch at Icestorm's powerful roar, and chuckles.H e wasn't used to loud noises, as yukio when not telling stories rarely made a peep."That is an efficient way to get everyone together haha."

Ambrosia chuckles, walking beside sundrop. "Your pop must be huge to roar like that.Other lions could probably hear that six or seven miles away."


Makoto chuckles quietly, that was probably true. He didn't really know though, he had never been hunting in his life, so he wasn't sure what scared prey away or not. Hence why Ambrosia never took him hunting with her, stating that "He was too much of a lazybutt to even try to learn the basics of hunting."

"he has the primal mutation, he's as big as two lions stacked together! hey, i should ask him for you to train me!" she says with hope and joy in her eyes.

at the cave are many carcass, since there are so many lions it would make sense. but you see leopardfur and blackheart wait in the back, their tails flicking. they would have to eat last as a punishment.

"Mm, I don't like the idea of hunting much either, most probably because I'm somewhat awful at it." Corvona chuckles, remembering the last hunt he had been on due to a shortage of lionesses. The lionesses definitely did not enjoy the extra 'help', as he ruined almost every chance they had to catch some prey. "It's not rambling! That's very kind of you to say, turning down royalty to rehome. I have to admit, being a King is harder than I initially thought." Corvona grinned a goofy smile, returning his attention to the cubs.

I roll my eyes. "Hunting isn't that boring. If you're good at it, at least," I tease. I was finally beginning to think that this lion wasn't much of a threat. "Also, you can't be that cool, since you're scared of snakes." I had noticed a small spark of fear in the lion's eyes when he mentioned the cobra on my back.
The cobra, now upset because he had nothing to do, was flailing his hood back and forth and twitching his tail-tip. "Go play with the cubs, if you really want to," I whisper, knowing he liked playing Catch the Meal, he, of course, pretending to be the 'meal', with the cubs. He slithered down my leg and headed over to the cubs, satisfied.

Ambrosia grins and waves her tail idly. Training Sundrop sounded like fun, and who knows, maybe she could learn a thing or two as well. "That sounds like fun idea." She inwardly grins seeing the two lionesses, but doesn't visibly show that she noticed them.
