Nomads Of The Horizon
A wolf roleplay

The Rules

I. All LioDen Roleplay Rules apply.

II. No godmodding, powerplaying, gary/mary issues, etc.

III. Posts should be in third-person and past-tense, and players are expected to use correct spelling, grammar, capitalization, and punctuation to the best of their abilities. At least a paragraph is required.

IV. We know that life can get in the way sometimes, but please, if you know beforehand that you won't be able to post for a while, let us all know!

V. Fade to black when necessary. I suppose you all get it by now.

VI. Please be polite to everyone OOC. If there is any problem with other members of the roleplay, i would like you to let me or moderators know rather than creating something unnecessary.

VII. You cannot harm or kill another character without making the action an attempt.

VIII. For the most part we are a realistic wolf roleplay; the only fantasy elements should be the characters’ “humanized” personalities and their ability to speak. This means no magical abilities, accessories, or unnatural physical traits (wings, horns, etc).

IX. We encourage you to 'follow the current'; Not knowing what will happen makes the roleplay more interesting and fun, reason why we attempt to avoid OOC plotting. "Character A should meet Character B" is acceptable. "Character A and character B should become mates and start a pack" is not.

X. There will be no formed packs at the beginning. These will be created throughout the roleplay, and to do so, a minimum of five wolves with a common goal assemble and claim a land as their territory. In order for the pack to be accepted, the player of the lead wolf should PM me to receive the pack creation form, and send it back will all the information needed. As for now, we believe that three packs would be a good maximum, though this can change in the future depending on how many members join. Also, please don't create packs right away. Your wolf should take their time to know who their pack-mates will be, to say the least.

XI. New Rule. Things made by man, such as buildings, roads, etc., are non-existent in the lands of Greylea, and there will be no interaction between wolves and humans. Please ignore any constructions that the references show.

XI. New Rule. Please put at the beginning of each post a 'header'. This is used to avoid confussion and to have a more organized post. Stating who your character is interacting with and their location is extremely important, also for the mentioned reasons. An example:

Territories Of Greylea

Guide

When it comes to small game, the player can choose whether or not their wolf makes the kill. Please keep in mind that a wolf does not make a successful kill every time, usually a best two out of three, also please note the territory you are hunting in and the prey listed.

When it comes to large game, a minimum of 3 wolves are required to start a hunt. To make things more interesting, we will use a random number generator to determine if the hunt will be successful or not; If the given number is any between 1-5, the hunt will succeed. If the given number is any from 6-10, the hunt will fail. The only exception with this rule, are younglings. An elk calf, for example, can be killed by less wolves. However, you must take into consideration different things as if they are with a herd, etc.. Younglings may fit in the small game category because of this.

Northern Icelands

snowy-mountains-sunset-wallpaper-3.jpg

In the coldest territory of Greylea white is the predominant color, several centimeters of snow covering the ground. Contrary to how one would imagine, there are plenty of trees scattered as well as small groups of greenery, though of course dressed with the ice crystals. Water sources are scarce, luckily ponds of decent sizes with a thick layout of ice upon. As for the prey, there is not much variety, only quantity in larger animals while the smaller creatures are only seen when their activities require to leave the warmth of their shelter.

Small Game
-Snowshoe Hare
-Squirrels

Large Game
-White Tailed Deer
-Musk Ox

Competition
-Brown Bear
-Artic Fox

Western Grasslands

mountains-wallpaper-2.jpg

These terrains are rather plentiful in vegetation and prey, though because of this, it is significantly more dangerous as it attracts all kinds of competition. The mountains are similar in height as the Northern ones, making it impossible to breathe to any who attempts to climb, not to mention that the risks would be high. Towards south, the lush greenery continues in the hills.

Small Game
-Small fish
-Rats, Mice
-Moles/Voles
-Rats & Mice
-Rabbits

Large Game
-Salmon, Trout
-Bison
-Elk

Competition
-Red and Gray Fox
-Coyote
-Cougar
-Black and Brown Bear
-Snakes/Lizards (venomous/non-venomous)

Eastern Plains

hd-93219-rocky-landscape-4xV0.jpg

The cruel conditions of the Plains force most of the animals to look for better places to settle, though it's common to see immigrant herds passing through. Luckily for wolf kind (And often a bad luck for the herbivores), the herds are sometimes seen distracted with the few plants that can be found. The lack of trees or shelter in general, however, gives a hard time with heat and a rocky ground, mainly fissured. Because of the high temperature, the stream that runs across the territory is often found with less flow than normal. However, there are small ponds hidden beneath the jagged surface, reason why it's also an option to look for the most damaged zones in order to find more water.

Small Game
-Marmot
-Rats & Mice

Large game
-Elk
-Moose

Competition
-Coyote
-Snakes/Lizards (venomous/non-venomous)
-Eagle

Southern Woodlands

fS7qbp.jpg

The trees of these dense and beautiful woods provide shelter for small animals, and the vegetation in addition gifts great camouflage and hidding spots. It is extremely rare to see herds here, and more common to find lost individuals instead, or in a similar case. The atmosphere is silent and often calming, though it can be as dangerous as any other; Bears, especially mothers, tend be around as the majority find this one of the most suitable places to claim territory and raise their cubs.

Small Game
-Grouse
-Turkey
-Rabbits & Hares
-Squirrels

Large Game
-White Tailed Deer
-Moose
-Elk

Competition
-Black and Brown Bear
-Coyote
-Red and Gray Fox
-Badger

"IMAGE EDITED - Moderator removed image due to lack of source"
Hades | Male | 4 years, 1 month | Loner
Location: Southern Woodlands | Mentions: Lilith / Open

Hades padded through the Southern Woodlands, observing the area around him as he breathed the scents of his surroundings in deeply. Despite being a Nomadic wolf, one that didn't stay in one spot for more than a day, this land looked like a pretty nice place to stay for a few days. Plenty of prey, and it wasn't too hot, though it certainly wasn't cold. And he was traveling with only Lilith, so living here wouldn't be too hard. He shrugged and looked down as his stomach growled for food. He hadn't eaten since he previous day, so he knew why he was hungry. Sniffing, he tried picking up a deer scent or something. There were mice, squirrels, and voles all around ~ though they scurried away as the massive brute padded through the forest ~ that were yummy enough to eat, but he desired something bigger. Fortunately, his nose picked up the scent of deer, a female one to be precise. Good, a male would've been a bit harder, given their bigger and they have horns, which are very painful when they make contact with your body.

Following the trail, Hades saw the deer a good ways from him and immediately crouched- wouldn't want to lose her. Hidden in the tall grass, he watched with intense eyes as the deer unknowingly grazed, eating the grass, back turned to the wolf as he stalked forward, silently getting closer to the female white-tailed deer. Getting closer, he stopped stalking, as if he got closer, he'd be in the open and the deer would know he was there. He was a few feet from her. Narrowing his eyes, he charged towards her and she noticed he was coming a few seconds too late, bolting, though he was on her tail. He pounced and his claws dug into her haunches, his front legs pulling to bring her down. Then he felt a sharp pain in his ribs, just as he felt her back going up. She had kicked him. Snarling in frustration and pain, he dug in deeper and pulled his hardest, pulling her to the ground easily. His jaws opened and he clamped them shut on her neck, watching as the life drained from her eyes. Slowly, she died and he let his head fall to the ground in exhaustion and pain. That's what you get for being ambitious. He groaned as he painfully got to his feet, moving around to get in a comfortable position so he could begin eating. He had bruised ribs, unfortunately. He sighed and began eating from his kill, still waiting for his mate. He was content; he has gotten he prey he had desired.

OOC: Bleh. It's Christi! <3

Lilith l Female l Location: Southern Woodlands l Mentions: Open

A light grunt slipped from the pale lips of a alabaster and silver and infused beauty as she pushed her lithe yet powerful frame forward through the silent forest. Her electric brilliant blue eyes illuminated in the low lighting if the rising morning as she weaved in and out of trees. Silent like the ghost she was. Her ears flickered atop her head as she listened to the few awake birds sing their songs while her maw parted to taste the mildly humid air. She enjoyed it wasn't so hit here unlike the other places she visited during the summer months. Cool enough to keep her overheating as she sported a thick pelt thanks to her family's heritage. Yet it wasn't cold enough as she liked from where she usually visited and stayed in the colder months.

However she would enjoy her time here in this area. It was new to her and she planned on exploring it for quite some time before moving on. Plus with t h the fat and bountiful prey, who's be dumb enough to leave so soon? Shaking out her pelt at the thought, she flicked her tail at a pesky horsefly before she stilled as a sound if a struggle caught her attention. Narrowing her gaze she stalked forward in the shadows, quiet as the wind as she watched a large wolf,a make at his musk, take on a fat doe. She inwardly winced when she noticed the deer kick the male in the upper torso. That would hurt for awhile. Her eyes then watched him as he rested for a moment before finally beginning to eat his meal.

Asaroth l Male l Location: Eastern plains l Mentions: Open
Rolling upon his side, a gentle breeze ruffling his silver fur as his pale blue eyes flickered open to look at what was making so much noise that it caused him to awaken from his peaceful slumber. Hm.. the crows were active. That was either good as they knew where a fresh kill was or that death itself was coming. Rising to his paws, a grunt slipping from his maw, he stretched out his muscular frame before lazily padding off in the direction of running water.

Mephesto l Male l Location: Western grasslands l Mentions: Open

A twisted howl like laugh slipped from the bloodied maw of a red colored brute as he danced upon the carcass of his recent kill. Or well.. coyote couple and their pups. The crazed look for blood danced in his gleaming amber gaze that burned like coals in the night. He yearned for blood at the moment and he would get it. Running his tongue along his maw, he licked the blood from most his fur lined lips while continuing to take his claws down the coyotes mangled bodies. The sickening pops of bone and blood vessels caused absolute joy for the male.

Xerxes l Male l Location: Northern icelands l Mentions: Open

A displeased noise was emitted from the oversized obsidian brute as he stalked through the cold wastelands of the north. His stained glass gripped the frozen Terra with little strength but still cracked the ground he walked upon with his heft. Cold pale golden eyes stared out into the frozen lands, his gazd briefly fleeting to the thicket of trees to his left and some brush to his right while the mountain stayed to his south. He could smell the gathering of prey that always came around this time of year to escape the blazing eastern lands. Looking to cool off before they traveled south for the winter. Growling low in his chest that echoed soon in his throat, he stalked forward towards the trees, planning his next ten moves in his strategic mind of his.

Karael l Male l Location: Northern icelands l Mentions: Xerxes

The field before him was pristine and white where the musk oxen had not yet browsed. Stretched behind the milling mass of shaggy backs was a pitted swath of graying slush and mud, long since cleared of the last of the yellow winter grass. Karael, stretched on his belly in the snow, watched their breath steam up into the sky from a safe distance and ignored the quiet, pinched reminder in his belly.

Musk oxen were no fit prey for a lone wolf, even the lame thing keeping a wary, twitching ear trained in his direction. Iriel whined softly, shifting her haunches restlessly, but not purposelessly. Karael halted her with a paw slung across the bridge of her snout that nearly dwarfed her whole face. Her whine pitched into a high yelp that set the lame ox to lowing its nerves. Karael disregarded it, a growl thundering up from deep within his chest, "Don't."

Iriel, sinking deep into the snow, twitched her ears forward in a flicker of defiance that subsided almost as soon as it had begun. Karael let her shake his paw off and rose to his feet at last, stretching the kinks from muscle and bone, his jaws gaping wide in a toothy yawn. "Up, we'll hunt elsewhere."

No sooner had he turned to go, though, than an unfamiliar scent reached him on the wind. Iriel yelped again, quieter now, as she found herself crowding up against his haunch. The fur along his back rippled up in a stiff crest as Karael identified male and wolf on the wind. And he did not have to look far at all to find its source.

Karael struck out parallell to the strange wolf at a gliding trot, his ears trained stiffly in the stranger's direction as Iriel called out a wavering greeting, her howl shivering in the clear morning air.

Venus | Female | 2 years, 8 months | Wanderer
Location: Eastern Plains | Mentions: None, open

Gleaming eyes would scan the new location with inquisitiveness as she inwardly glared in awe at the landscape before her. Little she cared of damaging the pads on her toes by walking on the jagged edges of the stone flooring below her, though she soon settled into a comfortable loping pace, one that she could keep up for a long time, despite her exhaustion. A youthful female hummed an improvised melody as she tried to focus upon the recent scent she'd become intrigued by, her snout lowered towards the ground she stepped upon. Enduring the heat was still possible during the morning, though with such coat and the difficulties to find fresh water, the best would be to arrive to other lands before the sun centered in the sky.

Early autumn, to any other wolf's eyes, usually meant distracted squirrels and crisp mornings, and a sun that felt pleasantly warm against the bites of the breeze. Usually it meant all of these things and more - cuddling with family before the sun rose, eating fallen apples, playing in the dead grass - but not on Venus' eyes nor memory. Despite the season, for her it was all a routine, all of which included loneliness. She enjoyed having time to herself and to be free of major responsibilities, though, on the other paw, her soul craved for a good conversation, and not with herself. Alone in her thoughts as she usually was. She had no place she felt like going, as long as she was away from where she came from.

Pointed ears perked forward at the sudden eyesight of a rat that wandered around in the open. She didn't truly cared of the animal's reasons. Her body remained frozen for several seconds, until the right moment allowed her to lower herself into a crouch and make her way towards the animal with all the possible stealth. Unluckily, her white coat ratted her after several steps, and the rat instantly ran in attempt to escape. Her hind legs sprang forward, launching her into a gallop after the fleeing prey that made it's best to turn directions in hope to dismiss the she-wolf. Eyes focused on the target, with one final stride... Venus' head collided with the entrance of what appeared to be the rodent's home, hidden beneath the cracked and open ground, small enough to only allow their entrance. A plaintive whine sounded almost instantly, and down the white mass of fur went, rolling a few times before her shape stopped, flattened upon the ground as a rug.

Nivalis | Male | 2 years, 8 months | Wanderer
Location: Eastern Plains | Mentions: Venus

Nivalis twitched his tail in annoyance. The Eastern Plains were no place for bountiful hunting, if anything, it looked desolate, lost, and terribly boring. Nivalis bared his teeth in frustration, only in his deepest fantasies would he be able to catch one of the larger preys, especially without such cover and his striking white pelt contrasting deeply with the jagged rocks that surrounded him. Dotting the horizon, silhouettes of potential prey reminded him of his situation. Growling softly, he looked away and padded further and further, searching for other potential belly-fillers.

Suddenly, a scent hit the roof of his mouth. He lowered his nose to the ground, sniffing his surroundings. But he didn't need it. A glance up, and the white pelt was too clear to miss. Another miserable wolf in the same situation, he though glumly. How helpful. Nivalis didn't know whether to approach it or not. He'd rather travel to the Northern Icelands rather than continue his desolate trek here, but another wolf could be helpful... She'd seemed to pinpoint some interesting prey, or perhaps, not. She had an interesting position, flattened on the ground. He shook his head, and thought it quite ridiculous.

Finally, he made a large detour around the female. If she raised her head ever so little, she'd certainly spot him. If not, he would deem it not worth checking out. A wolf who couldn't see the opportunity in him was naive, ignorant, and a waste of time. A little like a certain wolf he knew. Nivalis' eyes grew cold at the thought of his brother, but he set his pace forward determinedly. It did no good to dwell on the darker sides of the world.

Gaya | Female | 2 years, 1 months | Wanderer
Location: Southern Woodlands | Mentions: Lilith / Hades / Kairos

Gaya snapped playfully at a butterfly. She was hungry, but even she knew that a simple butterfly wouldn't help her. She padded forward through the lavender and wet grass. It was cool, and the shade from the towering trees made it seem even more cold. Shivering slightly, she quickened her pace, hoping to generate warmth. She sniffed the air ever so often, smelling for prey or, if she was lucky, a ready made carcass. She scented a whiff of blood, her eyes gleamed, and she broke into a run. She suddenly stopped as she heard trambling nearby. She turned in time to see a herd escaping behind her. She slowed down, and there was wolf with a fresh kill. She almost wanted to ask him, but he seemed hungry as well, and a hungry wolf often meant a hostile wolf.

Gaya looked hungrily at the wolf. He had a rather large piece of prey. She wondered, he surely couldn't finish all of that? She licked her lips in anticipation, ready to hide if he came her way, and run if he left. She could at least snatch a juicy leg or a piece of flank. She crept forward silently. She wasn't the most silent, but desperation had taken her toll and she was like a shadow. She really, really needed this catch.

Kairos | Southern Woodlands | Loner | Ment: Open / Hades

Autumn was upon the land, and Kairos had to move out of the summer icelands to warmer climes. Still was not spring or early enough into fall to warrant him moving into the plains; in fact, he just recently moved out to winter in the woodlands. The trees here would be excellent in blocking the howling storms that would likely go through, especially any oaks that kept their leaves throughout the winter.

It wasn't that cold yet, the chills starting to extend into the morning and making the rest of the day vaguely cold, but the dwarf wolf knew he couldn't do things last minute. A pack would be different, something to make the scale of survival tip in his favor for once, without sheer luck and tenacity letting him eke an existence out.

That being said, finding food was still trouble. Kairos' squat and small frame meant he needed smaller game to survive, but he was just a tad big to fit into a fox den, for instance. His speed was a short burst that worked well with stealth. Rabbits usually outran him. Perhaps he could stumble into a late nest of rabbits as a treat, but this time of year... Mmm, luck, again.

The wind brought blood, fresh in one direction, and Kairos wouldn't deny it would be a welcome meal to stake out after a few days of having nothing at all. A usual situation, of course, and a constant in the lean time of winter. He trotted towards the scent, the small breeze giving him an approximation of where, and a few smaller ones that passed helping him even further.

Huh, another loner, specifically somehow taking down a deer, and looking injured. He weighed some possibilities in his mind, and went with the one that seemed to have the best reward, however risky. Carefully, he trotted out, slinking low to the ground, eying the other wolf as he came closer and closer. Hopefully, he could slowly get close enough that the other wouldn't charge and he could grab just a bit: maybe a hunk of muscle or a stray organ.

Xerxes l Male l Location: Northern icelands l Mentions: Kareal

Large ears flickered atop the head of the colossal figure cloaked in darkness as he stalked across the white wastelands til his form froze mid step when a pitiful howl caught his attention. Gaze of frozen liquid gold swept across the mounds of fresh snow and old wind tracks til he spotted the culprit. Another dark cloaked brute and some.. disgusting creature huddled beneath him. Claws sinking into the ground, Xerxes made his posture create a message to the brute. Skull high, neck regally arched and power displayed within his rolling form, Xerxes was not to be trifled with. The brute always got what he wanted, even if he killed a few just needs to get it. Growling low in his throat, yet loud enough for him to hear, he questioned if he should just slaughter them both. The male didn't even look like a challenge given his build and weight from how he carried himself. But he knew better to judge a peasant by its cover. Either way though, the mutt would be bending at the knew and giving him the proper respect soon enough.

(Just so you don't get the wrong idea, Xerxes is more so planning ahead xD he will start a pack one day *cleared this with Christi* and those who join or come across him will be forced to bow before him given his ego lol But right now he's doing a typical male thing and sizing the other on up.)

Asaroth l Male l Location: Eastern plains l Mentions: Venus, Nivalis

Coming upon a tall ridge with thin blades of dying grass that blew in the light breeze, Asaroth stared down at the open wastelands below him and a look of mild shock crossed his handsome facade. His pale blue gaze narrowed as he looked closer to make sure he was not hallucinating as he saw two white figures below. And from the looks, build and scents, they were wolves. Thinner than he was, and not as happy going (then again Roth was always in a good mood given the circumstances unless he had been sleeping) be watched them. The smaller one which he assumed was the female of the two just laid there upon the ground. While the male just looked straight agitated. Chuckling quietly, he just tilted his head towards the heavens and allowed his sweet melodic song to fill the air as he announced his presence.

Ending his song, he gracefully leapt down the ledges of the overhang and made his short journey over to the others. While their coats were brighter and more white than silver, his was greater contrast what with the dark silvers and neutral shades perfectly blending into his coating. His ears flickered forward atop his head as he grew closer to the others, his tail wagging slowly behind him as it always did before he can't to a stop about a yard from them. Given the closeness of the trio, he could see he was the larger and oldest of the group given their now cleared up scents. If you want a decent meal, sweetheart, I'd suggest heading towards the mountains. That's where the deer go for shade. He said in a generally polite and king tone toward the female while blatantly ignoring the me for the moment. And what stuck up your ass this early in the morn to make you show case your annoyance already? He asked the mald with a amused gleam in his rare shaded eyes.

Gaya | Female | 2 years, 1 month | Loner
Location: Southern Woodlands | Mentions: Hades, Kairos, Lillith

Gaya narrowed her eyes as the new male entered the scene. They'd probably either fight, or share. She weighed the possibilities. If they shared, they'd surely finish the carcass. They were large males, probably as hungry as she was. If they fought, it would be an opening for her. Distracted, they may not realise that she had snagged a few pieces or two. She bared her teeth, scared, and padded slowly forward. She tried to look aggressive, but her tail was wavering between straight sideways and between her legs. It was an effort not to run away. She hoped that didn't show.

She growled but did not further moves. She wanted to show her interest in the carcass, but not in a fight. Her eyes darted between the two males, trying to size them up. Unfortunately, she was panting and couldn't concentrate, the carcass was very close now. The smell made her dizzy and impatient, and she made another step forward. She'd never be able to fight them off on her own, but if she maybe turned them against each other? She blinked, knowing how stupid she was being. She could get killed. Yet... She'd also soon die of starvation. She'd never learned hunting very well and needed more teachings. She definitely wouldn't get them from stray mice and mocking elks, who knew that she was no threat.

Nivalis' fur bristled at the male. I have only been travelling, He muttered softly, his cold gaze fixed on the male. I know of better places than this... desolate wasteland. I'd be happy to go on my merry way, in fact. This is no place for a white wolf. Nivalis' eyes ran down the other male wolf. He was obviously older, and bigger, but Nivalis thought he had swiftness on his side. He quickly glanced at the female. She was no help, and didn't seem alive. No response to stimuli, he thought with a chuckle. He turned back to the older male. Though I don't know why you've taken such keen interest in, err, us. You're not to expect help from us, whether we're too, uh, unresponsive, at this he glanced at the female or we just don't want to. He shook his fur. Or is this your territory? He smirked. If it is, you must mark it better.

Karael l Male l Location: Northern icelands l Mentions: Xerxes

The wilds were vast, and Karael had gone seasons at a time without happening across a strange wolf. Looking at this one, Karael wished he had gone a season longer.

They were some distance apart still, but Iriel was beneath his feet and he would need that space if he was going to coil down and hit him low and hard and fast while his head was still raised proud in the air. "Get," he ordered shortly, nipping at Iriel's flank until she crawled clear and, wriggling anxiously, loped away a few paces. Karael chased her a few more with a curl of his lip.

She went, and Karael tracked her progress through the snow with one swivelling ear. The heavy mane across his shoulders bristled with more than just readiness now, but he did not pace or snarl or pose. Karael only flexed his nails into the snow and frozen earth, settling as if he meant to grow roots with his tail flagging at his heels. "You do make a very nice figure against the ice, brother, but if you're only going to pose, I have a cub that needs feeding."

Lilith l Female I Southern Woodlands I Mentions: Hades. Gaya. Kairos

Purr amusement danced in the electrified blue eyes of the alabaster female as she watched two wolves, much smaller than she enter upon the scene. They were both heading towards Hades kill but she knew the male wouldn't allow them to get any. He was a possessive and even more aggressive brute. Especially to males and kill stealers. Deciding to have some fun, she danced through the tree thicket around the trio like the silent ghost she was til she came up behind the two strangers, Kairos and Gaya, and released a threatening growl just loud enough fir their ears as she passed by them before heading straight to Hades with confidence in her gait. (Christi. Remember le plan xD) For one of your capabilities sweetheart, you need to fix your ears. I've been watching those two back their stalk you and our dinner for quite some time now.

Asaroth l Southern Lands l Mentions: Nivalis

Correction, pup. She is unresponsive and with you yapping away, I wouldn't call you unresponsive. More so lazy. And i wouldn't need your help as I have been here a month and havr survived just fine on my own.And given his full stomach, he was fed properly and on a nearly daily basis as well. Stretching out his toes, Asaroth just circled around the male in a semi wide circle as he briefly looked him over before glancing at the female still laying upon the ground. As for this being my territory, no. I prefer not to claim land until I claim a mate. Only way to enjoy something is to have someone to enjoy it with.

Xerxes l Northern. Icelands l Mentions: Kareal

A sort of disgusted snort slipped from his wide nostrils as the cloaked dark brute just stared down at the other that seemed to force it's progeny away. It would be better if he killed that worthless thing. It cowered in fear. A progeny of a proud brute would want it growling and sizing up the enemy. Not hiding like a coward. Of his own heir turbed out to be pathetic like the othet males, hed kill it at birth. A word of advice, brother, id kill the rat you call a pup. It quivers in fear. If it were a true progeny of your loins, you'd toughen it up. Or does it get its pathetic actions from the loin bearer? A sneer plastered itself upon his facade while his deep venomous baritones rang out in a clear authoritative manner. Turning upon his heel, he scuffed up the ice and snow with his hind limbs like he would a piece of crap and continued on his way to his den made of ice and the kill he left there. If you are brave enough mutt, know your place and follow me. If not, freeze to death with your worthless offspring.

Name: Sparrow | Gender:Female | Age: Around 5 years | Location: Eastern Plains
Mentions: No-one (Open)

The musty scents of the Eastern Plains were accustom to the lone shaded brown she-wolf, her pelt matching well with her surroundings. She had been born and raised in the plains, growing used to the harsh heat of the sun, But this didn't prevent her from thirst. Swiping her dry tongue over her knife-like teeth, lucky for her she knew were some of the collections of water were.
Letting out a sigh of relief Sparrow dipped her head down to lap up some of the clear liquid till she was quenched. Despite the seasons changing in the other regions of Greylea, changing green leaves to brilliant oranges and yellows, flowers blooming and then wilting, here there was only a slight shift in temperature: From face-melting-hot to slight-less-face-melting-hot, prey was scarce unless you knew where to look, and only those whom were insane would ever chose to live here, and Sparrow could fit in that category.
The terrified look of her sisters golden eyes staring into her own amber orbs would permanently haunt her mind, standing over their dead mothers body, scarlet blood oozing from her mouth. Sparrow shoved the image to the back of her mind.

Sparrow continued to drink until she felt her belly would split open. Lifting her head the she-wolf took in a deep breath, making sure no other predators were nearby, she was not in the mood to fight with a coyote or pissed-off moose.
Glad that no other wolves scents were fresh (Or nearby), she layed down with a heavy thump, her muscles aching for a brief moment before relaxing.
((i Apologize for shortness))
