Sunglare catches the scent of another lion or Lioness. Her curiosity gets the best of her. She decides to follow the scent. Sunglare is being careful not to upset the lion or lioness.

Frode grins and laughs, his rough laughter almost like a cackle. Maybe this big fella lost his marbles a long time ago? "Mad? Why would i be mad? Of i were mad i wouldn't be laughing! Hahahaha!" He puffs up, grinning stupidly like the big weirdo he is. He was just trying to scare her, he didn't really want to hurt her...especially since he was terrfied of snakes!

Quinn waddles towards Sunglare, not paying attention to where he was, mumbling until he almost bumps into her, jumping slightly and looking up at the much taller lioness, obviously a bit more than scared. "Eek! O-oh oh dear, my apologies! I thought you were ambrosia for five seconds....oh dear....who are you? Are you lost? Oh dear me i hope you aren't here to cause trouble! Oh my, that was a horrible thing me me to assume, i am so sorry! Ohdear!OhDear!" He keeps shifting, his face full of worrry as his voice slowly goes to a mumble, his worried words becoming barely audible

"Mmm." Corvona hummed, thinking of what to say next. "Say, did you want help with those sandcastles? I'm no artist, but I think I could try to make one." He offered to Ayame. He didn't want their conversation to end, so sandcastles were his best option.

Quinn blinks a few times confused and studders. He wasn't used to meeting new lions, and was reasonably confused and shy. "F-Friends? Oh! My Name is Quinn.Sorry for uh, almost bumping into y-you." He keeps fidgeting as if it was hard for him to stay still. Nervious habits die hard. "u-uhm...where do you come from?"

Ayame grins widely, and nods with enthusiasm. She enjoyed talking to Corvona a lot! "That sounds like fun!" She stands, dragging herself out of the water and across the wet sand, to a spot where no sandcastles were and starts to dig until the hole fills with water, laying down in the shallow dip in the sand.She was able to stay out of the water, as long as her tail stayed wet. She smiles at Corvona, waving her fin in the air playfully, like a cub would sway their tail when at play. "Want to see who can make a bigger sandcastle?" She asks in a playfully challenging tone.

"Only if your ready to accept defeat." Corvona laughed, matching the challenging tone Ayame had proposed the game with. He stood, shaking off a slightly sandy mane, before positioning himself near the water. A moat might be cool, although that might take away from the largeness of the sandcastle. Oh well, it'll look nice. Corvona gathered up a pile of sand, looking to Ayame playfully. "Alright, are we gonna start this or what?"

Ayame grins and starts to pile sand. "Okie dokie!" She grins to herself, she would try to make the biggest sandcastle that she ever tried to make! And she had a secret weapon for helping the sand stick together too! Occasionally she would rub aquatic plants on the sandcastle as she added onto it, which the goo coating it would help stick together. Also couldn't help herself but to add pretty bits of river shells and shiny beetle shells to it, it wasn't as big as she would like, but it was super shiny at least! She glances over to try and peek at Corvona's castle after adding a few finishing touches to her own.

On the inside, Corvona was more than panicking. He hadn't actually made a sandcastle before, so he didn't really know any tips or tricks. So far he had successfully made a little moat, but he was having trouble actually making it bigger. Corvona soon had an idea, plucking a long strand of grass from where the sand bordered the plant. He placed it on top of the sandcastle. Well, it would definitely be tallest, but he wasn't convinced it'd count. Corvona smiled to himself, it sure looked silly. It was basically just a mound of sand with a moat, and a piece of grass sticking up at the top. Looking over to Ayame's castle, Corvona laughed. It was excellent, and very pretty. "Well, I sure do know who won the beauty contest." Corvona smiled.

"it's okay" she says to Quinn. " i come from a pride that is hidden in valley. The name of the pride is Night Power Blaze Vanished Valley Diamond Eye pride. " Sunglare says to Quinn. She rolls over and her side exposing her belly to Quinn. Obviously showing her kind and friendly nature.

A quiet, low growl rumbles from my throat. "I didn't say anything about you being mad, thank you," I mumble. "By the way... is it possible that you're here to take these cubs? If so, let me know. This snake here," I jerk my head up to the cobra sitting on my spine, "is highly venomous, and could kill just about... three lions, I suppose, in one bite. If you'd prefer an old-styled fight instead, just let me know," I coo, knowing that I couldn't die.
I was inwardly terrified of this lion even though I could never perish. I could still feel pain, and suffer disease. But the cubs seemed wooed by his strange nature. I had to wrap my tail around them to keep them still, and to keep them from walking to the front of me. "Who are you?" one of them calls, and I stuff my tail fur in their mouth for a few seconds to shut them up.

Ayame giggled, seeing Corvona place the grass atop his castle, well that was one crafty way to win! She jumps slightly at his words though, then quickly shakes her head with a laugh.She almost misheard what he had said! Haha. "I just really like shiny things haha. I really like the moat on yours!" She says while starting to pick the shells off of her castle, neatly sorting them by shape and color.

Quinn sits down, looking a little funny as he did so, nerviously glancing around, his eyes never settling in one place at a time. "I uh, i haven't heard of that pride before." He looks around as if he was anticipating more lions to come out of hiding, to scare him. "Uhm, err, i-is your pride w-with you?" Ah, he is such a worrywart!

Frode grins widely, showing off all of his sharp teeth, a rather unsettling feat, His tail waving high in the air as he tilts his head to the side, mane drooping towards the ground. "Eh? Eeeeh? Who am i? I'm Frode!" He tilts his head to the other side, in one quick motion, that grin never leaving his face. "The cubs? Eh, too scrawny. Wouldn' be fit to fight over." He says, staring at the snake. He wasn't showing it, but he was feeling fairly uneasy.He didn't like snakes at all, not even baby ones.Not that they could kill him....just how quickly they could bite and how painful it was.
