The tom stretched his frame languidly, easing out the aches as he rose from his nest. A puff of mist escaped his jaws as he sighed, something that surprised the healer. As he padded to the entrance of his den, he glanced around camp. A thin dusting of powdery snow blanketed everything in sight. However, he assumed, and hoped, that as the day progressed, the sun would melt it away, like morning dew.

Trotting out into camp, he inclined his cranium politely to those he passed, mind already busy with lists of herbs. Shadepetal huffed, flicking an ear. Without an apprentice, he had his work cut out for him. The tom allowed himself a meagre breakfast, picking out a small rabbit. The lithe male slipped away to a corner, all the while surveying his Pride-mates for any signs of sickness while he hunkered down and began to eat. The air was crisp, chilly, so he needed to make sure everyone was safe, especially SunPride's elder, Silentcloud. The white tiger often suffered from nightmares anyway, and Shadepetal usually found himself seeking her out to ensure she was getting enough sleep.

As he thought this, the healer caught sight of the pale tigress. Gulping down the last scraps of the rabbit, he hauled himself upright, shaking out his dark pelt, underside already dampened from the snow. Briskly, he bounded after the elder, slowing down as he neared. "Silentcloud." he called out softly, knowing her hearing was acute, and seeing no need to yell. The tom trotted up to her, brushing against her with a feather light acknowledgement. "Good morning, I just came to check on you. Did you have a good sleep?" he queried, tilting his head slightly as his bright orbs gazed into hers.

The minuscule apprentice leaped about, shuddering as the frosty snow sprayed up against his belly. The young tom jumped up onto a nearby rock, scrambling up with a grumble. Leaf-bare always was the worst. Little prey, freezing weather. The snow was especially a problem for Glowpaw, due to his dwarfed stature. He clearly struggled, floundering helplessly through the snow drifts. Luckily, the mounds weren't gathering yet, only a light coating of white laying upon the world.

Claws scraping against the smooth stone, the pumapard fluffed up his thick pelt indignantly against the chill. Scanning the camp, he spotted his mentor, Angelstar herself, and eagerly pounced towards her. His long tail waved up above his back like a flag, a warning sign to any passing felines so they wouldn't accidentally trod on the small male. The lioness sat alone, remains of hr recent meal at her paws. Skidding to a halt before the queen, he nodded respectfully to her. "Mornin', Angelstar! When we will be training?" the brown-is male chirped, tilting his head back to gaze up at Angelstar with imploring violet eyes.

Sitting next to his mate, his two tails twitching as he ate, the king looked over as Bluetooth came to join them. "Well enough and you?", the king said, sitting back and starting to clean himself. Looking over the camp, Duskstar spotted that Earthpaw, Shadepelt, and Riversong had also woken up. Looking over at his mate, as Glowpaw came bounding over, a smile came to the king's face. It seemed like so long ago that he, himself was an apprentice. Getting to his paw, the king turned to Angelstar. "Why don't you go and lead a hunting patrol out? You can take Glowpaw, Bluetooth, and Lightningheart with you", the king directed, since Nightpath did not seem to be up yet, Duskstar would have to assign duties.
Looking over to where Earthpaw had laid down to eat something, the king waved his tail in the young apprentices direction. Since his mentor was not up yet, the king would see what the apprentice had already learned.

Silentcloud paused mid step, as she heard Shadepelt calling her name. Turning, the elder waited for the healer to join her. The white tigress inclined her head, in a way to say good morning back. Silentcloud looked back up and into the healers eyes, at his question. The white tigress nodded her head solemnly, why was everyone so concerned about her? Yes, she might be old, but she could still take care of herself. The tigress let out a sigh, she hatted not being able to speak. Nodding her head towards the direction of the healers den, then scratched a small spot into the cave floor. Silentcloud asked for some poppy seeds, the elder hoped that the leopon would understand.

Observing the elder's reactions carefully, he followed her gaze to the hard earth. Scanning the small carving, he smiled slightly. "Poppy seeds?" he uttered, tone unsure, though hope twinkling in his eyes, hope that he had guessed correctly. The tom hated disappointing others, and adored praise and getting things right. Glancing back up at Silentcloud, seeing her approval, the healer spun and trotted his den. The sweet aroma of herbs wreathed him as he darted into his herb storage. The sent was somewhat stale, however, due to his depleted stock. He would need to stock up before the weather grew too cold and the herbs shrivelled. With a sigh at the thought, he bundled two onyx seeds into a round leaf, wrapping them up securely.

With the poppy seeds clutched carefully in his jaws, Shadepetal emerged from the healer's den and approached the mute tigress once more. Lowering his cranium, he set the leaf before her, revealing the two oval seeds. Sitting back, he flicked an ear, turning to watch a patrol leave. Looking back at Silentcloud, he curled his tail around his paws. "Are you physically unable to speak?" he abruptly queried, before snapping his jaws shut. "S-Sorry, you don't have to answer that. It was terribly rude of me." the tom lowered his gaze for a moment, before glancing back up apologetically.

The small apprentice's rounded audits rotated forwards, straining eagerly at the prospect of training while on patrol. With a wide grin, Glowpaw raced to the entrance of the camp, short legs stretching as far as he could get them. He paced, anticipation thrumming in his paws. Tail swishing, tip twitching side to side as he patiently awaited the rest of the patrol to gather, he nodded to his mentor, Angelstar, then Bluetooth.

Surprise flashed across his features momentarily upon the queen's announcement. Brows furrowing, he tried to shake the wish that the Prides could live peacefully. Although they did, most of the time, there was always the occasional border scuffle or disagreement. Pelt ruffled to protect his petite frame as much as possible against the breeze, grateful the sun was peeking up, rising from the horizon, Glowpaw trotted after the older felines. His limbs worked swiftly, the tom jogging to keep pace with the larger, full grown cats. Luckily, over the couple of moons he had been an apprentice, the tom had significantly improved his endurance. As a result, although he dropped behind every-so-often, he could keep up the rhythm of movement for long periods of time.

When they reached the border, the apprentice found himself scenting the air. Glancing around, he flattened his slight body, frosty grass blades tickling his underbelly. The musky odour of lemming. Said rodent was foraging in the undergrowth. It was minuscule, but perhaps good for the young cubs. It's black-caped back shuffled through the light snow, a soft scrunching indicative of its slow movements. Stalking forwards slowly, Glowpaw was now struck with a spark of appreciation for the white powder clumped in his fur. Its coldness somewhat muffled his smell, making his prey all the more oblivious to his stealthy approach. Within moments, he had pounced, claws unsheathing upon impact. Landing almost on top of the lemming, he heard it squeal, but it silenced as the tom accidentally rolled, his leap apparently too far shot. However, the rodent was still dead when he climbed to his paws, shaking out his alabaster stained coat with a growl. Padding over to it, he gingerly grasped it between his jaws, pride radiating from his figure as he followed the other twos' scent trails to try and meet up with them again.

The elder was glad to see, that Shadepetal had understood what she was trying to convey to him. Sitting down on the spot she had been standing on, the large white bengal tigress watch, as the healer went off to his den to fetch the seeds. Curling her tail around her legs, Silentcloud scraped her claws on the ground. Her fur ruffled, as a stray cold breeze reached her in the cave. Looking towards the entrance, the elder let out a sigh. This was one thing that was good about being an elder, she could just decide to sleep the day away, will the rest of the pride had to attend to their duties. A bit longingly, the white tigress looked to the nursery. It would be a bit more fun, if they had some little cubs running around, Riversong must be bored all alone in the nursery.
The white tigress looked over, as she heard Shadepetal coming back. Siletcloud smiled kindly, at the healers question. She did not mind the healers question. Unlike the her other pride mates, which she would never tail intrust her reason for being silent too, she knew that it was better to tell the healer everything about her condition. Silentcloud shook her head, if she wanted to, no if her mind would let her, Silentcloud could speak. Opening her mouth, the elder pointed to her tongue, just to show that technically she could talk.
Extending her claw, the tigress started to scrap it on the ground. Lifting up her paw, the elder nodded to it. There was one word now on the ground, 'Scared'. Looking back at the healer, she gave him a nod. A small smile was on her face now.

Event for: Bluetooth
As Bluetooth returns to the branch, she had seen the bird on, the pretty bird was gone. It its place is now a large white crow, the strange bird is just sitting there. Its cold black eyes look of into the distance, passed the mountains and off into the unknown. Noticing the lioness, the crow pushes itself off the branch and flies aways. As the branch shakes back and forth, a small shiny object falls to the ground at Bluetooths paws. A human necklace now lays on the ground, a small blue stone in its center. Was it an omen?

Event for: Glowpaw
Getting closer to the border with, the apprentice notices red eyes staring at him from MoonPrides territory. As soon as the eyes appeared, a burning smell surrounded the apprentice. The wind tasted weird, there was fire, smoke and... and death? The smell is fur raising and the air seemed to have grown colder, fear. There was only pure fear emanating from all small life forms in the area. Blinking slowly, a cold and deep growl came from the red eyed thing. Stepping forward, out of the bushes, a dark almost cat shaped head became visible. Opening its maw, the thing let out a growl, puffs of dark smoke came from the things mouth. Slowly turning, the thing disappeared into the dark of the dense forest. Only leaving cold air and the smell of fire in the air.
