Thick dark clouds rumble in the skies, as rains pour upon the lands. The water is unrelenting, and although no river has overflowed its banks yet, the sun seems to show no signs of arriving anytime soon.

Despite the dark skies, Hollystar's group had been hunting well. They'd even managed to take down one of the sandy-colored foxes that tended to roam through the desert. Carefully making their way home, the four cats managed to make it to camp safely.

The mountains were a slick place in the rains, and as a storm flooded through the lands, Gemclan's territory was no different. Citrinestar's legs shook with effort to keep himself on the path as he patrolled the territory. Gemclan was no longer alone on the mountains, with a new clan to the north, and something called a "tribe" to the Northeast. So far their neighbors had shown no sign of hostility, but it was better to make sure the borders were safe.

However, as he crossed a particularly wet bit of stone, Citrinestar's legs trembled, and then gave way.

Citrinestar had an accident while on patrol, and fell. He injured his front left leg, and requires the following treatment: Infection prevention and painkiller. He requires a full moon (two posts) of rest. If he takes an action that requires leaving camp before this time, he is at risk of injuring himself further. If he is not given an infection prevention herb in the next half moon, he will be at heavy risk of infection.

A pale blue-gray feline padded through the forest, their ears pricked forward as their head swiveled to take in absolutely everything. The spirit had brought them here, blessing them with a gift of nine lives, and a sense of empowerment. The time had come to properly stake their claim on the forest. The camp they'd chosen was full of blossoming flowers, and even though the rains pounded above head, the newly named Hootstar knew that things were looking up.

Rainstar strolled through the forest as the black cat that had just been found followed behind asking questions. Rainstar smiled, and did the absolute best they could to answer. Even though there were plenty of more established clans surrounding the Stormclan territory, the cat they'd found had chosen to make a home out of Stormclan. It was a pretty good feeling.
