He was proven right, when a few heartbeats later he leapt over a fallen log, and came face to face with a wide-eyed tabby. "OH" they said, tail bushing "I'm sorry, I've been looking for you, but then..you've been looking for me, haven't you?" they smiled at Poppystar. "You have a clan right? I'd like to join, please!"

Rosestar padded carefully through the desert, as the sun set on the horizon. The hardened sand was still warm to the touch, and her ears were pricked forward. She'd caught the scent earlier, but it had been too hot to travel. Now that the land had cooled down somewhat, she was searching for the cat she'd smelled.

Finally, she caught sight of a gray and white form, and put on a burst of speed. The cat blinked lazily at her, and tilted their head. "Can I help you?" they asked. "I'm RoseStar, of Nightclan!" she said, lifting her tail proudly "And I was wondering if you'd like to join!"

Silently, Reedstar leapt out, and landed a tails length away from the tabby. The cat leapt to their paws, yowling with surprise. "Where did you come from?"

Reedstar ignored the question, instead asking "I am Reedstar of Fogclan, will you join me?"

The raging river churned as Sunstar walked along it's bank. Though there had not been any trouble along any of the borders, that didn't mean it was time to become complacent. He carefully scented the air, and a small purr rumbled through his chest as he realized all was well. He continued along, a slight spring in his step as he knew Astroclan was still safe.

Hollystar's eyes tracked the cat, watching the stranger for several heartbeats. She wondered if they would want to join, but was also worried if she would not be able to succeed with her clan. The stranger must have sensed something amiss, because their head perked up and their eyes began to search for Hollystar.

Not wanting to look like a creep, she quickly rose, and approached the stranger. "Hello!" she called "I'm Hollystar!"
