This is (LOOSELY) based off of my adoption thread located here! This will be edited lots before I am satisfied with it, but ya know! This is where the RP will happen, I request that we try to keep OOC chat in the OOC forum, but I won't enforce it too hardcore. Some Rules: - All 18+ actions are to be fade to black - nothing involving minors and adults - Please put a warning before any gore, mutilation, or descriptive harm (self or otherwise) - Do not have a response that describes how someone else's character reacts UNLESS this has been previously okay'ed by the original player Each pride will be listed with a link to their respective page in the R&T Prides Forum. It is up to the creator of said pride to update it as people join! However, if they are anything like me, they may need occasionally reminders lol. But don't be pushy!! I will try to update this ASAP as people join and switch up their roles as well!! As a reminder, I would love people joining my pride just remember that the lion/lioness either HAS to have a mutation or fake it somehow to be allowed in the pride. He lives out near the Oasis that is unclaimable by any prides. That is monkey only territory. Adora | Sleekwater She moves around- a bit worried out from the earlier events, feeling stressed as a few cubs ran aground her, wearing small black decor. “ H-Hold up! Come on- Eris! ,” she yelps, trying to get the small cub to stay still, clearly struggling as the cub continues to evade her tried captures. “ What was that about- the big fancy stuff? ,” Talon asks, gesturing towards a small piece of clothing he wore, now littered on the ground, sinking into the mud. Adora groaned at the sight, picking the piece of cloth up, trying to wring it dry of any water and dirt, placing it onto a branch to worry about later. “ It was nothing for you to worry about. ,” she says, a worried smile on her face, Eris still escaping her attempts to catch him. Talon looks unsatisfied with the answer he is given, circling Adora to get another answer from her. She huffed, looking around the pride with a worn-out expression, trying to find help, smiling at the sight of a red lioness, pulling her to the side to help her. 0 players like this post! Hel | Sleekwater: Broodmothers |Mentions: Open Hel laid in the brood mothers den as she spoke to the females around her. She had been moved there as she progressed further into her pregnancy, gaining every ounce of knowledge she need to become a mother, although it was slim as many of the lioness haven’t had cubs as of yet or weren’t old enough to have any. Still she enjoyed their company, often they would all travel together to the nearby shallow pools to relax or play with cubs. At the current moment Hel laid in the brood mothers eating away at some honeycomb they had gathered from the hoard. It had been her craving for the first couple of days, needing to have one at least each day. 0 players like this post! Like? |

Haven|Sleekwater After finishing with Dayla the leopon had spent most of the night fishing in every open spot he could find- not without getting stung by a few jellyfish. Throwing away anything that wasn't a tiger fish. By sunrise he had a nice stash of fish. he'd let the others dry out in the sun to make jerky so they wouldn't go to waste- he gathered the rest by the tails and began to make his way to the broodmother den " knock knock!" He jokes- though it's mumbled through the fish. " Got a delivery here for my lovely wife!" He proudly proclaims- chuffing at the sight of her. The other broodmothers chuffed in hello as he placed the fresh fish down in front of Hel. He was sopping wet- even though he had attempted to dry off before coming in. He looked at her with admiration and a dopey grin. " Ah... You're simply glowing today my love" He purrs- taking a seat next to her to groom her fur. Angel|Sleekwater The king smiles- rolling his eyes slightly at the idea that anybody would want to mate with him. He supposed he hadn't realized how long he'd stayed up- blinking at the sign of the sun rising in the sky. " Gosh.. how long has it been? Time must have slipped away from me.." He mumbles- eyes drifting to the now awake cubs and broodmother. " Guess I should start checking up on everyone. I'll catch you later Na" He nudges his shoulder in goodbye. Soon padding over to Adora and the cub. " Morning to you Adora. How did you sleep last night?" He offers with a friendly- yet tired look smile. 0 players like this post! Like? |

Adora | Sleekwater | She’s startled by angel- letting out a quiet yelp of surprise, holding her chest in her paw, sighing when she saw it was only Angel. Mello laughed at this, now holding Eris, despite his pouty mood. “ I-I slept well! ,” she says, blushing pink under her blonde fur, “ I should be the one asking you that, Angel.. I know how hard it may be for you. ,” she says, giving him a comforting smile, a smile she would usually give to the cubs. He chuffs to the cubs that were scattered around the broodmother's paws. Watching as a few of them shyly waved their paws in greeting. " I'm sure you know already but I wanted to warn you about the forests. A family of sorts lives there and kidnapped a cub the other day. Try not to stray near there if you can help it." Adora & Mello | Sleekwater | Mello smiles, showing off her sharp teeth, “ Mornin. ,” she says, Eris taking the chance to try and escape her grasp, huffing when he failed to. “ What a cutie! ,” she says with a laugh, lifting the cub high, laughing when he moved around in her paws. “ Guess he doesn’t like me much.. ,” she says, sighing as she places the cub down, still protectively watching him. Her red ears spark up upon hearing about the family, remembering how scared the mother had been upon losing her Ariel, a sad look on her face. Adora nods, smiling as the cubs raise a hand in greetings to Angel, although Adara waved higher then the rest, pulling on Eris’s tail mischievously, tugging at the bushy fur. “ Alright.,” Adora says, looking down to her cubs. “ Don’t wonder to far, alright? ,” she says to the cubs, pulling a few close. “ Thanks for letting me know ahead of time. ,” she turns to get a clear look at Angel, giving him a closed lip smile. 0 players like this post! And let me tell- oh my gods you are soaking wet!!” Hel laughed out of disbelief at the sight of haven, quickly scrambling to her feet to grab a rawhide blanket and tossing it on top of the males back. “There all better, I don’t need you catching a cold on me.” She looks down at the tigerfish. “Oh thank you my love, just what I was craving!! This would go great with my honeycomb!” She grabs the tigerfish by the tail as she laid back on top of the nest inside. Grabbing the honeycomb on her side she takes the tigerfish and lays it on it’s left side, squeezing the honeycomb as the honey inside drizzles itself on the fish. Earning some stares Hel chowed down at the fish, it’s slaty but sweet flavor making her purr in satisfaction. “Thank you again for the gift my sweet, although your here early, is something the matter? Haven|Sleekwater He smiles at the warmth of the blanket- watching her eat with a subtle feeling of pride in his heart. " Oh well- I was pretty much up all night. Just- keeping myself busy ya know?" He laughs a bit nervously- changing the subject. " Oh! I was talking with the grave tender- She suggested the name Aurora, I thought it'd be nice if we have a little girl" He mentions- not bothering to eat anything himself- having had plenty of other things to eat beforehand. " Did you have any name ideas?" He asks- leaning in and laying his head softly on her tummy. He knew the cubs weren't likely developed enough for him to hear or feel them yet. But it tickled him to know that 2 of his own cubs were growing in the woman he adored the most. Angel|Sleekwater He nods- looking at the two of them with a smile. "You both seem a bit worn out.. say- I was about to have breakfast in my den. Haven went on some sort of fishing spree last night and gathered a bunch of fish for the pride. I already called dibs on a nicely sized rainbow trout!" He purrs- looking at a few of the other broodmothers as they yawned and stirred out from the den. " Why don't you two join me? The broodmother apprentices could use the experience after all. I was going to invite Elvira as well. It'd be nice to have breakfast with my pride." Adora & Mello | Sleekwater Adora looks up at Angel, a bit wide eyed and surprised, her expression quickly growing into a large smile. “ Thank you, truly, but- ,” Mello cuts her off, giving a charming smile, “ We would love to!,” she says, her red fur shining next to her unwavering smile. Adora gives her a surprised look, before breaking out in a giggle, smiling as she hadn’t done in along time. “ Thank you, Angel. ,” Adora says, looking happy to have Angel by her side, a few of the cubs mimicking her actions, although Adara and Eris seemed to be in their own world, clawing at one another, pulling at Mello’s legs and fur, causing the lioness to have to break them up. 0 players like this post! " I'll meet you both there!" He calls out as he pads away- shuffling up the ladder to the tree top level and crossing a few wooden bridges to find the healers den. He looks inside- seeing Elvira asleep. He thinks- wondering if he should wake her or not. He takes a breath and knocks on the outside of the den- hoping to stir her up gently. " Elvira? Adora & Mello | Sleekwater She nods, bringing up a paw to wave Angel goodbye, a bright smile on her face, looking down to the cubs. “ Well.. ,” she says with an awkward laugh. ,” Who’s going to watch you while I’m gone? ,” she asks them, the cubs tilting their heads to the question, a few standing on their paws to be able to see Adora’s smile, her giggle spreading to them, the den filling with loud laughter. “ How cute! ,” Mello says, butting into Adora, a small thumping noise as their bodies collide with one another, sending Adora fumbling a few steps away from where she stood. “ You can go- I’ll watch ‘em! I’ll join ya’ later! ,” Mello says, bringing a scarred paw to her face, giving the blonde lioness in front of her a large smile. Adora’s surprised at this- her paws digging into the soil- as if bracing for impact- an awkward silence filing the room. “ Really? I wouldn’t want to trouble you- ,” her words are cut off, Mello bringing a claw to her lips, signaling a “ shush “ gesture. Adora nods, her dark blue eyes following Mello’s movements, looking up at the large tigon. “ Okay.. ,” she says with a nod, taking the paw away from her face. “ Thanks, Mello, really. ,” she says, Mello simply nodding her head, going over to the cubs. “ No problem, sweetheart! ,” Mello says with a laugh, loud and echoing across the decorated walls of the den. “ I’ll get going, then. ,” Adora says, giving each of the cubs a pet goodbye, waving over to Mello as she leaves the den. 0 players like this post!
